Bill O'Reilly here, and I'm warming up.
Stand by for the O'Reilly Update Morning Edition, but first.
On this Friday, I am thinking about price gouging, and it is making me a little testy.
So we all know about inflation.
We all know we're paying more for everything.
We all know that as soon as Joe Biden took office, inflation rocketed, we all know Democrats will not admit that.
except that it's all Trump's fault or somebody else's fault or Putin's fault, but it's
Biden's fault. If you ask any honest economist, they will tell you that if you print trillions
of dollars and if you attack the fossil fuel industry causing trucking prices and everything
else to go up, then consumers are going to get hammered. And that's it. So, let's personalize it.
Long Island is probably the pizza capital of the world.
In my town, we got three pizza places in my little town.
And they're all good.
And I go to all.
A couple of towns over, there's a pizza place.
That's excellent.
And I've been going there for a long time.
So I walked in the other day after ordering a small sausage pie.
Okay?
About $23, 24 bucks.
And I go in and a guy goes $30.
I went, whoa, wait, hold it.
You raise the price of a small sausage pie, seven bucks.
Yeah, everything's more expensive.
I said, take a look at me right now.
Look at my eyes.
You will never see me again.
I'm not going to do it.
I'm not going to do it.
I can afford it.
But this is price gouging.
And all of us should walk away from that.
Now this.
