He came in fourth place in Iowa last week, is running way behind in the New Hampshire primary polling, and his performance in Friday's debate was once again lackluster. The Biden campaign is now having trouble raising money, often a death knell, and the former vice president lacks a central message, something that might bring Democratic voters to him. In fact, a phrase Biden repeats over and over and over because he's nervous, the presidential

candidate looks absolutely befuddled at times on the campaign trail.
