Should I move out of New York State and go to Florida or South Carolina or North Carolina or Arizona? So, it's a very difficult decision because I am born and raised in New York State, born in Upper Manhattan, raised in Levittown, Long Island. I got a lot of friends here. But the state of New York is chaos, and it doesn't seem to be getting any better, highest

tax rate in the nation in New York. And we have potholes the size of the Grand Canyon. Where is all the money going? You drive your car in New York State, particularly downstate, it's dangerous. And the crime is everywhere in the city, and the civility is nowhere. Everything is declining because of the liberal loons in Albany. And de Blasio, the worst mayor in New York City history. He's gone, but not the damage he did.

So I lived in Florida for a couple of years. I taught high school down there, as some of you know. know. I liked it, but I'm an Irish guy. And Irish guys and gals don't really like the heat. It's in our DNA. When it gets over 80, we start to get nervous. And Florida's hot. And so is South Carolina, North Carolina in the summer. So it remains a dilemma, and I need help. Now this.
