She does not, like Donald Trump. She sees him as a Bulgarian interloper, a disruptor of political and social traditions. As a news analyst, she is entitled to believe what she wants to believe. And Peggy Noonan begins her column this week in the journal with the word, I, never a good literary sign, and there are many eyes in that piece.
