night, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi made herself and her party look very bad. The reason Mrs. Pelosi vented her frustration is that President Trump delivered a cogent speech full of effective television moments, like honoring a 100-year-old African American who had just been promoted to general by the president and giving the ailing Rush Limbaugh the Presidential Medal of Freedom. All the Democrats could say after the speech is, the president lies. Some also called Mr. Limbaugh a racist. That kind of hatred is not lost on the American voter, no matter what ideology they hold. Yes, President Trump can get pretty rough himself, but right now the Democrats are dominating the bad form optics. The Iowa Democrat vote was a debacle, and there's no

dominant candidate to oppose Donald Trump come November. Shredding paper is now the Dem's most visible rebuttal.
