Bill O'Reilly here and I'm warming up from the NRA.R.I.D.S. Studios in New York. Stand by for the O'Reilly Update morning edition. On this Monday, another brick in the wall for New York City. The new DA, Alvin Bragg, is soft on crime and proud of it. He put out a memo to his staff in the district attorney's office that said the following. If a criminal goes into a business with a gun and holds it up, that criminal will be charged with a misdemeanor, not a felony. Can you believe it? If you vandalize something, you're charged with a misdemeanor. Bringing a gun into a bodega? Not a felony charge under this guy brag? Insane.

Then he says, if you sell heroin, fentanyl, crack, meth on the street, misdemeanor. These drugs kill people, enslave people. 70% of the crime in this country is committed by drug-addicted individuals. Yet it's a misdemeanor to sell them heroin? Are you kidding me? This is what's happening in the nation's largest city. And you know what? It's going to descend into chaos.
