On this Tuesday, the last week of the Joe Biden presidency, and then the 82-year-old goes quietly into the night. I don't expect to hear much from the Bidens after the January 20th inauguration of Donald Trump, which Mr. Biden is attending to his credit. The question now becomes, what will the Trump administration do about allegations that Biden took questionable money from his son and brother and didn't declare it on his income tax? That's a felony. The president continues to deny all wrongdoing. But Congressman James Comer has a new bookout accusing Biden

of taking money. Will the Justice Department investigate that allegation? Very loaded situation for any incoming president, much less Donald Trump. I have no idea how he will handle this. If the new attorney general, Pam Bondi, does go after old Joe, obviously all hell will break loose. It would be a huge distraction for an administration that has a tremendous amount to do. In the end, the American people have a right to know if a sitting vice president or president took tainted money from anyone. That should be paramount in a difficult situation like this.
