That's not very many. It was the seventh debate, so maybe people have had enough. I didn't really learn anything new. I didn't think anybody won or lost. Everybody said pretty much what they've always said. But there was one part of the debate that troubles me as an American. So Wolf Blitzer states that the Iranian government is demanding that all U.S. troops be pulled out of the Middle East. Now, they've been doing that for decades. So then he asked
Starting point is 00:01:26 Bernie Sanders, Mr. Blitzer does. Would you pull all the U.S. troops out of the Middle East? And Sanders says, yeah, all right. But Sanders has been saying that ever since he started run of a president four years ago. Then, Blitzer says, well, what about ISIS? If you pull out of the Middle East, ISIS, he didn't mention al-Qaeda, but it's the same. They'll come back with a ferocity that'll cost thousands of people's lives. Sanders dodges the question completely.
Starting point is 00:02:01 It goes back to Vietnam, goes back to the war in Iraq, never answers the question. It was outrageous. But instead of calling him on it, Blitzer lets it go.
