Starting point is 00:00:01 Bill O'Reilly here and I'm warming up. Stand by for the O'Reilly Update Morning Edition. On this Friday, let's talk about the ICE problem. Well, maybe it isn't a problem in your opinion. Maybe the agents are doing what they have to do under the Constitution. That is uphold immigration law. But everybody admits that is a subject of debate. Now, information has surfaced that the agent who shot
Starting point is 00:00:31 Renee Good in Minneapolis, is suffering from internal bleeding, which probably was caused by Ms. Good's vehicle, but we cannot say that with 100% certainty. The point I'm trying to make is that this case cannot be tried based on videotape you watch on television. And millions of Americans are doing just that. If it ever gets into a courtroom, which I doubt, Then you would see frame by frame of what actually happened. You would hear from the officer, from the doctors who treated him after the shooting, and you would probably hear from witnesses who were on the scene. That's called due process.
Starting point is 00:01:19 Then a decision would be made about whether the officer was derelict in his duty or it was what they call a righteous shooting. But we watching television are not in that kind of a position. And we are irresponsible on both sides if we come to any concrete conclusions. Back in a moment. That is the morning O'Reilly update. More analysis later on.
