So beginning on Tuesday, the Senate will meet from 1 p.m. to 6. Boy, that's going to cut into their gym time to hear testimony from five House members about how bad President Trump is and how he should be thrown out of office for doing bad stuff in Ukraine. Now, an acquittal is guaranteed in the Senate as if President Trump were removed, the Republican

Party would vanish. It wouldn't be a Republican Party anymore, and the senators there know it. It takes two-thirds of the Senate to remove a president. That won't even be close. The drama this week is the smears and the accusations, not only from the Democrats, but from the Republicans defending Donald Trump. So you're going to hear a lot about Joe Biden in Ukraine, Hunter Biden. You're going to hear about Barack Obama. You're going to hear a lot of stuff back and forth, it's going to be confusing, and ultimately it's going to be tedious. So this is a political exercise. Impeachment should not be used for that.
