Bill O'Reilly here, and I'm warming up.
Stand by for the O'Reilly Update Morning Edition, but first.
On this Monday, I had the urchins back home.
They're both in college for the Christmas break,
and my son, who was a good-looking guy, decided not to shave.
And after four days, he looked like a werewolf.
I thought Lon Cheney, Jr. was having dinner with us.
So I started to make fun of them, and I said, well, you know, what is this presentation that you're giving to the world?
They go, oh, my vacation, you know, the usual what kids do.
So I had a little chat with him, and I said, you know, you're right.
It's not a big deal.
It is vacation.
But when you go out in public, people judge you by your appearance.
It's wrong, but it has been that way since.
Cro-Manian-Man-Days. You are judged by your appearance, which is why everybody's going to the
gym. They want to look good. Now, why is that important? Because in life, you have to negotiate
yourself through everything, whether it's buying a sandwich at the deli, whether it's trying to get a
job, whether it's trying to convince somebody to do the right thing, whatever it may be. The way you
present yourself means success or failure in everything. And if you look good, particularly in
America, okay, if you are sharp, you dress well, you're groomed, you're going to win more than
those who don't. Now this. Hey, I'm Caitlin Becker, the host of the New York Postcast,
and I've got exactly what you need to start your weekdays. Every morning, I'll bring you the
stories that matter, plus the news people actually talk about, the juicy details in the
world's politics, business, pop culture, and everything in between. It's what you want from
the New York Post wrapped up in one snappy show. Ask your smart speaker to play the NY
Postcast podcast. Listen and subscribe on Amazon Music, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you get your
podcasts. That is the morning O'Reilly update. More analysis later on.
