On this Thursday, we've been investigating the mass pardon of those who broke the law by invading the U.S. Capitol Building on January 6, 2021. And what I'm seeing is important. First off, I would not have pardoned any person who attacked a police officer. 172 have pleaded guilty of doing that.

But other offenses are worth analyzing. The Biden Justice Department using federal judges absolutely when after the rioters with a vengeance. The primary threat that was used was overcharging these people. Federal prosecutors often told defendants that unless they pleaded guilty to a specific charge, they would have more crimes added. many protesters caved, facing decades in prison and enormous ongoing legal expenses.
