Bill O'Reilly here, and I'm warming up.
Stand by for the O'Reilly Update Morning Edition, but first.
On this Thursday, the real state of the union.
President Biden had good energy Tuesday night, but he didn't say very much,
although there were many, many words, one hour and 12 minutes worth of words.
The state of the union address was standard-issue Democratic Party,
giveaway proposals, corporations are evil. As usual, there were deceptions from the president.
The biggest one is that he cut the deficit by $1.4 trillion.
Ahem. In his first year, Biden ran up a record-breaking $2.8 trillion deficit.
Second year, the deficit declined to a still colossal $1.4 trillion. So he's a deficit cutter?
Come on.
The hits were rolled out in the usual fashion.
Pay your fair share, ban assault rifles, comprehensive immigration reform, which means amnesty, more abortion, please.
If you like all that, you like the speech.
Now, Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders did not like the speech.
In her Republican rebuttal, she called Mr.
Biden a weak president and a captive of the far left crazies. The governor's speech was
crisp, whether you agree or not, and she is definitely a future presidential candidate
herself. Back in a moment.
