frustration for President Trump, believe me. So what's going to happen now? I don't know. I do believe that banking sanctions should be put on the Russians, that you can strangle their economy totally by telling worldwide banks, you are not to do business with Moscow. And if you do, then we will crush you, we being the EU and the United States. You got to handle Putin. He's out of control.
