It's a beautiful place, but it's now destroyed because the governor of Oregon, Cape Brown, and the mayor of Portland, Ted Wheeler, will not. stop people from destroying the city of Portland. Notice I said will not, not cannot. Now we did some digging. You cannot have a protest in Portland under the law unless you get a permit. Any gathering in the city requires a permit 30 days before the gathering. So if you walk in and say, look, I want to set the federal courthouse on fire on August 3rd, and I'm going to bring with me 200 people, so it'll be hard to arrest anyone, and we'll all throw Molotov cocktails over the fence and try to burn a place.

Please give me a permit. You need to do that by July 4th, 30 days ahead. Okay? So all of these protests, we're going out and have for 60 straight nights, are illegal just on their face. So the moment they show up, and there's more than five of them, the Portland Police Bureau can arrest them. And the Oregon State Police can take them into custody and charge them. Is that hard? No.

That's how you control this. But again, the governor of Oregon and the mayor of Portland will not do it. They'd rather see their city destroyed. And that's the truth. Now this.
