Bill O'Reilly here, and I'm warming up. Stand by for the O'Reilly Update Morning Edition, but first. On this Wednesday, it is annoying and unsettling that the Justice Department has not yet identified the person who leaked Justice Alito's memo on Roe v. Wade. You will remember, that leaked to the press happened in early May, and it caused fear and loathing throughout the land, which continues to this day. Now, the leak was unprecedented at the Supreme Court. It had never happened before, and U.S. marshals were assigned to fine the miscreant.

They have not. The question is, are they really looking? The Biden administration and Attorney General Merrick Garland are generally sympathetic to people who oppose pro-life decisions, right? We all know that. So I think a legitimate question then becomes, are you really looking for the person who leaked this? I don't know.

I can't possibly make an educated guess on that. But I do know it should not be taking this long. There are not that many people in the Justice Department with access to Judge Alito. memos. It's not like the janitor could do it. It has to be someone that had access to his files in office. So do I expect the leaker to be found at this point?
