He's obviously in decline, and now his mental state seems to be more confused than ever. Item, Mr. Biden truly does not understand why his poll numbers are lower than Trump's were 17 months in their presidencies. Reports say Mr. Biden is angry and lashing out. I can't prove the veracity of those reports, but I believe them. Like many of us, the president can get peevish. But unlike all of us, Joe Biden holds extraordinary power. It is not difficult to figure out why Biden's job performance numbers are tanking. Folks are paying a lot more for everything. And most of us
