Starting point is 00:00:45 Great Britain that says, in a typical adult lifespan, ages 18 to 81, a British person spends 34 years, looking at a screen, whether it's TV, computer, cell phone, whatever it may be. 13 hours a day. Are you kidding me? Now, I know it rains a lot over there, but come on. 13 hours a day and you sleep, what, seven? It's at least four hours a day. You're not staring at a screen?
Starting point is 00:01:26 It's crazy. And then they average the lifespan. out to 62 years. Most people live more than that. But at 62, you would have spent, according to this study, 34 years of your life looking at the screen.
