On this Friday morning, I am thinking about the battle between opening up the American economy

and staying locked down for public safety reasons. Obviously, a very emotional and very intense situation. Lady in Dallas opened up her hair salon, I'm sure you heard about this, and was put in jail for seven days. That was wrong. She was practicing civil disobedience. She says she has to feed her kids. This is a very, very difficult subject. But I want to give you some facts that may help formulate your opinion. In Sweden, they did not lock down. They kept the economy rolling with safeguards. I mean, you know, they said you shouldn't go around other people, you should wear some masks, but nothing was ordered. Sweden is a population of 10 million, mostly in a Stockholm area.

Okay? It's not a tough population to reach, so everybody knows. The death rate in Sweden is 300 per 1 million from COVID. Norway, Sweden's neighbor to the west, has 5.5 million people. death rate is 41 per 1 million. Finland to the east, 5.5 million, 46 per 1 million. Both of those countries, Norway and Finland shut down. So you can see, by shutting down, Norway and Finland did not have the death rate by a substantial margin that Sweden did. Now this.
