Starting point is 00:00:00 Bill O'Reilly here, and I'm warming up. Stand by for the O'Reilly Update Morning Edition. But first. On this Tuesday, even though we have pinpointed why Democrats fended off disaster in last week's vote, independence broke left by about 5%. It remains difficult to believe one week later. Now, I fully realize that many of my fellow Americans, as Lyndon Johnson was fond of saying, are not invested in their country or even interested in accumulating knowledge, not being snippy, only stating the obvious. Politicians have been manipulating voters for centuries, but this year the situation is obvious. President Biden and his party have damaged the USA in vivid ways, but fail to acknowledge any deficiencies.
Starting point is 00:01:03 It's very disturbing, but millions of voters, especially in the West, don't seem to care and cast ballots against their own self-interest. Thus, the national suffering will continue for at least two more years. President Trump governed this country effectively from fast-tracking the COVID-vax to neutralizing Putin to facilitating a robust economy. economy. But Mr. Trump's election obsession hurt him, his party, and alienated millions of folks who remain obsessed with hurting Trump and his supporters. And that was the difference last week.
