Starting point is 00:00:00 Bill O'Reilly here, and I'm warming up. Stand by for the O'Reilly Update Morning Edition. But first. On this Thursday, many Americans do not understand exactly why violent crime is rising in America. It has little to do with guns, the police, or poor people needing things. It has everything to do with race. Many progressive prosecutors like Bragg in New York City, Bodine in San Francisco, Fox, and Chicago believe our criminal justice system is racist because of the number of African Americans in jail. So ideologically driven DAs now don't even charge criminals unless the crime is heinous. Thus armed drug dealers and gang members are protected in many cities and the bad guys know it. The horror of the progressive vision on law enforcement is reflected in the frightening number of minority victims.
Starting point is 00:01:07 Poor folks in the inner cities live in fear because misguided DAs refuse to protect them. Nearly every day, children playing are gunned down. The villain George Soros routinely pumps big money. into political action committees that promote soft-on-crime candidates. And it's all legal despite it being immoral. So that's why violence is sweeping America, and only the voters can stop it. Get rid of the progressive DAs.
