Starting point is 00:00:00 Bill O'Reilly here, and I'm warming up. Stand by for the O'Reilly Update Morning Edition, but first. On this Monday, as I have been reporting, it is going to be a very strange year in 2023. That is because the Democrats are trying to destroy Donald Trump once and for all, and the Republicans are trying to destroy Joe Biden once and for all. Those parallel investigations, one by a special counsel, the Democrats, and one by House committees, the Republicans, will wreak havoc on our political process. There will be leaks
Starting point is 00:00:46 every day about what Trump did on January 6th, about what Biden did with his son Hunter. it will be very hard to ascertain the truth because all the leaks will be anonymous and the corrupt national press will put them out there with no scrutiny. We will not do that. We are giving both Trump and Biden the presumption of innocence, which is the core of our justice system. But as we all know, that's disappeared in our culture now. A headline makes you guilty. An allegation ruins careers.
Starting point is 00:01:33 Not here. But believe me, I am on this. I am going to watch what the special counsel does and what the Republican House Committee does. And I will report to you honestly. Now this. Hey, I'm Caitlin Becker, the host of the New York Postcast, and I've got exactly what you need to start your weekdays. Every morning, I'll bring you the stories that matter, plus the news people actually talk about, the juicy details in the worlds of politics, business, pop culture, and everything in between. It's what you want from the New York Post wrapped up in one snappy show.
