Bill O'Reilly here, and I'm warming up. Standby for the O'Reilly Update Morning Edition, but first. On this Friday, to our credit, the NOSPN News has avoided Kanye West. I've nothing against the entertainer, but he's not exactly a newsmaker. He's an attention seeker, a savvy marketer. So I find myself on Newsmax, Eric Bowling Show, to promote Killing the Legends, my new book. But Bowling is jazz about Kanye. He wants to know what I think about Mr. West saying anti-Semitic things on the Fox News channel, words that were apparently edited out of the taped interview. Well, anti-Semitism is obviously bad and a proven pathway to violence, so I told Bowling I wouldn't interview Kanye West ever. And if he or anybody else,

else in anything anti-Semitic that would disqualify them from any airtime at all. It's my opinion only. I'm not calling for West to be canceled. I'm not criticizing FNC. But this was an easy call for me. I don't want to waste my audience's time. Again, Kanye West is a talented man, but discussing geopolitics with him seems like a fool's errand. And generalizing about ethnicities, any ethnicity is beyond foolish. You don't do that. People are people. Groups are groups. You don't disparage groups of people. Again, it's ridiculous.
