They are allowing flight crews to cross-dress if they want. They are compelling their employees to wear pronoun pins, which spell out how passengers are to address the flight crews. He, she, they, them, him, her. I guess, hey, you, doesn't cut it anymore.

I'm sorry, I know this is offensive, but I don't want the male pilot wearing a dress. I don't want that. It's me. I know it's me, but is it really necessary? I guess I could be petty for believing this
