On this Wednesday, I am thinking about freedom and how many of us do not understand it.
Here's my beef.
Americans individually do not have a right to physically hurt other people.
That is clear in criminal law.
So what about a vaccine that is not taken?

The issue was decided in 1905, the case Jackson v. Massachusetts.

Is the situation not the same today with COVID?
I think it is.
