Bill O'Reilly here, and I'm warming up.
Stand by for the O'Reilly Update Morning Edition.
On this Wednesday, I'm thinking about the 1960s.
Back then, flower power was blooming in the USA.
Instead of capitalism, folks would share the land.
All would be groovy far out.
Today, the radicals are back.
Some people are actually voting for them.
But it's a false promise.
Freedom and capitalism will prevail
no matter what happens in November.
Can you dig it?
The movement on the left is being driven by income inequality.
The poor in America are susceptible to that pitch.
Jealousy is part of it, but helplessness is too.
On election day, many voters will be clueless about what's going on in the real world.
They will buy the lie.
As for economic equality, it's a grotesque fantasy.
If the left had any effective policies, California wouldn't be the message in, or New York
or Chicago, not to mention France, which is collapsing under the socialist economic governance.
The only positive here is that the Malbergades will soon evaporate, as all other radical
movements in America have.
younger crew will hopefully wise up once they take on increased responsibilities like kids.
Short-term forecast for the USA turbulence. Long-term, things will work out. Back in a moment.
That is the morning O'Reilly update. More analysis later on.
