Starting point is 00:00:00 Hey Bill O'Reilly here. Welcome to the No Spin News for Wednesday, October 16th, 2004, stand up for your country. So a busy news day, as you all know. Donald Trump had a town hall, all-female in Georgia on FNC. It went pretty well, I think, Mr. Trump. I'll play a sound by a little later on. Kamala Harris interviewing with Brett Bear this evening. I will analyze that in total tomorrow. I have five suggested questions
Starting point is 00:00:44 that Mr. Bear definitely should ask, and that is the subject of this evening's talking points memo. So Kamala Harris is very evasive. Everybody knows that. I'm sure she knows it. It's by design. I don't think it's a good strategy, but she's neck and neck with Donald Trump and a poll. So the evasiveness does not seem to be devastating her. But if she continues that on Fox News this evening, Bear's got to come down hard. He asked her. Can't be disrespectful. Now, I talked about this in my new detail with Sean Hannity on his radio program today. That's on Bill O'Reilly.com if you want to listen to it. Now, while watching the interview, I'm going to give you five essential questions, five that I would ask right off the top,
Starting point is 00:01:33 but they have to be phrased in a very short way, short, punchy, pithy questions. Can't go on and on. And you have to be fact-based. You have to have the facts, one, at least one, in every question. So she can't go, that's not true, that's not this, like that, right? You have to basically get her in under 10 seconds to hear your question. Therefore, if she evades, to question or goes to middle class upbringing or whatever she does, you can stop her immediately or try to and say, that's not what I asked, Madam Vice President. Can we stay on this topic? I don't know whether Barry can do that or not. He's not a confrontational guy. I've known him for decades. It's a news guy. Very few people are obnoxious as I am. So I'll jump right in,
Starting point is 00:02:26 as you saw last night when I ran you a clip of the Barack Obama, Bill O'Reilly interview, which is exactly the same thing, all right, that happened in 2008 that's happening now. Identical. Now, I hope you saw that clip. If you're a premium and concierge member, you can access it any time. All right, question number one for Vice President Harris, and this is what I suggest, Bear, ask. Why did the Biden-Harris administration stand down on the border? On February 2nd, 2001, President Biden signed an executive voice.
Starting point is 00:02:56 knocking out the Remain of Mexico policy. That led to 10 to 15 million foreign nationals entering the USA. Why did that happen? Why? Okay. Now, what is the Vice President going to answer? I don't know. She can't blame Trump, because the Remain in Mexico policy,
Starting point is 00:03:18 as Bear could point out, in a follow-up, I wouldn't do that in the original. Okay? Was down about 700,000? 700,000, then it quadruples when they take that policy off. Why did you take it off? It's not a complicated question for Kamala Harris to be able to answer, and it is vital. You've got to start there, because that is where the emotion is.
Starting point is 00:03:45 Second question, when President Trump left office, inflation was 1.4%. After one year of Biden Harris, it had risen to eight. percent. Why did that happen? Why? The why is the key, and here's why, because it then illuminates whether she understands what happened. So what did inflation jump? More than six points in a year. Do you know why? And then you can get around to and follow-ups, well, how are you going to bring down because she's going to say it's coming down now why is it coming down do you understand why it's coming down all right and it's coming down because the government's not printing as much money as it did under the inflation reduction act which is totally ridiculous but you can't
Starting point is 00:04:40 get into that that's way too complicated in the weeds bear only has 30 minutes she's going to eat up 20 of those minutes at least with her or they call it clear cliche, word, salad. I don't call it that. I call it evasion. Every time she starts to evade, Bear has politely got to stop her. He has to. Okay. Third question. On the view, you said you couldn't think of anything. You would change about the Biden administration. Does that include the chaotic evacuation of Afghanistan that led to 13 American military people getting killed? Now, how can you justify that screw up? How?
Starting point is 00:05:27 On God's earth, could Vice President Harris justify it? Now, she'll try to go back into the history of it. I understand that, but that's why you have to pin her in. You wouldn't have done anything differently? I don't want to know the history of the Taliban-Afghanistan. I don't want to know that. It's not what I'm asking. You think that was the way to do it?
Starting point is 00:05:50 Yes or no. No. Then you can explain. Now, that bordering on rude, but as you saw last night, with me and Barack Obama, you know, we're talking about Iran nukes, I cut him off when he started to wander. Again, I don't know if bear will do it. Fourth question, there are only three non-communist countries in the world that allow abortions with no limits. Why do you think that is? Why are there only three countries that allow abortion with no restrictions? Why? Not reproductive rights, not woman's bodies, none of that. Okay, it's not what we're asking.
Starting point is 00:06:37 Three non-communist countries on the planet. And you ask that question to show how radical she is in the abortion arena. Can she justify that radicalism? See, all of this is vitally important to define who, exactly who. Vice President Harris is, because we don't know who she is. I know, what the voters don't know. And I can tell you she's a radical leftist. That's who she is.
Starting point is 00:07:16 far more left than Biden. Biden doesn't have any belief system, and we've gone over that a million times. You don't believe in anything other than personal power. Final question. And this requires some video, which Fox News should be able to set up. Okay?
Starting point is 00:07:34 So in 2019, Madam Vice President, always respectful, you said this about American oil companies. Go. Will you order your Justice Department? and your attorney general to investigate chevron and shell companies for their part in the and their damage to our planet in this climate crisis and i'm saying about these big oil companies
Starting point is 00:08:03 and these fossil fuel companies look you should be really prepared to look at a serious fine or be charged with a crime and they need to pay the price so yes is the answer let's face it the U.S. economy is under stress. National debt rising, trade war, shaking the markets. And meanwhile, China is dumping the dollar and stockpiling gold. Starting point is 00:09:48 Make sure you tune in. You can find us at Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcast. Charge with a crime. But September 10th, she said something quite different. Go. We have had the largest increase in domestic oil production in history because of an approach that recognizes that we can. cannot over-rely on foreign oil. So now she's proud that the oil companies are producing so much when, five years ago,
Starting point is 00:10:25 she wanted to charge them with crimes. So the question is phrased. Can you explain that apparent contradiction? Those are the five questions. Those are the first five. remember he's only got 30 minutes okay all right what happens if bear lets her wander damage to him no doubt because when I was on the O'Reilly Factor on a Fox News channel
Starting point is 00:11:00 60% of my audience were conservative Republican mostly Republican some independents the other 40 were either liberal or independent or you know nomads whoever. They were tuning in because we had a very exciting program. Now, 95% of the Fox News Channel audience is conservative Republican. And they're looking for blood. When I did the interview with Barack Obama, I did three of them. I got mail on all three. You weren't tough enough on Obama. You didn't demean him. You didn't go in and call him out or whatever the letter was. Those were for very, very right-wing people who wanted me to hurt him. Now, I don't want Breadbair to hurt Kamala Harris.
Starting point is 00:11:51 I'm not rooting for that, and it's not going to happen. But I want an exposure on some kind of belief system that this woman holds. That's what I want as an American. So I wrote Confronting the Presidents, and every president, I tell you what his belief system was. some of them like Warren Harding didn't have any belief system some of them like Franklin Pierce believed in getting drunk every night but I told you and I told you about Biden
Starting point is 00:12:26 now I want to have Kamala Harris tell us okay now those five questions very precise all under 10 seconds except the last one when you're using a tape and I'm using a tape so she can't contradict He's going to charge the oil companies of crimes in 2019. Now she's cheerleading oil production. How did that change? Madam Vice President, with all due respect.
Starting point is 00:12:58 And that's a memo. Okay, tomorrow we're going to analyze Bears' Q&A, and I'm going to do it in Fairway, of course. And one more thing on this, the odious, and I mean that word literally, Brian Stelter at CNN, put out a hit piece on Bear today, which shows you the Democrats and the liberals are very worried about this interview.
Starting point is 00:13:21 Schedule is. President Biden delivers a eulogy at Ethel Kennedy's funeral today in Washington, D.C., cathedral of St. Matthew. There is an excellent documentary on HBO about Ethel Kennedy and the family. I saw it last night. It was excellent. Kamala Harris, after the interview with Bear, which is taped, we'll go to Milwaukee, Wisconsin. And Donald Trump did a town hall.
Starting point is 00:13:50 We'll get to that in a moment in Georgia. He's going to Miami for Univision Town Hall. Okay. So Trump was in coming Georgia, all women on FNC, on the Harris-Falkner program. I watched most of it, and here's the most important bite. Go. We have China. We have Russia. We have all these countries. If you have a smart president, they can all be handled. The more difficult are, you know, the Pelosi's, these people, they're so sick and they're so evil. If they would spend their time trying to make America great again, we would have, it would be so easy to make this country great. But I heard about that. They were saying, I was like threatening. I'm not threatening anybody. They're the ones doing the threatening. They do phony investigations. I've been investigating. investigated more than Alphonse Capone.
Starting point is 00:14:41 Okay. The rest of it was, it came off okay for Trump. It was respectful back and forth. You know, the abortion thing came up and he said, look, it's better the states decide. That just been his posture from the beginning. So there isn't really any news breaking coming out of that. All right, let's give you, we want to do the next three weeks before we vote,
Starting point is 00:15:06 the best news analysis that we can possibly do, and that means it'll be better than anybody else. That's why you're here watching the news-fin news and listening to it on the radio. All right. So I'm going to give you the swing. This is the latest swing state survey, the latest. I'm giving you one. Okay. Let's go to Pennsylvania.
Starting point is 00:15:25 We got American Pulse Poll. It's got Trump at 51, Harris at 50. Problem with this is that it's skewed female, 52. female, 46 male. That's two. That means Trump's leading by more than one, okay, because females are going to vote for Harris predominantly. And if you have a six-point spread, that's going to show up in a poll. Michigan 15 electoral votes. This is a AARP poll, okay liberal organization aARP Trump 49 Harris 48 but get this female 54% poll males 46 eight point spread that's ridiculous aARP putting your thumb on a scale stop it be honest
Starting point is 00:16:19 all right they got Trump ahead of Harris by one he's probably ahead by three Wisconsin 10 electoral votes, insider advantage poll, tie, 4848. Insider Advantage would not give us their gender breakdown. That's never a good sign, is it? Yeah, we're not giving O'Reilly the numbers. No. Okay. Georgia, Trafalgo, which leans right, 16 electoral votes, Trump 46, Harris 45. But get this, female 55 percent male 45 trafalga look come on you lean right and you do in a 10 point spread jeez what is that all about all right north carolina 16 electoral votes rasmuss and leans right minus six female 53 male 47 Trump 51 Harris 46 I think North Carolina will go to Trump Arizona 11 electoral votes fair gender breakdown 48 male 51 female way to go
Starting point is 00:17:36 this is a Sienna College New York Times poll they're fair gender breakdown it's got Trump 51 Harris 45 that's a big spread for Trump. I don't know if it's that big there. Finally, Nevada, six electoral votes, Trafalgar, gender breakdown, male 52, female 47. What's that all about? More males and females? Got Harris beaten Trump by one, 4645. That is a crazy state, Nevada. I cannot call that state. 93 electoral votes in those seven swing states. I just gave you, they, that will tell the now. Okay. All right, election integrity. So we did this poll last week, comes from Maris College NPR. It's a left-leaning poll. And it says, how concerned are you that this year's elections
Starting point is 00:18:28 will be fraudulent? All right? Very concerned, somewhat concerned, 57, not concerned 43. So most Americans are concerned there will be fraud in the vote. So we looked around for a guest who's involved in his fraud business, and we found a guy in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Sunrise, which is right next to Fort Lauderdale. His name is Steve Stern. He's got a podcast, a Steve American show on Rumble. He's a vice chair of the Broward Republican Executive Committee,
Starting point is 00:19:00 so he's involved in the fray, and he joins us now from South Florida. You also run a company called FlagShirt, which sells memorabilia, and you got plenty of it on there, Steve. Way to go. And as a marketeer myself, I can respect what you're doing there. So do you have any data, and I don't want to relitigate 20, okay?
Starting point is 00:19:23 That's ridiculous to do that. But do you have any data now that indicates any state may have a fraudulent election? We have a big election security meeting with a million people. It's actually going on this afternoon while we're talking tonight. And we have a million people coming on and our experts are going on. So, Greg Stenstrom, who's in Pennsylvania, is at the Supreme Court as we speak, he sent a big lawsuit out showing what could happen and where the fraud could be. So he's following him. Linda Sinkiewicz comes on all the time and she talks about
Starting point is 00:20:04 how she can give you 500 people that voted twice in any counting or who are registered. it twice. Now, our biggest problem is, there's a plus and a minus to the poll watchers and poll workers. So if you want to be a poll watch or a poll worker, there's still time. Protectthevote.com. That's the Republican Party. It's hard to contact them, but they will contact you if you'd sign up. And the good news is that we have 200,000 poll watches and poll workers. That is a plus of 100,000 over the last election. Is that all Republicans, the 200,000 number? Yes, that's just Republicans.
Starting point is 00:20:44 Okay. And we need, here's some of the problems, though, as you probably heard, Detroit only allowed us 50 poll watches and poll workers against their 1,500 Democrats. So the Republican Party sued them, and they're able to get more, but not enough. Same thing in Philadelphia. All the left-leaning cities that are going to make a difference, that's where the problem is. And I think the biggest problem is, how are we going to know what's happening if we don't have communication. And so my team of high-end election security people, I'm not an expert,
Starting point is 00:21:16 but I have all the experts, Kalita Mitchell, Nilsa Alvarez, Dr. Rick Richards, Captain Seth Kessel, Bill McGinley, many, many experts come on and tell us what's going on. We're streaming this all over the world. I mean, it's not just happening here. That's all so far I'm fine with. Power, politics, and the people behind the headlines. I'm Miranda Devine, New York Post columnist and the host of the brand new podcast, Podforce One. Every week I'll sit down for candid conversations with Washington's most powerful disruptors, lawmakers, newsmakers, and even the president of the United States. Hey, I'm Caitlin Becker, the host of the New York Postcast, and I've got exactly what you need to start your weekdays. Every morning, I'll bring you the stories that matter, plus the news people actually talk about, the juicy details in the world's politics, business, pop culture, and everything in between. Listen and subscribe on Amazon Music, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcasts. And as you know, there's been voter fraud from John Adams, Thomas Jefferson.
Starting point is 00:22:53 There's always been voter fraud. There always will be voter fraud. There will be people that are dead and other people vote for them. People registered 18 times under aliases. And it's impossible for the system to track them all down. It's when it reaches critical mass. So you're correct when the suspect precincts, Detroit, absolutely suspect, Philadelphia, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Las Vegas, Nevada, Maricopa County, Phoenix, Arizona. These are the places historically that have had trouble, and the zones should be flooded. But here's my question. If you're a poll watcher working for the GOP, the Reply, the Reply, Republicans, it's almost impossible for you to know if somebody's voting when they shouldn't vote. You don't know who these people are.
Starting point is 00:23:47 You don't know what their registration status is, correct? So what does a poll watcher do? Well, that is very true. And we have a lot of people cleaning the voter rolls over the last year. The big thing that we find is the illegal aliens voting. That's going to be our big thing. How do we stop the illegal alien? But how do you know with a poll watch?
Starting point is 00:24:07 doesn't know whether somebody's undocumented or an American citizen. How can they possibly know that? That cannot happen. It's got to come from, you know, from the people that are researching this and doing all this. We got many people doing this. The states, it's up to each state to do this. You know, it's up to each state has to do it.
Starting point is 00:24:29 And that's, therein lies the problem. Okay, go ahead. Yes, I will say this, that the RNC is doing more than they have ever done. Now it's difficult getting together with them because, you know, we can't get a hold of Susie Wiles. You want to answer the phone, Laura Trump, Michael Watley. Luckily, Boris Epstein helped us. He got Bill McKinley who came on our Zoom meeting today and talked about how the RNC is doing a lot more than they did two years ago and four years ago. That's going to help us.
Starting point is 00:24:57 Now, do I have all the answers? No, that's the big problem. And I'm not asking for all the answers, but what I would like you to do, if you would, is that, after the election and keep us post if you see something uh between now on election day that's wrong and you can certify that it's wrong okay that i could see it because then i'll i'll go in heavy but afterward i'm sure you'll do at postops no matter who wins and find out if there are any places that are suspect see i still don't know where Zuckerberg's money went after all this time I don't know where $300 million went in the 2020 election.
Starting point is 00:25:43 I know the counties, there were, I think, 13 or 14 of them in the swing states, but where did the money go? Who got it? Some human being had to get this money. And that, to me, is the most disturbing thing that happened in all of 2020. Last word. well i think that we got to vote that's part of the problem we had a lot of people say they may not want to vote because the election could be stolen and that's crazy because if you don't
Starting point is 00:26:16 vote your people aren't going to win now the good news is the early voting as you know uh there's more people voting early uh we've got a lot of people that are voting um on election day which i always say is tough because what could happen on election day is that it's possible just what happened in Arizona. They backed up the machines and people left. So we lost 5%. So I say vote early and we got to win this election because this is the end of the world if we don't win this election. All right. Well, keep it supposed to Steve. Anything you document, we are interested in hearing. Appreciate it very much. Now, on the same storyline, Virginia being sued by the Department of Justice. So the governor, Glenn Yonkin, he knows there's a problem
Starting point is 00:26:58 in the Commonwealth of Virginia. And he wants to take off a number of people who are not American citizens from the rolls. But the federal government says you can't do that because by law, no voter rolls can be changed inside 90 days of a vote. So this is a lawsuit now. It will not be resolved before election day. Should the Department of Justice get involved with this, the law says it's clear, however, What Yonkin is trying to do is an honest election.
Starting point is 00:27:35 You don't want illegals to vote. So if I were the Attorney General, I would take it under advisement for another four weeks after the vote, then I'd file my action. Greater good. That's what I would do. Yonkin's response is, with less than 30 days until the election, the Biden-Harris Department of Justice filing an unprecedented lawsuit. against me, Commonwealth Virginia, for appropriately enforcing 2006
Starting point is 00:28:04 law to remove non-citizens from the voter rolls. So my sympathy lies with Governor Yonkin. All right, trust in the media. There is no trust in media. What kind of moron would trust the media? I mean, come on. 50 years for you're looking at right here coming January. And it was honest when I started, kind of honest.
Starting point is 00:28:26 It's always leaned left after the Vietnam War, then the media started to lean left. But really, if you know somebody who trusts the media, don't give them any money. There's a Gallup poll. All right, just out. Republican Democrat 29, Independent 40. Male 56, female, 44.
Starting point is 00:28:48 Why, Gallup? Why that big gap in gender? Here's the question. In general, how much trust and confidence you have in the mass media when it comes to reporting the news fully accurately and fairly. 69% don't trust the American media, 30, let's see, yeah, 69% don't, 31% trust it. Who are those 31%? I guess they may be working in the corporate media.
Starting point is 00:29:18 I don't know. Come back to me, please. Thank you. All right, we're doing a smart life quiz. We did one last night. We're doing another one tonight, and the last one will be tomorrow. Now, this is the test that is given to foreign nationals who want to become American citizens and who do it the right way. You're right?
Starting point is 00:29:36 They wait. They go through the process. They take the exam. They have to pass it because they want to be American citizens. So I'm giving you sample questions to see if you know the answer to those questions. And question number one, who's in charge of the executive branch of the government? Who's in charge of that? That would be the president of the United States, runs the executive branch.
Starting point is 00:30:03 That's why the powerful, president's so powerful. Question number two, how many U.S. senators are there? How many? Come on now, you've got to know that. If you don't know that, you need to study your constitution. I mean this seriously. There are 100, two from each state. Now, the Democrats want D.C., which is almost 100% Democrat,
Starting point is 00:30:25 to have two senators. That's insane. That will not happen. And Puerto Rico is a territory, not a state. The Puerto Ricans themselves have voted, we don't want to be a state. Good. That's up to them. But they don't get senators either. Neither do the Virgin Islands. No, Virgin Islands are U.S. territory. It's not a state. They get congressional representation. This is a terrible story, and I'm sorry to bring it to you, but it's my job. Chicago's out of control, everybody knows. All right. It's a city that was a working class bastion of good values.
Starting point is 00:31:04 Many of collapse, totally. Because of progressive leadership, that's why it's collapsed. They don't enforce the law. All right. So on Columbus Day, also known as Indigenous People's Day, in Lincoln Park, a big Chicago landmark, there is a statue of Abraham in Lincoln Park. Makes sense.
Starting point is 00:31:23 It was vandalized. blood, fake blood, splattered on old Abe, okay? And no arrests. Now, they should have cameras. I don't know if they do or not, because Chicago doesn't really care about lawbreakers. They should. Three detectives, we've been talking to the Chicago PD,
Starting point is 00:31:43 and we believe the police in Chicago want to do the right thing. It's not their fault, all right? So we've got three detectives trying to find out who did it. But this is what happens when progressive leadership takes over. No respect for any traditions. The greatest president, as I lay out very vividly in confronting the presidents, my new book, is Abraham Lincoln. The guy was extraordinary on every level. And you got idiots throwing pain on them.
Starting point is 00:32:10 This is what happened in Germany and Soviet Union, in Red China. When the progressives take power, they wipe out all traditions. And that's what we're dealing with here in the USA. say. Stay in history, October 16, 2002, Congress puts forth the resolution authorizing war against Iraq, President Bush the Younger, signs it immediately. Now, what happened? So after 9-11, the U.S. was tasked with hunting down terrorists and terrorist enablers all over the world. Saddam Hussein would not let U.N. inspectors in to see what his cash of weapons are, were, and there were heavy reports that he had weapons of mass destruction, okay,
Starting point is 00:32:55 bacteria, biological, nuclear. And nobody knew whether he did or didn't. He told his own generals that he had them. Those generals leaked that information to the New York Times, put it on his front page. Colin Powell, the Secretary of State, gave a press conference that said, hey, they got them. Everybody believed Colin Powell, right? And Bush said, you either let the inspectors in, or you're going to be toast. and Saddam wouldn't, so Allied forces went in. Two weeks, Saddam was toppled. Saddam then ran away and hid for eight months.
Starting point is 00:33:29 Got away with eight months, okay? They found him in a hole, and he executed, and they hung them in 2006. Anyway, the mistake that Bush made was that on May 1st, 2003, you went on a warship and said, mission accomplished. You all remember that. Okay. We got Saddam out of there. We won the Iraq war. They're going to have free elections. No. The war went on for eight more years because the terrorists ambushed American forces every day. The terrorists weren't out of there. So 4,431 U.S. casualties. And it was not worth it. But I'm not Monday morning quarterback because I supported that resolution by Congress based upon Colin Powell and the press reports.
Starting point is 00:34:29 I was wrong. You cannot engineer democracy in a theocracy, which is what Iraq and Iran and all the Middle East Arab countries are. Okay? We learn that less than a hard way. Back with a final thought in a moment. All right, here is the final thought of the day. So Kamala Harris interview tonight, I will be in my car driving to City Field to see the Mets and the Dodgers tonight.
Starting point is 00:35:02 But I have arranged, and since I am so technically ridiculous, I can't even put gas in the car. I can, but barely. I'm going to be listening to the interview on the way in. I only live 12 miles in the stadium. It'll take me 45 minutes to an hour. That's New York traffic, all right? But I got to go to the Mets, and I got to listen to Kamala Harris. Have to.
Starting point is 00:35:28 Because half of the show tomorrow is going to be devoted to that, because it's a game changer. Either way, it's a game changer. This is a high wire act, boy. I'll tell you why. For both, FNC and for the vice president. So I'll be driving in, hoping for a med victory, but I will be focused on listening to that interview. We will have tomorrow the best and most fair and toughest.
Starting point is 00:36:01 The last word is important. Now I'm not pulling any punches on any of these guys. And we will tell you what is good and what is bad. And it's a half an hour, okay? So I'll have plenty of time to listen to it in a car. I might tweet later on about it. I've got to go to the stadium and I got a bunch of stuff to do there. I just don't go in sit in a seat.
Starting point is 00:36:24 I always have stuff to do. But I'm going to try to get a tweet out, giving you my initial impressions of the interview. So tomorrow is a must to watch and listen to the no-spin news. We hope you are enjoying our election coverage. We believe it's the best. If you don't, if you're a dissenter in that area, please tell me. Bill at bill o'Reilly.com, bill at bill o'Reilly.com, name and town. See you tomorrow.
