Next time, use Amazon Pharmacy. We deliver. And, no, those were not raisins. Amazon Pharmacy. Healthcare just got less painful.
Starting point is 00:01:00 Hey Bill O'Reilly here. Welcome to the No Spin News for Tuesday, June 3rd, 2025, stand up for your country. When I was in China last week, there were two things, you know, outside of the big Taiwan tariffs and all of that, that had the Chinese politicians crazed. And number one was San Francisco, because many Chinese have relatives living there. And it kept going to me, how can the American government allow a major city like that to collapse into violent anarchy? And, you know, I don't want to explain a difference between local and state and federal. They don't have that in China.
Starting point is 00:01:55 They have one rule and people do what they're told, or they pay. a huge price. But anyway, they were appalled by what happened or what is happening in San Francisco. The second thing was the open border immigration. They're laughing at us. The whole world is laughing at us. Everybody. I mean, and when you think about President Biden, that is all I see. That is one of the biggest blunders in American history. By far, it's got to be in a top five. got to be and the Trump administration has to clean it up and that's why we're in the middle of controversy after controversy after controversy and that is a subject of this evening's talking points memo so the latest is that the Department of Homeland Security is listed a bunch of
Starting point is 00:02:48 over 500 I should say about over 500 sanctuary jurisdictions in the United States. 500 counties, cities, towns that will not cooperate with ICE in finding people who are here illegally. 500. So the Department of Homeland Security put them on the net. And I'm going to just read some of the big ones and said that, quote, each jurisdiction listed will receive formal notification of its noncompliance. and all potential violation of federal criminal statutes. What that means is they may arrest some people and charge him with failing to uphold federal law or interfering with federal law.
Starting point is 00:03:37 But even if they don't do that, Trump himself is going to deny federal funds to a lot of these places, federal law enforcement funds and others. That's what's going to happen. All right, so let's throw a list up for a radio. I'll read it. Anchorage, Alaska, Berkeley, California, L.A., San Diego, San Francisco, Boulder, Colorado, D.C., Atlanta, Honolulu, Chicago, New Orleans, Baltimore, Boston, Minneapolis, Vegas, Albany, New York, New York City, Portland, Oregon, Philadelphia, Seattle. All right, so the usual suspects. These are all liberal cities. And in Boston, there has been a very big campaign to find violent criminal undocumented people.
Starting point is 00:04:21 In fact, over the last few weeks, there have been 1,500 rounded up by ICE, 1,500 out of the 15, 800 of criminal records. And they're all here illegally. But that means 700 don't. And that is what the progressive left is outraged about. Okay. So after that list that I just read to you was posted, it was quickly taken. taken down. That caught our attention here at the NOSPN News. Why are they taking it down? This is fascinating, and I don't think anybody's reported it yet. There is an organization called
Starting point is 00:05:03 the National Sheriffs Association, 3,000 elected sheriffs across the country, the National Sheriffs Association. It objected to the federal government posting all of the jurisdictions, saying that the list was created without the sheriff's input and violates the core principles of trust cooperation partnership with fellow law enforcement. I'm not sure really what that means. We're going to try to get somebody from the national sheriffs in here on Thursday to explain it, okay?
Starting point is 00:05:40 So we're going to try to do that. The leader is Sheriff Kiernan Donahue, but we'll see what we can do there. So anyway, the federal government said, oh, we don't want trouble with 3,000 sheriffs, most of whom are sympathetic to ICE. They're not sanctuary people. So it's a complicated story. Now, in Massachusetts, there has been the usual outcry from the progressive left,
Starting point is 00:06:09 which controls the entire commonwealth. In the sweep was an 18-year-old junior high school student, Milford High School, which is in the Worcester area, central Massachusetts. He was taken into custody because he was driving a car owned by his father, who is on ICE's list. And he's still detained. Here's how WBZ, the big outlet in Boston, covered that. Go.
Starting point is 00:06:39 Just an incredible outpouring of love here from the Milford community, as students' faculty friends rally on behalf of 18-year-old Marcello, who was detained yesterday. and what was supposed to be a day of celebration, students say there's a sense of emptiness and loss. Free Marcelo! Free Marcelo! Free Marcelo! An emotional display of love for Milford High School student Marcelo Gomes, hundreds lying Main Street in Milford, and support of the 18-year-old who was detained by ICE agents over the weekend.
Starting point is 00:07:08 And he is still being detained, as I report it. So, okay, I feel a little sorry for Marshall. He's been here since he's five years old. His parents probably are responsible, but he is caught up in something that's pretty horrific. All right. But that's the story of Massachusetts. Not the 800 people living there who are criminals,
Starting point is 00:07:33 foreign nationals. They ignore it. Here's what the Boston Globe said. Quote, we're seeing arrests of people who haven't been convicted of anything. In some cases, they haven't even charged. Seems the goal is not to be. to make our community safer, but rather to persuade everyone who's not a citizen, whether
Starting point is 00:07:50 they're a service worker, student, or a university professor, or a tourist, to go away and never come back. Boston Globe ignores the 800 people who have criminal records that were taken into custody. That's how corrupt that newspaper is. It's outrageous, all right? And then we have the governor of the state. I'm not going to even play her soundbite. Mora Healy, I was going to play it, but it's the same old thing.
Starting point is 00:08:18 You know, oh, we don't want lawbreakers, but we get it. They don't want ICE. They didn't cooperate on this. They've never cooperated. They're okay with 800 violent people in the state illegally. That's a truth. I love Massachusetts. Boston is my second home.
Starting point is 00:08:40 I was educated there, work local news there. This is insane. Yet the people at Commonwealth elect these knit wits. Tires matter. They're the only part of your vehicle that touches the road. Tread confidently with new tires from Tire Rack.

We have so much style under one roof because a friend knows you like options. drop by or visit us at shanko.com.
Starting point is 00:09:48 Shane Company, your friend and jeweler. All right. So, summon this memo up. If I'm President Trump, I cut off almost all ages, city of Boston, like that. It's over. You're not getting anything until you cooperate with us. That's it. That's what I do.
Starting point is 00:10:09 And see, I'm more militant on this than Trump. But you got to send a message. This is enough. Enough. The whole world is laughing at us. All right. Now, China, a little update here. I didn't mention yesterday.
Starting point is 00:10:26 I hope you saw our reportage on my trip. There's a column. There's a message. You know, I don't want to overdo this. But China, USA, the most important story by far. Okay. So when I was there, they, Chinese were going, they're angry at Canada because Canada at the embassy in Beijing, this is big mural of rainbow
Starting point is 00:10:50 because it's rainbow month or gay month or some month, I don't know. There it is. And their government is furious, but the government can't do anything because embassy territory is owned by Canada or USA, whatever embassy it is. So the Chinese, and I said, why is so upset about it? because they say it promotes homosexuality, and in our society, we don't like that. We don't want that. There's no freedom anyway.
Starting point is 00:11:22 Okay, so let's segue back into the United States. PBS, of course, Fair Network that gives both sides of the story. Unbelievable. PBS is using Sesame Street, the kids show and little kids. to promote gay rights or gay rainbow or something, okay? Just give you a sample of what they did a couple of years ago, and it has continued roll the tape. Hi, Elmo and I wanted to share that everyone is always welcome on Sesame Street.
Starting point is 00:12:00 This month and every month, we want to uplift and celebrate our LGBTIQIA plus family, friends, and communities. Yeah, that's right, Ms. Arianna, from our Sesame Street family to yours. Happy pride. Elmo loves you. And I love you, Elmo. Okay, we pay for that. Now, this year, PBS puts out this, Sesame Street, quote, on our street, everyone is welcome, together, let's build the world where every person and family feels love and respected for who they are,
Starting point is 00:12:39 happy pride month okay I mean I remember when I was teaching high school I protected the kids who were perceived to be gay on campus because they were brutalized they were and I protected those kids and said you do that you're gonna have trouble with me I am anti-bullying and I don't want any of that now conservatives say that PBS Sesame Street is grooming young children to be gay. I don't buy that for a minute. They're not grooming. What they are is presenting material that's inappropriate to children. Children should have a childhood. Sesame Street should not be ramming stuff Pride Month down their throats. That's the big sin here. Okay.
Starting point is 00:13:38 it off PBS and you've been doing this for years. Put on a kids show. Department of Justice Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dillon is warning California that by June 9th they better enforce Title IX. So what is that? Here's what the Justice Department wants. Knowingly depriving female of athletic opportunities and benefits on the basis of their sex would constitute unconstitutional sex discrimination under equal protection clauses. This is what the Justice Department sent to California. What they're saying is if you allow men, trans men, to compete in sports against women,
Starting point is 00:14:25 you're violating women's rights. So they got to June 9th, California, to knock it off. Or, again, no money. I mean, that's the way it's got to be. And I think 80% of Americans are down with that. You have to deny the funding. The federal government has to say you either comply with federal law, whether it be immigration law or Title IX, or you're not going to get any money.
Starting point is 00:14:55 Egg prices. So remember when Trump took over the hysteria about egg prices. That's all we heard for, what, two weeks, three weeks, egg prices, eggs, eggs, eggs, eggs. Well, since that time, the price of a dozen eggs has dropped 61% under the Trump administration, 6-1. Heard anything about that? I haven't. I have not heard one blank and word. Okay?
Starting point is 00:15:23 So we did age search. Did anybody report that? CNN, no. NBC no. News Nation no. ABC no. CBS no. Fox News and Newsmax did report it.
Starting point is 00:15:38 Okay, didn't mention it. Now, I just want to remind you what the hysteria was back when Trump took over in January. Go. I mean, you try to explain that to a mother now that's paying $6 for egg or me who paid $6 for a gallon of gas just a mile away from here. I mean, it's hard to explain to the American people today that somehow this is going to get better in their situations are going to get better. Yeah, oh, no, they're not going to get better. No, ah, chopped in it. So the eggs are down 61%.
Starting point is 00:16:12 My fuel is down a buck a gallon here on Long Island. See, these pinheads, I don't know why anybody in the world watches this stuff. I really don't. Disney's laying off a lot of people, 700. Okay, this is the third, fourth round of layoffs the past 10 months. And, you know, I know you don't care about this very much, but the reason that Disney, the most powerful entertainment company in the world, is having to fire all these people, is because of woke.
Starting point is 00:16:47 That's why. The view. All right? The stupid movies that they inject the woke stuff in. And then America, you know, no. That's how you do it. Consumers do it. Okay, headline, front page, Wall Street Journal.
Starting point is 00:17:07 Now, you have to understand something if you are interested in consuming news in America. I assume you are, since you're consuming me right now on radio and television. So Wall Street Journal, in their news pages, is a left-wing situation. In their editorial pages, they are not. They lean right on the editorial side, but they lean right. lean left on their news coverage. The headline today is law firms that appease Trump face backlash. Okay. The article is that if a law firm settles with the president, that it's being punished. Some of its lawyers quit. Some people won't do business with it, whatever. There is only one
Starting point is 00:17:59 pro-Trump lawyer mentioned in the entire article, okay? One. And a lot of lawyers who have helped or worked or support Donald Trump have gotten hurt big time. So therefore, the Wall Street Journal tilts it, okay, left, saying, oh, no, don't settle with Trump because you'll get hurt, but they ignore the fact that the same thing is going on by the left punishing any attorneys who support Donald Trump. And joining us now is one of them. Clita Mitchell comes from Pinehurst, North Carolina today. She is the founder and chairman of the Election Integrity Network. So you after the election of 2020 were involved with Georgia and the controversy down there about whether the votes were counted accurately. And you got hurt doing that, correct?
Starting point is 00:18:59 Tell us what happened to you. Well, thank you, Bill, for having me and letting me talk about this, because it's only been one side that's been told for the last 40 years, and that's by the left-wing media, including the Wall Street Journal news pages, as you pointed out. I was a partner at a large law firm in Washington, D.C. for almost 20 years. And When after, I was asked by the White House to go to Georgia the day after the election. So November 4th of 2020, I'm an election attorney. Meet the most capable CRV Honda has ever dreamed up. The all-new CRV trail sport hybrid.

And so I was asked to go to Georgia and just to see what was going on and to just check out the election situation. And so I arrived there in the wee hours of the 5th of November and I started looking at
Starting point is 00:20:52 what had gone on in the election and realized that the election was a mess. And I will just say that's not a legal term of art. It's just exactly, but it is exactly what happened. So many votes that were cast and counted in violation of state law, people registered at P.O. Boxes, that's illegal in Georgia. People whose registrations were recorded as having been what the post office record showed were vacant premises, either vacant lots or nobody lived there. And adding all of that up, basically we knew that there were more votes that were cast and counted
Starting point is 00:21:33 and were included in the certified total than the margin of victory between President Trump and Joe Biden. So I was one of the President's volunteer lawyers, and that was interesting in and of itself because there had been this real push from the left, just like what you were reading today, where there was this big leftist push, starting the day after the election, where law firms were threatened and told that people would take their business away from law firms who represented President Trump in the post-election of 2020. So let's start with that. And so here I am a partner in a big law firm, and I'm volunteering because my firm decided
Starting point is 00:22:19 not to accept payment because they didn't want to basically telegraphed the outside world that we were doing anything on behalf of the president. And so fast forward, we filed an election contest, 64 pages, over 1,100 pages of exhibits, and we never got a judge appointed to hear the case, which was very odd. I believe you can talk about that on a separate broadcast, podcast, but the bottom line is that we ended up, the president wanted to have a conversation with the Secretary of State because we hadn't had a judge appointed and to see if there might be some way to resolve the case by comparing the data that was included in our litigation with the data that the Secretary of State said that he had in his office that he wouldn't share with us. And so to try to get some resolution before the certification and enjoy the electoral votes. They never got it. And you believe that there was illegalities involved in the total.
Starting point is 00:23:23 I think you believe that Trump won the state. Is that correct? Well, in all honesty, Bill, and I've said this to the president. I don't think we know who won because it was such a mess. And that's absolutely valid. And there you go. but there are enough questions whereby it should have been clarified. And it was.
Starting point is 00:23:40 That's right. Okay. And so you did. We were following the law. You did an honest job. You're correct. Do you want to mention the law firm? Name the law firm?
Starting point is 00:23:50 I'd rather not. Okay. Rather not. So you're down there in your own dime. You do an honest job. You come back to D.C. and they fire you? No. What happened was that the secretary of state in a phone call,
Starting point is 00:24:06 that was arranged to discuss the data that was in our lawsuit with the Secretary of State. That phone call was illegally recorded by the Deputy Secretary of State, a woman by the name of Jordan Fuchs. And she was in Florida at the time. She lied about it to the Washington Post, by the way, because Florida is a two-party consent state. You're not supposed to record the phone call unless you have the consent of the other people on the call. And she did not obtain that. She's recorded the call, then release the tape to the Washington Post the next day. And so that phone call, the president has been quoted in that phone call as saying,
Starting point is 00:24:45 we just need to find 12,000 votes, as though he was asking the Secretary of State to go find votes. No, he was just clarifying how many votes were needed to overturn the state. Look, any honest broker knows that, but I'm interested in you. I'm interested in you now. So once that transcript was released by the Washington Post, within 24 hours, the Lincoln Project, which, as you know, is run by a bunch of never-trumper's perverted people, they started posting on Twitter the phone numbers of our offices, the firm's offices. We had offices all over the country and telling people to start and then listing some of our major corporate. clients, which is a matter of public record, and having people call the corporate clients to tell the corporate clients to call their relationship partner to tell the partners that they were
Starting point is 00:25:47 going to take their business away from our law firm unless the firm fired me. You personally. And it literally shut down, me personally. Okay. So they threaten your law firm. You better fire Cleita Mitchell or we're going to take our business elsewhere. Correct. Correct.
Starting point is 00:26:04 Did any media report that? Oh, what they reported was that I was forced out of the firm. I ended up resigning from the firm. We reached an agreement. But what they've all reported for four years is that I was the attorney who tried to overturn the election in Georgia. Filing an election contest is not considered overturned election. They didn't report that you were threatened by the Lincoln Project. Oh, no, no, no, no. None of that was reported. None of that was reported. No, no, no, no. We had to
Starting point is 00:26:41 shut down the switchboards in all of our offices all across the country. Cleita, you know me for a long time. I've been through this. I've been through this time and time and time again, okay? And that's why I got out. That's why I got out. Right. All right. You're right. Well, I'm just not going to deal with it anymore. Honestly. Right. I just said, So I left the law firm in January of 2021, and I haven't practiced law since then, but what I spent my time doing since February 1st of 2021, I've been the senior legal fellow at the Conservative Partnership Institute, and I founded the Election Integrity Network, and I've been working full-time in Election Integrity. But every news article, every news article refers to me as the lawyer who tried to help Trump overturned the election of 2020. And it's a smear. The other thing, yes.
Starting point is 00:27:34 And then within about a month, just a few weeks later, I receive a bar complaint that was I was originally admitted to the bar in Oklahoma. It's where I'm from, and I practiced law there before I moved to Washington, D.C. in the 1990s. And so I'm a member of the bar in Washington, D.C. and in Oklahoma. And so I had a bar complaint filed against me by 29 people, lawyers. I've never heard of. I'd never heard of one of them. They're all organized into a cabal.
Starting point is 00:28:06 Correct. Let's get Clea Mitchell. Right. Right. Okay. And then what I learned then is that that began a trend, a project founded by David Brock. You may remember David Brock. I know, I'm a smear merchant.
Starting point is 00:28:23 So he finds some, he created something called the 65 project, and they filed bar complaints against every lawyer. in America, who in any way, shape, or form have represented President Trump. Right. And that these projects are paid for by people like George Soros. I don't know if Soros directly pay this, but that's where the money comes from. Brock lives off that money, and he makes a lot of money himself. He makes a lot of money. To destroy people like you.
Starting point is 00:28:56 Right. All right, Clida, we have it? That bar complaint went on what? The bar complaint, go anywhere, real quick? No, but they didn't dismiss it for three years. It was fully brief, but it wasn't dismissed for three years. So you had a deal with it and all of that. Well, we're sorry, but I think you're better off now than you were,
Starting point is 00:29:16 and you're helping the country more now. I always say, yeah, I say that they, you know, they thought they'd vanquished me, but what they really did was they made me, they freed me from billable hours, So I could just spend full time working on trying to fix the elections. And I'm very happy that this broadcast here could tell your story because that's the outrage. They just won't, they just won't tell the truth. They be in the Washington Post of the world. They're not interested in that.
Starting point is 00:29:46 All right, Clea, good luck to you. If anybody ever bothers you again, you come right to me, okay? I appreciate that, Bill. Thank you. See you. Smart life. So it's summertime, I guess, up here in the North. were not getting a lot of warm weather. Today's a nice day. And a lot of people would be heading to the
Starting point is 00:30:04 beach. So you're already there in the south and in California. Now the ocean, I'm a former lifeguard water safety instructor. You got to be careful and a lot of people aren't. And we got some stats on the smart life front, particularly children, you guys are kids or grandkids or whatever. So last year in the USA there were more 4,000 people drowned unintentionally. Some of those in the pool, all right we don't have a breakdown some of them in the lake but the ocean is by far the most dangerous you got to you got to really know what you're doing you cannot drink or smoke pot or take drugs and go into water you can't or you're heightened and your your uh risk to a degree that's insane and what about sharks smart life okay so last year there were 28 unprovoked
Starting point is 00:30:58 attacks in the United States. And when they say unprovoked, there are idiots who go out there with chum, blood, and throw it into water, and yeah, okay, but these are just people on the shore. But don't let it. I know these people. I see jaws. But you have to be aware when you go near or in the ocean. Don't play with the ocean.
Starting point is 00:33:19 boy I can tell you man personal experience those currents boo okay this day in history June 3rd 2016 Mohammed Ali dies now Muhammad Ali was probably the most flamboyant and controversial athlete in American history and I wrote about him in my book Killing the legends so he died of Parkinson's disease it was actually septic shock at his home in Arizona he was 74 years old and it was entirely predictable because the man was taking punches in the head since he was 12 years old okay but I'll give you a dose for the younger crew don't really know Ali roll a tape I'm gonna give him a real weapon and I wrote a poem some of you heard it but
Starting point is 00:34:14 this is a little conscience I got a little gorilla here this is his conscience I keep it right in my pocket everywhere I go. Right there. And I wrote a sharp poem. It says there will be a killer and a thriller and a killer when I get the gorilla in Manila. That's right. He's talking about Joe Frazier, and I write about the Thriller in Manila in Killing the Legends. I think it's the best writing I've ever done.
