Welcome to the no-spin news Thursday, September 12th, 2019. Fight for your freedom.
All right, so let's open with the Supreme Court siding with the Trump administration.
Let me break this down. It's fairly simple. So we have a siege at the border organized, paid for by far-left groups,
and expedited by the cartels. They bring people up from as far away as Panama.
All right, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico. March the United States.
these people up and then as soon as they get to the border, they try to say they need
asylum. And they can do that if they put one foot on our soil. I want asylum. My life's
in danger, whatever. Now, some of that's legit. Some of it's legit. There are people who are
in danger, but a lot of it isn't. It's organized. They're coached. And once you get here and
apply for asylum, then you're in the wind. You get released so you can be here up to three years
before your case is hurt. So in order to stop that, the Trump administration wants a new asylum
rule whereby the first country that you step foot on is where you have to apply for asylum
if eventually you want to wind up in the USA. So if you're Honduras, you have to go through
Guatemala and Mexico to get to the USA.
unless you take a boat. But this applies to people who are on land. So the Honduran in Tegu Zagapa
would have to apply for asylum in Guatemala. Of course, they don't want to do that because
Guatemala is a poor country. So the Supreme Court had to hear it because the lower courts
that rule from the bench as far as legislation is concerned. They don't rule on the Constitution.
The Supreme Court said, no, the block on the lower federal court is no good.
President has power to do this.
Seven to two.
Supreme Court, seven to two.
So that's new policy.
So if you do get to the border and you're from Guatemala, you're not going to get an asylum claim in the USA.
You've got to go back to Mexico first.
and then you can wend your way through their system and finally to our system.
It doesn't preclude somebody from getting asylum of USA, but you've got to stair, step it.
This is a big deal, and it should stop some of the con.
Should.
They'll figure out some other way, but this is it.
Now, the two Supreme Court justices that dissented are, of course, of course, Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Sotomayor,
Sonia Sotomayor, who I met one time.
I've never met Justice Ginsburg.
And again, they don't care what the law, the Constitution says.
They want as many people as possible to come in here from foreign nations.
Now, all of this world today will impact the Democrat debate tonight because Jorge Ramos is a moderator.
First of this break, go.
If you are over the age of 50, I have an important.
important message for you. There's a true alternative to AARP, the liberal retirement group,
that lobbies in favor of progressive policies. For less than $20 a year, an AMAC membership
gives you members-only pricing on car insurance, roadside assistance, discounts on hotels and
travel, cell phone plans, discount dental plans, and on and on and on. So please join

You know him to be an activist. He's a border activist. Open border. Everybody in.
Jorge wants everybody in. Now, he'll say he doesn't, but he does.
He's obvious from what he says.
So Stephanophilus and Muir and some woman I don't even know, what's her name?
I don't know.
I'll find out.
Lindsay, somebody.
And Jorge Ramos are the moderators.
Okay?
So you figure Jorge is going to wail.
You agree with the Supreme Court.
I'll see.
Because remember, in the first two Democratic debates, there were no hard questions from NBC or
CNN for the Democrats, none. No Megan Kelly moments. And by the way, that Megan Kelly, Donald Trump
debate thing, I get into it very heavily in the United States of Trump, the upcoming book.
So anyway, Lindsay Davis is her name, ABC News correspondent. I don't know her. So they're the
moderators and then they will be quizzing the 10 Democrats who are in the debate. Now I don't
expect many hard questions. I don't. But if I'm wrong, I will tell you tomorrow. I'm going to be a
special edition of the No-Spin News tomorrow, a special debate edition. All right, so I'm working
an extra day for you. Now, right before the debate, Elizabeth Warren, says, you know what, I'm going
to give everybody on Social Security, every American on Social Security, an extra 200 bucks a month
in benefits if I'm elected.
So this is another government entitlement coming out,
and I know everybody's paid into Social Security,
so you don't have to yell at me,
but Warren's a riot.
I mean, she'd run it up $30, $40 trillion in spending,
and she'd have to seize private property, and she would.
She absolutely would.
Read my column, The Con, on posting on the website.
Elizabeth Warren doesn't believe in private property.
Your assets, even after you pay taxes on your salary, stocks and bonds, whatever, maybe
shouldn't believe they belong to you.
The government's property, the government can take any time at once.
According to her, that's socialism.
Okay, so Warren, just in time for the debate, another $200 a month for all Social Security recipients.
And Social Security is going bankrupt.
because of government mismanagement.
So something has to be done someday about that.
All right. I got mail.
I'm going to tell you all about what we're going to do tonight
with the tweeting on the debate.
It's going to be fun.
I'm going to make it fun.
First this announcement.
You have been hearing about gold all over the news.
Prices keep going up.
Experts are warning.
A recession is here.
It's time to prepare.
Recent analyst this week says he sees gold going up
hundreds of dollars per ounce.
to hit 1,700.
That's why I recommend you check out
the Hartford Gold Group to learn more.
To get you started, the Hartford Gold Group
will gift you a free silver coin.
If you're watching the No Spin News,
you can get the free coin
from the Hartford Cold Group.
No purchase necessary.
All you have to do is call

Please call today.
Okay, so let's do a little mail.
This is from Peter Rosario Bayonne, New Jersey.
Bill, you stated, so far President Trump has not done a good job
in defining Elizabeth Warren.
I would say that might be the strategy.
We've seen Bernie Sanders, and unlikely he has much upside.
True.
Realistically, the race between Biden and Warren.
Of those two, Warren is a much better option for Trump if she wins.
So it would be in Trump's best interest to hold off firing it Warren now,
hoping she wins the nomination. I understand what you're saying, Peter, but my point is this.
Instead of tweeting grievances against John Bolton or CNN or MMAB,
President Trump should use the power that he has to communicate with you and me to start
defining the danger that not only Elizabeth Lauren, but the whole far-left socialist movement
presents for the country.
I did in the column, the con.
Much better served if he starts to do that now
to heighten awareness of it.
Dean is Schillingford, Bowie, Maryland, Bill.
I disagree with you on VP Biden defeating President Trump.
Dean, I didn't say he was going to defeat President Trump.
I said he could.
It's possible, in my opinion.
The others, it's not possible, but he could.
I didn't say he would.
There's a big difference with the C and the W.
Biden appears to be the safe choice for Dems,
just as Romney was for Republicans.
12 months before the election showed Romney beating President Obama,
and we know how it ended.
Okay.
Okay, so the final thought of the day is I'll be tweeting
during the Democratic debate.
An important debate for the country to see who's going to run against Donald Trump
at Bill O'Reilly.
I'm going to go boom, boom, boom.
and the tweets are going to be right between the eyes.
All right, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom.
I'll probably do one every five minutes just to keep you up the day.
If you want to watch the NFL game or something like that or just something else,
you've got my tweets, you'll know what's going on.
Tomorrow's special show, special no spin news on Friday.
I'll run down what happened.
All right, and I hope to see you then.
