Starting point is 00:01:00 Hey Bill O'Reilly here. Welcome to the No Spin News, Thursday, February 20th, 2025, stand up for your country. Happy birthday, Senator Mitch McConnell, 83 years old, and he announced today that he's giving up this senator role in 2007 when his term is up. Good. He's an old-time Paul. If you follow me, you know, I don't have much regard for the senator.
Starting point is 00:01:38 He's the only Republican voting against Donald Trump now, which doesn't matter to me one way or the other. I think all politicians should vote their conscience. And that means that you have to take into consideration what your constituency wants. They'll sell out, but it's a major factor. My genesis with McConnell was Kate's law, which would have provided mandatory federal prison sentences for any criminal alien deported who comes back. Logical, should be on the books. McConnell killed it in the Senate. Why? Because he didn't like me writing it up.
Starting point is 00:02:17 That's why I'm a punk in his eyes. All right, I don't want to go back on the grievance trail here. I do think Mitch McConnell is a patriot. He's served in the Senate since 1986, but I don't like the way he goes about things. And I think that's fair. Now, there's a big controversy over this Ukraine thing. Some conservatives like Mark Levin are angry with President Trump
Starting point is 00:02:45 because he seems to be siding with Putin. But it's not that clear cut, as I reported yesterday. I mean, there's a method to President Trump's madness in all things. When I use the word madness, that's a cliche. Method for his madness. But this could go either way. And there's no doubt right now that Trump is leaning into the Putin area. I think it's because he wants Putin to stop.
Starting point is 00:03:18 But we'll have to see what the deal is before we can really make a judgment. But the technique of trying to flatter someone to be reasonable, that's not crazy. That's been going on since Jenghis Khan. Just keep that in mind. Talking Points memo today is about Donald Trump's first month in office. So, one down, 47 more months to go. Liberal America, I'd be happy to hear that, right? I have to tell you that Donald Trump has done more in his.
Starting point is 00:03:52 his first month, second term, of course, than any other president in history. I went back last night confronting the president's, as you know, 23 consecutive weeks on the New York Times list. And now it'll extend into March. We got the numbers yesterday. This is still phenomenal. If you haven't read confronting the presidents, you might want to consider it. But anyway, Trump has done more in 31 days than anybody else who was elected president. Who do you think was second? George Washington, first president, because he had to reorganize the government. I mean, they had a structure in Philadelphia, but they weren't a federal government that only
Starting point is 00:04:39 happened after we booted the king out of here. And then Washington moved to New York City where he governed a country, and he was pretty busy, put everything together. In fact, today it was an anniversary, I don't know how many years, but of the first post office, federal post office, Washington instituted it.
Starting point is 00:05:01 But Trump did more than 31 days of George Washington did. Now, Washington had an excuse he had to get furniture. Martha was giving him a hard time. She didn't want to move to New York. You had to get curtains, you know. I mean, it was really nothing going on.
Starting point is 00:05:17 Structurally. But it is quite amazing what Donald Trump has done. So let's run it down. And I'm doing this because if Kamala Harris had been elected, none of these things that I'm going to mention are 10 of them would have happened. None of them. So just keep that in mind. First one is the Gaza hostage released.
Starting point is 00:05:43 24 hostages have been released. Okay. It's estimated there are 35 remaining in Hamas. hands. Now, the Biden people had a little bit to do with that, but not a lot. It was the Trump people who made it happen. I know that because I was involved to some extent. I have not reported that involvement. I will write about it, but the time isn't right now to do so. But I was directly involved with this. Okay? And I know what happened. Okay, so 24 hostages are out. That is a very significant achievement because Biden couldn't get any out.
Starting point is 00:06:26 He couldn't get any. They just ignored him, the terrorists. Number two, the Department of Government Efficiency, Doge. It's creating chaos. Elon Musk brought in, all right, and his job is to assess wasteful spending and fraud and to cut down a federal workforce, which is far too big. because we have a $36 trillion debt. So that never would happen to over Kamala Harris, ever.
Starting point is 00:06:57 The Democrats don't want to cut spending. They're the party of spending. Okay. Now, I don't know whether in the end Musk will be successful. He's uncovered some stuff, and that's good, but now it kicks back to Congress and they're trying to claw back money. I don't know if they're going to be successful there. Most of that money's already been spent.
Starting point is 00:07:23 But it's a worthy effort, is it not? If you're a loyal American, I don't care what party you're in. You don't want wasteful spending. That insults the taxpayers. Number three, the Ukraine negotiations. Again, Biden couldn't do it. He couldn't get anywhere. And in the space of 31 days, Trump's got Putin at the table.
Starting point is 00:07:46 last week in Saudi Arabia. It wasn't Putin, but it was Putin's guy, Lavrov. Okay, that's three. Kamala Harris, in a million years, would not have been able to do that. Number four, DEI banishment. Democrats didn't want to banish it. It's out. Okay, gone from the federal area.
Starting point is 00:08:06 And it's a skin color play and a gender play. That's against the Constitution. Number five, gas and oil regulations. Trump has signed five executive orders. Now, we haven't seen any benefit from that yet, but it's a little bit too early. I figure about May, because summer gas prices usually surge, because everybody's zipping around on vacation. If it's a surge this year, then those EOs would have failed. But we've got to give it to then to see if that's going to lower prices.
Starting point is 00:08:41 And again, Biden could have done five executive orders to make it easy. for fossil fuels to be harvested and transported. He didn't do it. Six, border security in the first half of this month, the one month for Trump, migrant encounters, which means border patrol, getting face-to-face physically with somebody trying to get across the border, dropped 93%. Because Trump put troops on the border, he stopped all the asylum madness, and Biden opened the border completely. Didn't want any restraints at all, none. Okay, that's six.
Starting point is 00:09:21 Number seven, deportation of criminal migrants. Now, this has halted, okay, very interesting. Got off to a robust start. 5,700 illegal immigrants have been deported. That's according to the Department of Homeland Security. But in the last 10 days, almost ground to a halt. And I don't know why. We're watching it.
Starting point is 00:09:44 We'll have a report next week on it. But the deportation is more difficult, I believe, than the Trump administration thought it would be. A number eight Mexican troops at the border. This is another thing, Kamala Harris, in a million years. She wouldn't have deported anybody either. But in a million years, would have not. cajoled the President of Mexico put those troops on the border.
Starting point is 00:10:15 And she did it with Trump like that. And that'll help. That's going to help. Did you know that at Chevron, you can fuel up on unbeatable mileage and savings? With Chevron rewards, you'll get 25 cents off per gallon on your next five visits.

Starting point is 00:10:50 The best coast just got better. Introducing Quantum of the Seas sailing from L.A. this fall. Conquer next-level thrills on the boldest ship in the West, like flow rider surf sessions, bumper cars, and soaring 300 feet above sea level on the North Star. Plus more than 15 dining options on board. All between discoveries in Ensenada and even overnights in Cabo. You've never done Mexico like this.
Starting point is 00:11:13 Book your Boulder-Baha adventure from Los Angeles today. Come seek the Royal Caribbean. Itineraries vary by sale date. Ships Registry Bahamas. Number nine, Trump has signed 68 executive orders. Biden signed 32 in his first month. And Trump wants to blow up what he calls a corrupt federal system. That's what this is all about.
Starting point is 00:11:37 And the last one is Trump administration, suing sanctuary cities. First two are Chicago and New York, Illinois, and New York State. Okay? And the Justice Department is filing suits saying, hey, you're disobeying federal law. We're going to take you to court. And there could be fines. There could be all kinds of stuff.
Starting point is 00:12:00 And again, that would never have happened had Kamala Harris been president. So whether you despise Trump or you love him or whatever, You've got to give him some credit for instituting his vision, okay, of which he got elected. Told the folks, this is what I want to do. They voted for him, and now he's doing it. But the press, and that's the memo, okay, let's just get that out of the way. All right, but the press opposes everything he does, everything, because he's evil. That's the new strategy.
Starting point is 00:12:40 We told you about earlier this week. Trump is evil, right? So is Musk, evil guys. So what the corporate media does is they cherry-picked. So under the Trump administration, thousands, probably tens of thousands of federal employees are going to be laid off because the government's too big in Trump's estimation. So tens of thousands of people are going to lose their job. So the media will pluck one of them, like in the Veterans Administration, then they'll say there's not enough air traffic controllers because Trump's firing them,
Starting point is 00:13:18 which is false, a lie. And then they'll say, oh, you can't fire anybody in this area or that area, and then they'll have a sob story. I lost my job. Look, just because you're a federal employee doesn't guarantee your job. It doesn't. And if there are too many federal employees, then there has to be a cutback on it. It's like a regular company.
Starting point is 00:13:45 But the media, they cherry pick it to make Trump look evil. And a lot of people buy it. I get mail all the time. They go, oh, look at these poor people, and we're not, the veterans aren't going to get what they deserve. And the air traffic controls, I'm afraid to fly, and, you know, all of that hysteria. It's easy for the media to do that. It's simple. And so they want to undermine.
Starting point is 00:14:08 Everything. And I mean 100%. I haven't heard one thing that Trump has done be praised by the New York Times or CNN or MSNBC. Not one. And maybe I missed it. And if you heard it, please bill at bill o'Reilly.com, because we want to be fair. Tell me, they praise them or anything? Let me know. All right, polling Washington Post. You got to consider the source here. All right. Fair sample. First question, since taking off of it, do you think President Trump has acted within his authority as president or gone beyond it? Gone beyond it, 57, acted within 40. Okay, I mean, with the media telling everybody that he's a dictator and the Nazi and all this, I get it. I don't believe it. It's stupid. But I see why some people would vote that way. Second question, if Trump goes beyond his authority as president, do you think the Supreme Court will reign them in? All right. 56% say court would try to stop it.
Starting point is 00:15:18 40% say no, they'll go along with everything Trump wants. Okay. Third question, do you approve or disapprove of the way Trump is handling each of the following? Immigration, approve 50, disapprove 48. I do not believe that number. I don't believe it. because Washington Post the left-wing paper.
Starting point is 00:15:39 So I don't believe that number at all. The economy, approved 45, disapprove 53. Why would you disapprove of Trump's
Starting point is 00:15:47 economic vision? Why? For what reason? He inherited the Biden chaos. Third, managing the federal government approved 44,
Starting point is 00:15:57 disapproved 54. So that means 54% of Americans don't want any downsize or any exposure of waste and fraud? I don't believe
Starting point is 00:16:05 that. I don't believe this at all. Do you approve or disapprove the job Elon Musk is doing? Approved 34, disapprove 49. He's been demonized, Musk. Okay, so CNN poll. Sampling Fair, and I'm glad we're responsible for making a fair sampling, by the way, because we pointed out about a year and a half ago how the polling companies were tilting
Starting point is 00:16:35 everything, but now they've straightened it out. Do you approve or disprove the way Donald Trump is handling his job as president? Approve 47, disprove 52, that's CNN. Well, it goes against most of the polls. I would just say that. It goes against most of the polls. Regardless of whether you approve or disapprove, what do you think is the single most significant action Trump has taken? Immigration, 28%.
Starting point is 00:17:01 Elon Musk, 12. disbandling Fed agencies, 10, reducing government-faced fraud and waste, nine. Okay, that looks significant to me. So I'll buy that. Final poll, Pew, and Pew is better than the Washington Post and CNN. What is your overall opinion of Elon Musk? Favorable 42, unfavorable 54, much closer than the other poll, right? what is your overall opinion of Mark Zuckerberg favorable 25 unfavorable 67 whoa folks don't like
Starting point is 00:17:46 Zuckerberg okay and that is that the poll round up okay as we mentioned some conservatives very angry at Donald Trump for denigrating Zelensky and saying that Ukraine didn't do enough to prevent the war. He did say, Trump did say, Ukraine started the war, but only after, as we showed you yesterday, if you're a premium member or a concierge member at bill o'Reilly.com, you can get the transcripts every day. You could see if you miss a show or whatever. Good to have them on important issues. So Trump's main belief is that Ukraine didn't do enough to stop. what was unfolding, okay, and therefore he takes that belief, Trump, and says, well, Ukraine started a war. No, that's not, you can't be that imprecise, because it was rammed
Starting point is 00:18:51 down the president's throat, that Ukraine started the war, which he didn't. Ukraine didn't start the war. It's evil Vlad. Anyway, I gave a major, major talking points memo. On our YouTube channel, I am going to also discuss it. But I went on News Nation last night. And Chris Cuomo was confused about Trump, Ukraine. Go. I don't know what he's trying to do here. All right. I do. He is called Zelensky a dictator. Right. And kind of suggested he started the war and that Russia fought hard for the land that they took from Ukraine so they should get to keep it. It's not quite that way. So what Trump wants to do, and I said this even before he was elected, is he wants to ceasefire above all. He knows that he has to flatter Putin to get that
Starting point is 00:19:46 ceasefire. That's where you start. He has to flatter Putin. Putin is evil on the cover of my upcoming book confronting evil. There's bad Vlad right next to the Ayotola-Homanie and Mao Tung and Hitler's on the other side. Vlad is evil. Trump wants to deal with the evil merchant. So he has to do two things. Butter him up, which he's doing, and tell the world that Zelensky's not so hot. And that Ukraine could have stopped this before it started. You remember Trump going, if I were president, the war never would have started.
Starting point is 00:20:26 Right? How many times do you say that? A hundred thousand times? It's true. 100 times. Okay? What's true. Trump would have forced Zalel.
Starting point is 00:20:33 Linsky to give some concessions. I just mailchimp my marketing. You mailchimped your what? I mailedchimped my marketing with AI to create an effective marketing campaign in minutes. No, Mailchimp and way. Yes, Mailchimp in way. Now I can hyper-personalize my campaigns across email and SMS. You can do all that with MailChimp.
Starting point is 00:20:54 What did I just mailchimp and say? MailChimp your marketing with the number one AI powered email marketing and automation platform. Intuit MailChimp. Number one, based on publicly available data on competitors, Customers, plans vary. SMS available as add-ons. Visit millchimp.com. The Red Hot Clarence event is on right now at Burlington. And I'm excited for the markdowns.
Starting point is 00:21:12 It's all about savings on top of savings throughout the store. This is when I stock up on styles from my closet, home decor, and much more, because there's up to 70% off other retailers' prices on clearance. I mean, I'm going every day because these prices, too hot to miss. Burlington. Deals, brands, wow. Styles and selections may vary by location. Now, once again, I'll repeat, and I did report this yesterday, that Putin is already given a concession himself
Starting point is 00:21:40 that has not been reported widely in this country. So Putin's going to allow Ukraine to join the European Union, which is enormous, much more important to Ukraine than NATO. NATO is never going to happen because Putin doesn't want missiles in Ukraine pointed at Moscow. He's got missiles in Poland pointed at Moscow. doesn't want more. Anyway, the EU is the key to Ukraine's success in the future. The currency, the immigration, the free trade back and forth, and Putin is not going to object to that. That's enormous, not reported. So I believe that Trump will get a deal with bad Vlad.
Starting point is 00:22:28 If the deal's lousy, I'll tell you. I'll tell you. I suspect that Ukraine will lose a little territory. I suspect that will happen. But what's the alternative? Ukraine's not going to defeat Russia. Not going to beat them. And Trump is appalled that the United States taxpayer has already forked over $350 million to defend Ukraine, while the rest of Europe, everybody else has forked over $200 million. So we're 150 million, just one country above all of that. It's got to stop. That's his point of view.
Starting point is 00:23:13 Now, I subscribe to about 75% of that. I don't think I'd be that friendly to Vlad myself. Where do you see when you're reconfronting evil what we found out about Putin? Oh, boy. But he's the guy. He's got to stop fighting. And if you have to kiss his butt, Trump is willing to do that. I don't think I could, but we'll see.
Starting point is 00:23:42 I hate the will see business, but I've laid it out for you now. I think Trump will get ceasefire. He'll be criticized. I know that's coming, but it would be better for the world. Cash Patel, a new FBI chief. I'm glad Patel came on this program, answered my questions, and I give him a hard time. He didn't back away. So the FBI, the problem with the agency is that it has a liberal culture. And that began under Comey, James Comey. That was one of Trump's
Starting point is 00:24:17 biggest mistakes in his first term. He appointed Comey. He could have booted Comey, but he didn't. Comey gave him a line of BS and Trump kept him in there. And Comey and McCabe and all of these, they're devoted liberal people. So they hire other liberals in the agency. They don't hire conservatives because they're, they like the left wing. They like the culture. That's what happened to the FBI. Patel's way the opposite. So I expect to tell the clean house. I hope he does. We don't want any ideology in the FBI. And if Patel starts to impose a right wing ideology, then I will tell you. Okay. Smart life. Port story. We don't take gambling ads here, all right? And the gambling industry spends a ton of
Starting point is 00:25:10 money in the media. As you know, you got all the big movie stars running around, everybody's gambling, blah, blah, blah, blah. Okay. I turned down a cigar ad this week. I'm not taking tobacco. I'm not taking anything that could hurt you. I'm not going to take it. And that's just me. Since all this legalized gambling stuff, I think it's 38 states now have legalized sports betting. And on the internet, you can play poker and it's legal for money. Since that, the University of California, San Diego, and Bryn-Mar College in Philly did research, printed it in a journal American Medical Association that says there has been a boom in people, a surge, that's the word they use, trying to get information for gambling addiction.
Starting point is 00:26:05 You can get addicted to gambling very quickly, and it'll wipe you right out. So I know a guy who made a lot of money, a blue collar guy, but he was in a really good spot, and he was, you know, he had an opportunity to not only live well, but to put away, sock away a lot of money older guy he just fell into this job he gambles every day plays cards on the internet okay and this is a 250 billion dollar industry you play poker on the internet 250 billion and they take every master visa card a net teller scrill PayPal whatever it is they'll take it you got to put up money to play Okay?
Starting point is 00:26:54 This guy lost all his money. He's destitute. I told him, I said, you can't keep doing this. Oh, no, no, no, it's just a hobby. It's just a gun. Banished. Smart life. Don't.
Starting point is 00:27:14 You want to bet? 20 bucks? Okay. But if you start to get that craving to bet, cut it all. Same thing with drugs. alcohol, whatever. Okay, I wish I was in the Caribbean right now with a snorkel and a mask and then warm water. I wish I were there, but I'm not.
Starting point is 00:27:34 I'm here working. So the Traveler's Choice outfit is listed the best beaches in the world. I'm going to give you the top six. I'm a big, ah, I'm a big beach guy, okay? But I don't go in his sun. Got the giant umbrella, you know, hats and all, okay. Best Beach in the World, according to Travelers' Choice, is Eliphonisi Beach in Crete. I have always wanted to go there.
Starting point is 00:28:07 I am going to get there. Banana Beach, Second, Pouquet, Thailand. Piquette's a zoo. Okay? I don't think I'd stay in Piquette, but the beaches are beautiful. Eagle Beach in Aruba. I won't go to Aruba because of the Natalie Holloway situation where they didn't really even try to find her killer down there.
Starting point is 00:28:29 I won't go there. Siesta Beach, Florida on the West Coast is number four. It's a beautiful beach, huge, huge beach, gorgeous. All right? Then we go to Portugal. Praia da Felizia in the Algarf. I have been there. I have been there.
Starting point is 00:28:52 It's windy, though. Beautiful beach, but windy. And finally, Playa Varadara in Cuba, stunning. You can't go now, but I went and I stayed there. What a stunning beach. It's outside of the major cities. not too far from Havana. You can get into Havana easy.
Starting point is 00:29:23 Boy, it's a nice beach. But you can't get a towel. I stayed at a hotel in Cuba. It was a riot. And it was fairly expensive. The Germans owned it. German-owned hotel, but you have to hire Cubans to run it. So when I got my room,
Starting point is 00:29:43 do we know towels? So I went down at the front desk. I said, you got any towels? I mean, I didn't take a shower, you know, something. No. That was it. We don't have any towels. Just so you know, you go to sort of these places.
Starting point is 00:29:59 So anyway, I bribed somebody, and I got a couple of towels. Interestingly enough, you really couldn't bribe a lot of people because if a Cuban citizen takes dollars and try to change it into Cuban money, it's reported to the government. And the government comes to the person's house and asks them where they got the dollars. So, you know, I'm flashing at 20 for somebody to do something for me.
Starting point is 00:30:29 And they go, no, no, no, no, no, I can't take it. Pretty interesting, huh? Anyway, beautiful beach down there in Cuba. And Crete, get ready, I'm coming. Stay on history, February 20th, 1907, the Immigration Act was signed by President Theodore Roosevelt. Now, this is amazing. So at the time, it was an influx big from Europe to the USA, 1907. And Italy, Austria, Hungary, Germans, Russia and Poland, big wave of immigrants coming in.
Starting point is 00:31:05 So the federal government said, you know, a lot of bad people coming in, we got to keep them out. So they signed an immigration law, and I'm going to quote it, okay? It mandated. You set the table, put on a playlist, even made the lasagna from scratch. And now you're wearing it. OxyClean MaxForce Spray tackles tough, set in stains the first time. Adulting is hard. Fighting stains shouldn't be.
Starting point is 00:31:31 Oxyclean Maxforce. It's not clean unless it's OxyClean. Hey, it's Ryan Reynolds here for MintMobil. Now, I was looking for fun ways to tell you that Mintz offer of unlimited premium wireless for $15 a month is back. So I thought it would be fun if we made $15 bills. But it turns out that's very illegal. So there goes my big idea for the commercial. Give it a try at mintmobile.com slash switch. A front payment of $45 for three-month plan equivalent to $15 per month required. New customer offer for first three months only.
Starting point is 00:32:01 Speed slow after 35 gigabytes of networks busy. Taxes and fees extra. See mintmobile.com. The exclusion of imbeciles, feeble-minded individuals afflicted by a physical or mental disability that might impede their ability to earn a living. Those with tuberculosis who were denied entry, children not accompanied by parents, those individuals who admitted to having committed a crime of moral turpitude, they were denied as well. So the whole list of things. Basically, Teddy Roosevelt said, if we don't like you, you're not coming. We'll find a way to keep you out of here. Now, that law lasted 10 years.
Starting point is 00:32:40 And then they had a worse law in 1917 because that was World War I. So they signed, Woodrow Wilson signed it, and it banned people from India, Afghanistan, Persia, Burma, Thailand, Malaysia, and most Polynesian islands, as well as the Chinese, couldn't come here.
Starting point is 00:32:59 So that's how restrictive it was. was. Okay. We told you yesterday that we're trying our best to bring some civility to the public arena. And we have the three Americans live show underway. Let's see that poster. Stephen A. Smith, Christopher Cuomo, William J. O'Reilly. We'll all be on stage. Westbury, Long Island, the theater at Westbury, okay? On March 30th, Sunday 3 p.m. Easiest way to get tickets is to go to Bill O'Reilly.com. We have a big thing there, just punch it, boom, but they're going fast,
Starting point is 00:33:45 especially to good seats, okay, because we just announced on News Nation. I'll play it a clip in a moment last night. So why am I doing this? It's my production company, because I want to show America that. that you can disagree, and you can come from different backgrounds and have fun and get your points across without hating. And this has never been done before. The audience is going to be, you know, Stephen A. Smith is his audience. Cuomo is this. I have mine. We're all going to be in there, and I guarantee you you'll have a good time. A lot of laughs. So the three of us were on Cuomo's
Starting point is 00:34:21 News Nation show last night. Let's give a little sample of what we do. Go. Trump is doing a lot of talking but in the end I think he's trying to debate the Democrats into acting a bit juvenile, being a bit of serbic and truculent with their language as a result coming across is very irritating. Truculent
Starting point is 00:34:40 way too big a word. Don't be bringing your sesquipidalia into my house. You understand? I don't want to have to have a thesaurus next to me so I can understand what you're saying I got to teach you. I need one from y'all. Yeah, I don't know what trucks have to do with this. I know. If you're in touch driving, you get more money. Get it. Stephen A's got a problem with trucks. He's a sports car. I don't know what the trucks are. He's a sports car guy.
Starting point is 00:35:02 Okay. So the three of us have a very good rapport. I wouldn't do this. You know, I went out with Dennis Miller, a fabulously successful tour. And then I went out with President Trump, unbelievably successful tour. This one's going to be that as well. So let me just recap it again. Go to Bill O'Reilly.com. You'll see our icon there. Just punch it on. Get the best seats. Get them quick. It's worth flying into. Long Island for, okay? LaGuardia, very close to Westbury. It's not a big, big trip. And then if it's successful, if it works the way I think it will, then we're coming to your town. All right, we're going to go all over. And you can't stop us. Nobody could stop us. So, with your leg at or not, here we come. Back with the report I did 50 years ago. So as a final thought, as some of you know, this is my 50th anniversary in journalism, 50 years getting paid for reporting and analyze. All right.
Starting point is 00:35:59 So back in October, 1975, is working at WFAA TV, Channel 8 in Dallas. And I was kind of flamboyant. Roll the tape. This is the penalty box at the Fair Park Coliseum. The coach of the Dallas Blackhawks put me in here because I was making fun of him and his team. I simply said that ice hockey is not a difficult sport to play. I mean, how hard can it be to get this little puck into that big net? I do agree that hockey is a rough sport.
Starting point is 00:36:31 As a foolhardy youth, I lost one of my front teeth when a puck decided to give me mouth-to-mouth resuscitation. But difficult to play? No way. You really think this game is hard to play? It's not that hard. You had any talent about you at all? Well, what if somebody just came on the ice who hasn't played in a year like me? Do you think I could beat you?
Starting point is 00:36:51 I doubt that very much. You mean you think you could stop the Irish Flash from getting the puck in the net? Definitely. I think so. Okay, you heard that, friends. You heard that. He thinks he can stop the Irish Flash. All right, let's get to it, Turkey. I'm going to give it. Here's the Irish Flash lining up. He skates in shrewdly. Unleashes a blazing shot. But wait, a miraculous save. Unbelievable. Okay, I've got him nervous now. He's tense. Here's the shot.
Starting point is 00:37:20 But what's that? The Irish Flash is true. no one can believe it that's two minutes for the sneaky goalie and unfortunately a very sore weekend for the flag bill o'reilly channel eight news that's better than i thought it was victor garcia one of our best producers he found that clip um i played hockey in uh in high school I still love the sport, big Islanders fan. And I'm watching the game the night. Canada versus USA, Boston Garden, fabulous place. And where do you see what happens when they sing, Oh, Canada?
Starting point is 00:38:05 So that's on ESPN tonight. I'm going to be watching it. But, you know, I didn't even remember that report. That wasn't too bad. I had some good lines in there. When the puck gave me mouth-to-mouth resuscitation, that's not too bad for, you know, 25-year-old guy. Anyway, we hope you have a great weekend. A. New column on Sunday.
Starting point is 00:38:30 Stephen A. Smith here on Monday. Okay, that should be lively. Thank you for watching. The Nose been news. I'm Bill O'Reilly. We'll see you on Monday.
