Starting point is 00:00:00 Hey Bill O'Reilly here. Welcome to the No Spin News, Monday, March 4th, 2024, stand up for your country. So big news today, Supreme Court, overruled Colorado and Maine, forbidding those states from removing Donald Trump's name from the presidential best. out. And that is the subject of this evening's talking points memo. So the left hates Trump, and it's going to use every mechanism it can to try to destroy the man. And I mean that literally.
Starting point is 00:00:44 They'd like to see him dead. You know, they would. It's just that level of hatred is, I've seen it before. I've seen it on the right, too, but now it dominates the progressive left. So last year, Colorado and Maine said, we're not going to put Donald Trump's name on a presidential ballot against Joe Biden because Trump led the insurrection on January 6th. Okay. So that was, number one, a denial of Donald Trump's due process. He's not been convicted of insurrection, nor has he been charged. Okay. The special counsel, Smith is basically saying it was a conspiracy.
Starting point is 00:01:30 to invade the Capitol and Trump was involved, it's all bull, and it probably won't get anywhere. But anyway, this one is the ballot question. So Colorado actually went through a process where it's a very, very left-wing court, say, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. We don't need due process here in Colorado, no. We'll just take them off. And then in Maine, it was one woman. I'll get to her at a moment. and they said
Starting point is 00:01:58 this woman now, she's not going to be bad. Now, in January on the 9th, that was two months ago, right? Here's what I said, go. The Supreme Court is going to overturn Colorado in May. So to talk about it as a reality that Trump's going to be denied the ballot spot is a waste of time.
Starting point is 00:02:25 That's why we don't do it here. Now, I'm not a genius. I've said that before. If you know the Constitution, the Supreme Court couldn't possibly uphold those rulings. And they ruled nine nothing. It was a unanimous ruling. Now, it should embarrass Colorado in Maine, but it won't. I mean, those cranks, they don't care.
Starting point is 00:02:46 They just throw anything they can at Trump. But when you get a nine-nothing ruling, you should have in Maine an impeachment of the Secretary of State, Sheena Bellow. She should be impeached tomorrow by the Maine legislature. That's embarrassing. Your state has been thoroughly humiliated by one woman. The Secretary of State, Shana Bellows.
Starting point is 00:03:13 Colorado, I don't know what you do. Send all the people from California who move to Colorado back to California. Maybe. I don't know if you could deport them under the Constitution. of. So we all knew this was a bunch of bull, which is why you watch and listen to me rather than watch the national news presentations on cable and network, because those people, number one, aren't smart enough to know what the Constitution says, most of them. They have no blank an idea what the Constitution says, all right? And number two, even if they did, they're not going to say
Starting point is 00:03:50 anything that goes against their corporate masters. Now, I'm going to give you the best example I can possibly give you. NBC News, the absolute worst. They're worse than ABC and CBS by a long shot. They run MSNBC, the cable operation. Here's what two of their pundits on MSNBC said about the ballot stuff. Go. They have what they need to make the ruling, and there's nothing anti-democratic about saying insurrectionists need not apply, and it's in the Constitution. Colorado trial court found as a matter of fact after a trial on the merits, a trial at which several witnesses testified, expert witnesses, witnesses who were at the Capitol that day, found as a matter of fact that Donald Trump engaged in an insurrection.
Starting point is 00:04:42 That's just a lie. Okay. There was no defense put up. in Colorado. Trump's people didn't have any access to go in and talk to the courts there. There wasn't any trial. A trial. You have a defense. All this was, was we don't want them on a bow. We're going to bring everybody who agrees with us in to Denver. That's what happened. This guy, that guy's name is Glenn Kirshner. He's a former prosecutor, or whatever that means. The first guy, former U.S. Attorney Harry Littman, he says, there's nothing anti-democratic about saying insurrectionists need not apply.
Starting point is 00:05:25 Well, who's the insurrectionist? He hasn't been charged with that. Now, these guys get paid to spout this propaganda. If they were to come on and say, hey, there's nothing to this, and the court's going to rule 9-0 and throw it out like I did, that would have a job at NBC. They never get on the air. You see how corrupt this is?
Starting point is 00:05:49 These are mouthpieces. And this is all my opinion. Okay? I don't think I'm wrong. All right. Now, where do we go from here? So the Supreme Court understands even the liberal judges.
Starting point is 00:06:07 Remember, Sotomayor, Kagan, Brown, They all said, look, the individual states cannot interfere with a national vote. Can't just do what you want. And doesn't that make a fifth grader would get it? Federal government, okay, has the responsibility in the executive branch. That's not a state thing. Executive branch is the presidency, okay? The legislative branch is Congress.
Starting point is 00:06:45 The judicial branch is the courts, the federal court. The states can't intrude on that. I'm sitting there going, these people have no blank an idea about the Constitution or how our country is structured. Federal law trumps state law. so yes you can legalize marijuana and 24 states have but if the DEA makes a case against somebody smuggling marijuana from Mexico into the USA they'll bust that person no matter what state he or she is in and the state can't do anything about it you could apply that
Starting point is 00:07:28 to immigration law too and the left is doing that because they don't want Texas to put up its own barriers. So here's a hypocrisy of this whole thing. The progressive left supports states taking Trump's name off the ballot. However, when the Supreme Court kicks Roe v. Wade abortion back to the states to decide in each of the 50 what will happen, what the law will be, progressive left doesn't want that. Oh, no, no, no, no. No. No, we can't have that. Can't have the states make its own decision about abortion, but we can have the states make their own decision about Trump and about. Come on. It's unbelievable. And that's a memo.
Starting point is 00:08:19 All right, Joe Biden's got a three-day weekend or four-day weekend. I've lost track. He's at Camp David. He's not even in Washington today. And I'll tell you what he's doing in Camp David. I have developed a pretty good source now on the Biden front. me three years to do it. They're panicking now in the White House because of the polls. And I'm going to give you the polls in a moment. They're panicking because it's going south fast. And the state of the union are coming up on Thursday. If Biden can't get through that, if he can't read the prompter, okay, I wrote this on the message of the day on bill o'Reilly.com, which I hope you'll go and read every morning. He's through. He's got to get through that state
Starting point is 00:09:03 to the Union. And they're not sure whether he can or not. He can still read the prompter, but he gets lost, and he doesn't really know what he's saying. So that's big on Thursday night. And I'm going to have more about that later on this week. Let's face it, the U.S. economy is under stress. National debt rising, trade war, shaking the markets. And meanwhile, China is dumping the dollar and stockpiling gold. That's why I protected my savings. with physical gold and silver through the only dealer I trust, American Hartford Gold. Hey, it's Sean Spicer from the Sean Spicer Show podcast, reminding you to tune into my show every day to get your day. daily dose inside the world of politics. President Trump and his team are shaking up Washington like never before, and we're here

You can find us at Apple Podcast, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcast. Okay. So in the meantime, Kamala Harris stepped up to talk about Gaza. Roll that. The immense scale of suffering in Gaza, there must be an immediate ceasefire.
Starting point is 00:11:17 For at least the next six weeks, which is what is currently on the table. All right, well, you can agree or disagree. with the vice president, but she has no authority to say anything. And of course, Israel's not listening to her. I applaud the USA and other countries for dropping humanitarian supplies to Gaza, by the way. I think that's excellent. They're airlifting supplies. He can't land and no air strips to land on, but they're parachuting supplies down. That is what should happen. Behind the scenes, If I were president, I would basically tell Netanyahu, look, the time for mass destruction is over now.
Starting point is 00:12:07 We will help you pinpoint where these Hamas leaders are. Our intelligence agencies will work with you, Massad, to track them down. But the time of bombing and destroying everything, that's over. statement and you were justified in doing it, but now we have to shift into phase two, which is a methodical trackdown. That's what I would do, not insult the Israeli government, I go, you have to be, you have to cease fire for six months or whatever. I mean, six weeks, I think she said, she doesn't know what she's saying. Okay, polls, New York Times, and believe me, they hate this.
Starting point is 00:12:53 So, New York Times, 980 registered voters. That is the key to poll registered voters. Okay, 29 Democrat, 30 Republican, 34, independent fair poll. And I'm glad we got that done for you, for the American public, because you'll remember four years ago, none of these polls were even close to being fair,
Starting point is 00:13:15 and I raised holy hell about it. Okay, first question. In the 24 presidential election, who would you vote for? Biden 43, Trump 48, 5% difference out of margin of error. Okay, that, you know, from the New York Times, that's pretty substantial. Second question, is Joe Biden too old to be president? Agree 73% disagree, 25. I mean, that should be curtains for Biden right there.
Starting point is 00:13:45 Final, Donald Trump, too old to be president. 42 say yes, 55, no. So that's a decent number for Trump out of that poll. Okay, second poll, CBS. Again, CBS, not nearly in the category of NBC, but a liberal organization. I asked some of my researchers, find me one conservative pundit on CBS, in the mornings, and eight weekends, anywhere. You're on.
Starting point is 00:14:21 No, zero. Okay, CBS, which candidate? No, if the election were held now, who would you vote for? Biden 48, Trump 52. Okay, that's another impressive win for Trump at a CBS poll. Second question, which candidate, if either is physically healthy enough to serve as president, only Biden, 17, only Trump 45, both of them nine, neither of them 29. That's a pretty big number, neither of them.
Starting point is 00:14:53 Next poll, Fox News. Remember, Fox News has been historically bad for Donald Trump. And when I left seven years ago, that polling operation changed entirely. I don't know whether it was because I left, I don't know. but it became very anti-Trump and has been for seven years don't know why no clue why okay first question who would you vote for Biden 47 Trump 49 that's pretty close that's within the margin of error this is a Fox News poll second question how would you vote if the candidates were Biden Haley okay Haley beats Biden 5042 now I think that that's
Starting point is 00:15:41 That's true. I think Nikki Haley would beat Joe Biden. At this point, you don't know how Haley would conduct her campaign, but a lot of women despise Donald Trump won't vote for. That's true. Final Paul Wall Street Journal, 1,500 registered voters, Republican 34, Democrat 31, independent, nine. Why nine?
Starting point is 00:16:10 And then they have, okay, lean Republican leader. All right. It's a fair survey. First question. If the election were held today, would you vote for? Trump 47, Biden, 45, just two, just like the Fox poll. Second, on what issue is the most important to you? Immigration 20, that's big now.
Starting point is 00:16:30 Economy 14, abortion eight, democracy eight. Anti-right-wing ideology, five. All right, you got them. You got it, name. Let's bring in a very smart pollster, a guy we trust. John McLaughlin comes to us from minor upstate New York, about 30 miles from the city. You, I'm sure, look at these polls. Do you have an opinion on any of them as far as validity is concerned?
Starting point is 00:17:03 Well, the New York Times poll had the biggest gap. And when they do likely voters, it closes to a 40-point margin because they got a certain floor with Democrats that come in, but they're all in the same ballpark. They're all a margin of error. And for Trump to be ahead, whether it's two points or four points or five points, it's a landslide. It would be an electoral landslide. We get over to 330 electoral votes. And very different than 2016, as you mentioned, very different than 2020, where a lot of these polls were wrong. CNN used to put out polls where they'd have 14 points more Democrats in it. These are all competitive polls. The other part about the polls is the internals are panicking the Democrat
Starting point is 00:17:46 establishment because Trump is getting 20 to 25% of the African American vote. He's winning in that New York Times poll. He's winning the Hispanic vote by two points. He's winning the women vote by a point. So the old Obama coalition, which relied on high minority support, which relied on support from younger voters, which relied on support from women, it's coming apart. And it's going to Donald Trump. And there is in these polls now,
Starting point is 00:18:15 when we've seen it in our poll, there's a Biden 2020 voter who's now voting for Trump in 2024, and there's also a new voter coming in that's also voting for Trump. That's never voter before, didn't vote in 2020. So what you're seeing is that the Biden 2020 voter, that's now a Trump 24 voter,
Starting point is 00:18:41 is a third Hispanic, a third African American, and third younger voters. But isn't it true, John, that Trump should be ahead by much more with the obvious infirmities that the president has and the inflation, food prices have not come down, and the unbelievable chaos at the border, shouldn't Trump be up by 10, 15? First, let me first tackle the age part. The age part, when you ask Democrats what they like least about Joe Biden and are still voting for him, they say his age. And that's almost universal, but they're still voting for him. When you say, if you're a Trump voter, what do you like least about Joe Biden, it's corruption, then a bunch of policies, immigration, inflation, et cetera.
Starting point is 00:19:28 Trump wants to run on policies. He wants a policy contrast. That Fox poll that you cited, Trump was beating Joe Biden on virtually every policy they tested. Better job approval. Also, when you look at the voters that say it's about Biden's corruption and there's a double standard of justice, Trump's winning. So we want to have the Trump campaign, we want to have a policy debate. We want to have a debate that also includes Biden's corruption and the double standard of justice where you were right. I mean, the Biden's strategy this year is to rely on a.
Starting point is 00:20:02 conviction of Donald Trump. Last year, it was about indictments. Well, they got their indictments. And the indictments backfired and they're falling apart. And the one thing where they really, they tried to kick them off the ballot. Like, that was a legal theory that you could kick any American. I know. It was absurd. And the question is, when you have a candidate, and I wrote this in my column on Sunday yesterday, when you have Donald Trump going out, and saying, Governor News Scum, that hurts Trump. Even if you don't like Newsom out in California to use that kind of invective on a campaign trail, he doesn't really have to do that.
Starting point is 00:20:49 I don't think he has to do that. And I think that hurts him particularly with women. Well, I think, first of all, I think a lot of these voters right now, when you go to the rallies, does it, most voters don't go ahead. I know, but that's the hard core. You got those people. Those are the maggas. He could say anything, and they're going to love them.
Starting point is 00:21:10 That's not what you want here. You want to get the people who are independent, who voted for Biden last time, to come on over and vote for Trump. And his demeanor holds that back somewhat. Well, there's a voter now who's not watching the rallies, who's not following his truths or tweets or whatever. And they're voting for them anyway because the vast majority of voters, it's almost six out of ten voters, support Donald Trump's policies. I agree with that. I mean, it's also they're getting hurt. And they're looking at their food bill.
Starting point is 00:21:47 They're looking at their insurance bill. They're getting hurt. And then you see Biden, and Biden can barely walk from Air Force One into where he's going. I mean, they're going to have to have a little golf cart soon to take them there. And I'm not doing that with any kind of cruelty. I'm just reporting. Final question for you. Wall Street Journal, Paul, and the journal went out of its way today to heighten that
Starting point is 00:22:11 Americans are feeling more comfortable with the economy. Economy is getting better, all right? And that's what the Wall Street Journal seized on because their news pages, they don't like Trump. Editorial page is a little bit more conservative, but the news pages of Wall Street Journal don't like Trump. And they seized on that. But it's true.
Starting point is 00:22:29 The stock market's going up, and people are feeling a little more secure in the economy. Will that help Joe Biden? No, because, first of all, he's not responsible for it as much as they've stole this policy. Secondly, in our national poll, last national poll, we asked people, have they been negatively impacted by inflation? 82%? Yeah, sure, sure. 47% to the point that they have trouble meeting basic necessities. They're being told the economy is getting better.
Starting point is 00:23:05 So the number of people expecting a recession has declined, and the number of people who are saying the economy is getting worse is dropped from two-thirds to roughly six out of ten. But you know what? They're not feeling better about their lives. They still think they're worse often when Donald Trump was president. They are. They are.
Starting point is 00:23:23 I am. And I'm not whining about it. If I go to a restaurant or I go to the grocery store, I mean, there's no comparison. There's no comparison. And those prices aren't coming down. Hey, John, thanks very much. We really appreciate to let us know if anything pops in the polling world. And we'll have you back.
Starting point is 00:23:41 Thank you again. Okay, so suddenly the Biden administration doesn't like sanctuary cities. After three years, now, oh, no, no, roll a tape. We firmly believe that if a city is aware of an individual who poses a threat to public safety, then we would request that they provide us with that information so that we can ensure that that individual is detained if the facts are warrant. What a phony. Where were you for three years and two months? Why, you just ran wild with sanctuary cities and Biden.
Starting point is 00:24:20 And now all this is because of Lake and Riley, 22 years old, murdered by an illegal alien allegedly. He has to have due process. She was buried on Friday. No media, no cameras. But the minister who said the service at the Woodstock Church in Georgia said this. Lakin was special. She was a gift to anyone who knew her, smart, kind, compassionate, and thoughtful. even begin to scratch the surface she was a loving daughter sister and friend he had a gift for
Starting point is 00:24:54 making anyone she was around feel comfortable and seen but the most special thing about laken was her faith in jesus so even the dimest american knows now about lake and riley and how she should be alive today and isn't because of the open border and sanctuary city policy there is no dispute to that okay the progressives can't say no that's not true O'Reilly, that's the truth. If we had a well-policed border and there remain in Mexico policy and there were no sanctuary cities, Lakin would be alive. And thousands of others would be alive too, hundreds of thousands if you count the drug addicts killed by the fentanyl. But we don't because of the Biden administration, period.
Starting point is 00:25:42 Power, politics, and the people behind the headlines. I'm Miranda Devine. New York Post columnist and the host of the brand new podcast, Podforce One. It's what you want from the New York Post wrapped up in one snappy show. Ask your smart speaker to play the NY Postcast podcast. Listen and subscribe on Amazon Music, Apple, podcast, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcasts. Media. This is a very interesting story. You'll hear nowhere else, and we are proud that we can bring you stories like this. So on MSNBC, there you go, all right, a woman named Heidi Presbylia, who is a political correspondent when on the air and said this, go. that unites them as Christian nationalists, not Christians, by the way, because Christian
Starting point is 00:27:24 nationalists is very different, is that they believe that our rights, as Americans, as all human beings, don't come from any earthly authority. They don't come from Congress. They don't come from their Supreme Court. They come from God. The problem with that is that they are determining, man, men, they're as men, are determining what God is telling them. Okay. So this is the mantra of the progressive left. that there is no supreme being, okay, none, and that all our rights come from people in Washington or in your state capital, that the Declaration of Independence, which is written because the founding fathers believed there was a central force in the universe that wanted men to be
Starting point is 00:28:16 free, and women wanted human beings to be free. We didn't believe. That's why they crafted the Constitution to give individuals maximum freedom. That woman doesn't believe that. Right? Don't believe that there's anything. And if you believe it, you're an idiot. Okay?
Starting point is 00:28:33 It's the Bill Maher's secular approach. You're a fool if you believe in any higher power. All right. So there's a guy that we've had him on a no-spin news, Bishop Robert Barron out of Minnesota. He pretty outraged about this. Roll it. I think it came out last night.
Starting point is 00:28:51 Heidi Prisbola from Politico was on MSNBC. It was one of the most disturbing and frankly dangerous things I've ever seen in a political conversation. She's going after what she calls Christian nationalism. But what she said was there are these Christian nationalists out there who are claiming that our rights don't come from any, you know, human authority. They come from God. So can I just say that in their enthusiasm, I suppose, you know, to go against so-called Christian nationalism,
Starting point is 00:29:22 they're actually going against the foundations of our democracy. And it's the further evidence of this extreme hostility of the left now toward religion. Can't say it any better. I'm so happy we have. There's two things I'm happy about today. that we have Bishop Robert Barron, who will speak out because most Catholic clerics will not. They're afraid. You're not going to hear anything from them publicly.
Starting point is 00:29:55 He will. And that the Supreme Court was unanimous, 9-0, in upholding what the Constitution actually said. Those two things today have made me happy. Smart Life. One of our most popular segments, because it's all about you. Not about me, about you. So there is a new study in American Journal of Clinical Nutrition. I have a subscription, and no, I don't, but I get information from everywhere.
Starting point is 00:30:28 So the study, American Journal of Clinical Nutrition says, drinking just two 12 ounce cans of soda a week, nullify exercise that you would do that week. Okay, is that a Quebec city up there in Canada, 100,000 adults over the age of 30. So you can work out like an animal, but if you drink 24 ounces of soda, flatline. Now, I believe that. And one of the reasons I believe it is the unbelievable rate of diabetes in America. 37 million people are diabetic. And it's far more than that, because a lot of people don't even get diagnosed.
Starting point is 00:31:14 They don't go in for the blood test. And in addition to the 37 million, which is 11% of the entire population having diabetes, you've got pre-diabetes, which is another 50 million, people are just right on the edge because they're slugging down as sugar drinks. This is the worst, okay? You can have ice cream and your candy and pie and cookies. in moderation. But if you're blasting down those sugar drinks, and that's iced teas, that's energy drinks, just look at the label on how much sugar is in these things. You're destroying your
Starting point is 00:31:53 immune system. You're destroying it. And it should be on a par with tobacco, but the food companies are so powerful that they have crushed that down and people don't know, which is why the population of the USA is so obese. These people just don't know this. And that's why I'm on this jag. Now, I drink a beverage called sparkling ice. Okay? I don't drink a lot of it, but if I have, you know, a meal or something like that
Starting point is 00:32:26 and I don't want water or, you know, unsweetened iced tea, sparkling ice, no aftertaste, it has a sweetener in it. No aftertaste, and it's pretty good. Now, I don't have any interest in sparkling ice company. It's telling you what I'd do. I'd never drink, I shouldn't say never, rarely drink sugar-laden beverages. I mean, because it's a killer, smart life. Oregon, now, 2020, they voted to legalize hard drugs.
Starting point is 00:33:02 You could walk around with heroin and fentanyl, cocaine, whatever you want, a methamphetamine. it's going to bother you. It's been a disaster. All right. So November 2020, Oregon passed, do whatever you want, you drug addicts. Okay, yearly fentanyl overdoses in Oregon grew by 1,500 percent since the law. 1,500 percent. Between 20 and 22, overdose deaths in Oregon increased by 75 percent, violent crime by 17 percent. Oregon is the second highest substance disorder rate in a nation next to Montana. Montana is methamphetamine heaven. Okay.
Starting point is 00:33:48 So now the pinheads in Salem, the capital of Oregon, is ah, we're going to walk it back. But they won't enforce it. I guarantee you they will not enforce it. So if you got heroin and fentanyl and all that, you're going to, I don't know what's going to happen to you, because I know the Portland, Oregon police won't enforce it. force it and the governor is another ridiculous person Tina Kotech is going to sign and get that hard news legalization out of there hard news hard drug legalization all right this day in history
Starting point is 00:34:23 very sad story this day in history because I like this guy 30 years ago March 4th 1994 comedian John Candy dies of a heart attack in Durango Mexico so candy was a regular guy all right he was born in uh ontario canada father died when he was five worked himself up through second city which is hysterical comedian uh troop um gotten to a lot of movies he saw him all right and uh one of his most famous films was planes trains and automobiles go i never did introduce myself del griffith american light and fixture director of sales shower curtain ring division I sell shower curtain rings. Best in the world.
Starting point is 00:35:14 And you are... Neil Page. Neil Page, pleased to meet you, Neil Page. So what do you do for a living, Neil Page? Marketing. Marketing. Super, super. Fabulous. Isn't that nice? Look, I don't want to be rude, but I'm not much of a conversationless, and I'm not.
Starting point is 00:35:36 I'd pretty like to finish this article. A friend of mine wrote it, so... Don't let me stand in your way. Please, don't let me stand in your way. The last thing I want to be remembered as is an annoying blabber mouth. So, Kenny, it was 325 pounds, smoked two packs a day of cigarettes, and died of a heart attack, as I said. 30 years ago, today. RIP.
Starting point is 00:35:59 All right, back with Mail, and a final thought about Nikki Haley and what will happen to her this week. Let's go to the mail. We have David. President Trump is by far his own worst enemy, says David. As Bill has said, he should be imitating Joe Friday. How many of you know Joe Friday is? The program Dragnet, just a facts, man. All right? That's the reference. Just stick to the facts. Okay. Grace, concierge member, you check that out. Insurance policy for your your life. We will help you if you get into trouble. Bill O'Reilly.com, concierge member. Grace says, I enjoy
Starting point is 00:36:42 Trump's remarks. I appreciate where he comes from and what he is doing. Okay. Laura, I'm tired of age discrimination being invoked on the current president. It's not about
Starting point is 00:36:58 his age. It's about his cognitive ability to run the nation and serve another fourth term. All right, but the odds of you getting a cognitive problem go up with your age. So I'm not sure that's age discrimination. Frank Seda, Savannah, Tennessee. Bill your Sunday message struck a chord with me as a convicted voter.
Starting point is 00:37:27 As a conflicted voter, you're reminded of vote for the candidate or party that most clearly aligns with your values of sound advice. That's my column, not the message. It's a difference. The message of the day is a short essay every day posted in the morning. The weekly column is longer. And I basically said, look, it's really at this point in history, not about Donald Trump or Joe Biden. It's about you voting for what kind of country you want. And these guys are short timers.
Starting point is 00:37:59 Bobby McGinnis, Santa Barbara, California bill, I think the reason Biden will be on the ballot as a Democratic presidential candidate in November is that he's in a position to pardon his son Hunter. He can pardon his son Hunter today, Bobby. This is a wait for re-election. You can pardon his son anytime he wants. The president has that power. Wendy Teik, Mesa, Arizona.
Starting point is 00:38:24 Even though the Senate would not vote to impeach Joe Biden, why doesn't the House impeach him on its failure to protect Americans on the border? because it would work against the Republican Party to do that at this point. They'd be put in the same category as Nancy Pelosi impeachment for the Democrats. Everybody knows, Wendy. Now we have to make our decision in November. We don't need another impeachment.
Starting point is 00:38:51 Emilio Di Adio, Cheryl's Ford, North Carolina. Mr. O, I'm a retired NYPD detective. I've been watching you since the Factor started on Fox. I just want to say thank you and God bless. Well, that's nice, detective. I appreciate that from one of the rank and file. I hope you're enjoying yourself down in North Carolina. A lot calmer down there, as you know.
Starting point is 00:39:15 Diane Richter. Now, Diane did not, yes, she did. Vancouver, Canada. My husband and I watch the No Spin News every night. We have purchased all 13 killing books. What order should we read them? Okay. Now, I've answered this before.
Starting point is 00:39:37 I'm only going to do it one more time now. Because I just can't answer it. And I understand you guys can't watch every show. I got it. But Diane was nice to buy all 13 killing books. That's very nice. So you begin with killing the witches because that's the Mayflower
Starting point is 00:39:55 and that starts the process of America. Then you go to killing England, because that's the revolution where we got our freedom and the founding fathers. Then you go to killing Lincoln, because that's the civil war where everything changed in this country. Now, after that, it's up to you. What topics you're interested? We have two books on World War II. We've got assassination of Kennedy. We've got the mob. We've got the terrorism book on the killers. It's up to you. But those three, which is first, England second, and Lincoln third, gets you right up almost to modern times. Now, killing a killing. Confronting the presidents,
Starting point is 00:40:51 notes, been assessments from Washington to Biden, is out September 10th. This is the most comprehensive history book I have ever written. It's the longest book. I don't think it's boring. It's done. We're now in the editing process and, you know, publisher put it together and all that. September 10th, it's out. This book takes you from Washington's first day in office all the way to Biden.
Starting point is 00:41:19 Every president, all 45 of them, whether they good or were they bad for the country. This is going to be a blockbuster. And it fills in everything that we didn't write about in the 13 killing books. Every president, to me, is fascinating. Even like Millard Fillmore, Chester, Arthur, and people, who are these people? We found stuff. So anyway, that book gives out September 10th, pre-order Bill O'Reilly. We will not bill you until we send the book to you.
Starting point is 00:41:53 You will get it first. Let's see. Do we have any other mail? Oh, here's a good one. Katie Tesmer, Metamora, Michigan. Bill, you see, my free copy of Witches is part of renewing my membership to Bill O'Reilly.com and started reading it at night while in bed. But then I frantically had to wake up my husband.
Starting point is 00:42:19 tell him what was going on. So now I'm reading during the day. I don't know if killing the witches, I can handle that reading it in bed, but it's a little spooky, particularly the exorcism part. So I'm glad you're liking it. I hope you're like.
Starting point is 00:42:37 I know your husband's probably annoyed, Katie. All right, word of the day, no balder dash, B-A-L-D-E-R, D-A-S-H, no balder-dash. I'm writing to me. Bill O'Reilly. at Bill O'Reilly.com. Name and town, if you wish to opine.
Starting point is 00:42:53 Right back with Nikki Haley and the final thought. Okay, so tomorrow is Super Tuesday. This is the final thought on Monday. You know, I don't know what to say about it other than what I wrote in the message of the day, which is not really Super Tuesday. It's kind of dubious. We all know what's going to happen Tuesday.
Starting point is 00:43:15 Or maybe it's Ruby Tuesday, if the Rolling Stones will allow it. After Nikki Haley gets waxed everywhere, what would she do? I think she's going to pack it in and endorse Trump. Her eye is on 28 for her. It's not worth it for her to stay in anymore. She's spending money on a hopeless cause. She'll become kind of a joke if she stays in.
Starting point is 00:43:42 I think she's going to get out. I think you're going to go, you know, I don't really like them, but I'm going to support Trump. because I'm a loyal Republican or something like that. That is my prediction. We will see. I was right about the Supreme Court on the ballot. Come on, give me props. Thank you for watching and listening to the NoSpin News.
Starting point is 00:44:00 We'll see you tomorrow.
