Hey Bill O'Reilly here.
Welcome to the No Spin News, Tuesday, October 31st,
2003, stand up for your country, and happy Halloween.
Do you believe in the devil?
Do you believe in hell?
So in this spooky season, there's an undercurrent.
of spirituality, druids, all of that for the Halloween tradition.
We're going to get into this a little bit later on
and have an interesting discussion about evil
and whether it will be punished when we all die.
So I think you might want to hang around for that.
But first, the talking points memo,
new information about Joe and Hunter Biden,
and that is the subject of the TPM this evening.
So a freedom of information lawsuit was filed against the National Archives and Records
Administration. They store all of government documents that are of any importance. They did not
want to hand over Vice President Biden's emails. So the Southeastern Legal Foundation, a conservative
nonprofit public interest law firm based in Marietta, Georgia, outside of Atlanta, they sued
and they won. So the National Archives had a turnover 82,000 pages of emails. They have not been
read, I guess maybe somebody did, but we don't know, has made public what's inside the 82,000
of emails. What we do know is that as Vice President, Joe Biden, you use three pseudonym-name
accounts that means a phony name on three accounts now before you jump and speculate and
there may be a rational explanation for this privacy i don't know but i'm not going to speculate
this report i'm going to tell you what's happening because the other media outlets will not
so it's my job to do this all right so we got 82 000 emails under phony names for joe bide
remember Hillary Clinton had 52,000 government emails on a private server nothing happened to her
now some believe the fix was in there I do certainly do and I believe that the fix was in for
Joe Biden too because they had to sue the National Archives to get the 82,000 out okay
so now and all of these emails that were sent by Joe Biden,
were sent in the eight years he was vice president. So he was on the clock, on the official duty.
I can't take it any further than that right now, but I'm setting it up because soon or later,
we're going to know what those emails said, at least some of them. On another point regarding
Hunter Biden and his father, Joe, Mr. Biden, Hunter, got $250,000 loan from a Chinese executive
during the 2020 election.
Okay, so a quarter of a million dollars comes from China to Hunter Biden.
This becomes problematic when his father is elected president
because it's a shady loan.
How do I know it's shady?
Well, Hunter Biden got the money through one of his companies
and that he gave the entire company
to a man named Kevin Morris, 58 years old.
You may have heard that name.
All right.
He's the sugar brother to Hunter Biden.
Hollywood guy represented Chris Rock, Matthew McConakey,
and he's done some work in Hollywood.
So Hunter Biden transfers the whole company,
including the $250,000 debt to Kevin Morris,
who takes it.
So that means Hunter Biden doesn't have to pay the money back,
And Hunter Biden could have spent the money already.
You got the cash.
You could have spent it.
And Morris has to pay it back to the Chinese guy.
Does that make sense to you?
Do you know anybody that would do that for you?
He took a quarter of a million dollars.
And a defunct company.
Now, Morris has done it before.
He's loaned Hunter Biden more than $2 million to pay off federal tax burden.
Okay?
Now, he can forgive the loan.
The tax implications are swirling, but the federal government won't investigate them.
I mean, it's startling, but that's the truth.
Morris has a private jet, big one.
He gave it to Hunter Biden to fly to Arkansas from California for his child custody hearing,
where Hunter Biden said he didn't have enough money to pay for his kid.
But he came in and out on a private jet.
Okay.
And finally, Morris has paid Hunter Biden's monthly living expenses in Los Angeles, according to New York Times.
So Morris is in, I don't know.
What do you think?
$5 million, $7 million on Hunter?
Must like Hunter.
Now, none of this is good news, but there are two impediments.
Number one, the Justice Department, as corrupt as it ever been in this country.
There's never been a time in America where the Justice Department of the United States has been this corrupt, ever.
And believe me, under U.S. Grant and other presidents, there was some problems.
This is the highest point of corruption ever.
Because the Democratic Party has set up a system whereby most of the departments are staffed with liberal Democrats,
who are not going to investigate anything to do with the Bites.
So Congress is doing this and then independent agencies like the one we mentioned.
Okay, that is the memo.
Let's face it, the U.S. economy is under stress.
National debt rising, trade war, shaking the markets.
And meanwhile, China is dumping the dollar and stockpiling gold.
That's why I protected my savings.

lawmakers, newsmakers, and even the president of the United States.
These are the leaders shaping the future of America and the world.
Listen to Podforce One with me, Miranda Devine, every week on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or
you get your podcast. You don't want to miss an episode. President Biden's schedule today,
nothing as usual. He gave some remarks on protecting Americans' retirement security,
whatever that means. I'm not really sure what it means, but it doesn't really have much
to do with anything. Now, let's go to the war in Gaza. So you're going to hear the next two months
every day. Israel did this. Hamas did that. Can't confirm any of it. Nobody could. News media sometimes
will hype it up. Other times they'll ignore it depending on what their agenda is. There isn't a
uniform agenda with the U.S. media like there is with Trump. U.S. corporate media is out to destroy
Trump. In Israel, Hamas is kind of divided now.
So it's not, you can't really say they all do this.
They don't all do this.
But anyway, at least 14 attacks have been lodged against U.S. forces in Iraq and Syria.
So as I wrote in killing the killers, and again, if you really want to understand any of this terrorism, that is the book you have to read.
If you get that and witches together, okay?
So there are 2,500 U.S. special forces in Iraq and 900 in Syria, 3,400 altogether.
That's what the Pentagon says.
There may be more, there may be less.
All right, but there are thousands, based in northern Syria and western Iraq.
They're there to hunt down the terrorists, ISIS and al-Qaeda.
So the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard has attacked these forces 14 times since the Hamas Israel situation took place.
Now those attacks are usually lobbing a couple of mortar shells in or rockets in.
No U.S. casualties that we know of. One contractor had a heart attack, American kind.
contractor. This goes on a lot, not just now. This isn't new. And the U.S. military, you have to
assume, is shooting back. But they're not going to tell us. All right, this is all classified
stuff. But you should know about it. News Nation poll. News Nation, I do them twice a week now,
Monday with Leland Vitterd on his 7 o'clock program and Wednesday tomorrow with Pomo on his
8 o'clock program. This is a cable network that's coming up.
in the ratings. So you might want to check it out. And particularly when I'm on, because we're
livin things up there. Anyway, they got a new poll out. Publican 38, Democrat 35, fair poll.
Do you approve or disapprove of the way Biden's handling his job? Forty-four approve, that's
higher than normal. 56 disapprove. Would you say your sympathies lie more with Israel or with the
Palestinians. Israel, 49% of Americans sympathize.
Palestinians 10%.
It's a very, very low number.
Equal between Israelis and Palestinians, 26%.
Okay.
Not sure, 15.
And I usually derive the not sure people, but this is complex, so I kind of understand.
Who would you say is most responsible of current violence?
Israeli government, 9% Hamas 42.
Okay.
The rest of it's like the United States, that kind of thing, crazy stuff.
Final question, would you say you approve or disprove of President Biden's handling of the war between Israel and Hamas?
Total approved 52, disapprove 48.
Not even.
Okay, that is the poll there.
So the House of Representatives is putting forth a spending bill to help Israel, $14 billion.
It's actually $14.3.
And I support that.
Now, what President Biden wanted is he wanted Ukraine and Israel together.
No.
I think this is a smarter way to do it.
14-3 right now to support Israel.
Okay with me.
But the House says, in order for us to pass that, you've got to cut 14.3 from the IRS budget.
Remember, Biden pumped up billions into the IRS so that they could come.
to your house and take your stuff if you don't pay every dime or whatever.
They want a very aggressive IRS shaking down Americans.
They have record tax receipts now in this country.
They want more, the Biden administration,
because he's the biggest spending president on Earth.
Anyway, I like that.
I like the cut the IRS to pay Israel,
but the Democrats don't.
Jean-Pierre says it's a non-starter using
using the cliché that she always uses.
If you count up her cliches, they overwhelm you,
Corinne Jean-Pierre.
So it's a non-no, no, no, Democrats don't want any cuts anywhere,
so we're not going to do that.
Okay, well, we'll see how it plays out, right?
There was a hearing today on this money,
and Secretary of State Blinken and U.S. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin
showed up at the Senate Appropriations Committee in Capitol Hill.
Also showing up were protesters.
Stop supporting the genocide and every point of the people of Gaza.
We will suspend until the room at the church.
So you ask how do those people get in there?
You can call ahead to get admitted to any.
hearing because the people's house. And these demonstrators, they all together, they organize this
thing. It isn't like the January 6th thing. I mean, they legally got through and had permission to be
there. But then when they started interrupting the hearings, they're all taken out of the room.
Will there be any arrest? No. Nothing will happen to them. Unless they punched the cop or
destroyed something. All right. Now, this is a very disturbing story I'm going to tell you here. And I'm going to
go over it in a very methodical way, because I don't want anybody misquoting me or misunderstanding
anything. Columbia University in New York City is perhaps the most anti-Jewish school in the world,
not counting the Arab nations themselves. This is a virulently anti-Israel, anti-Jewish school.
Not sure exactly why, but it's been that way for decades.
They recruit people at Columbia, Uber-Liberal College, okay?
And they recruit people who don't like Israel and Jews to teach there.
And that attracts radical students there.
Okay?
That's what's happening.
So as we saw, many, many colleges were embarrassed by students sticking up for Hamas.
So it's okay that Hamas killed thousands of civilians,
including babies and women, and, you know, they beheaded, Hamas beheaded somebody yesterday,
cut their heads off.
But that's okay, because Israel's a fascist nation, whatever these dopy protesters say.
So, 167 professors at Columbia University, that's a lot, wrote a letter.
I'm going to quote one paragraph from the letter.
In our view, the student statement supporting Hamas aims to re-contextualize the events of October 7,
2023, pointing out that military operations and state violence did not begin that day,
but rather it represented a military response
by a people, the Palestinians,
who had endured crushing and unrelenting state violence
from an occupying power over many years, unquote.
It's Columbia University professors, 167 them.
Well, number one, it wasn't the Palestinian people
who went in and murdered the Jews.
It was Hamas, the terrorist organization,
which has been designated them.
Okay?
So that's number one.
They lied, the Columbia University professors, in this response.
Okay.
Number two, recontextualize means a revision of the truth.
The truth is there's always been strife between Arabs and Jews in the Holy Land.
For 2,000 years, there have been strife there.
and there have been atrocities on both sides.
That's a truth.
And here's another truth.
Israel is a nation, a certified nation,
and has offered every single Arab in the area Israeli citizenship.
So there's no occupying, you can become a citizen of Israel.
Anybody can.
and therefore derive all the benefits of that status.
But the Palestinians, 95% of them, reject that they don't want to be citizens of Israel.
But they don't have a government.
They're run by a terror group, Hamas.
There's no Palestinian authority.
There was an election, which is bogus anyway because there's no free elections.
and Hamas overwhelmingly defeated the Palestinian Authority.
So these Palestinians aren't being occupied
because Israel has carved out Gaza for them.
But they can't get anywhere
because they don't have any organization.
They don't have any country.
It's run by terrorists.
So all of the billions of dollars sent to help the Palestinians
don't go to the people.
Goes to Hamas, the body of rockets.
All right?
gutter sends billions of dollars to Palestine.
People don't get it.
Now, Hamas has set up medical facilities and some food distribution points, but there's
no structure there.
And if you don't do what Hamas wants, you'll lose your life.
They'll kill you.
Okay.
Now, these Palestinian professors, I call them Palestinian.
These professors at Columbia University, you think Palestine is being occupied, and the students are justified in supporting Hamas, the terrorists, because of this.
Well, you made the same argument about 9-11, America's fault that al-Qaeda came in, slaughtered 3,000 of us.
The same argument.
So this is just vile.
I don't know how Columbia University survives after this.
I certainly wouldn't send anybody there.
I mean, it's an Ivy League, and you've got problems at Harvard, you've got problems at Yale,
you've got problems all over the Ivy League now because they recruit far-left professors and administrators.

Associated Press, been very sympathetic to Hamas.
Now, the Associated Press in your town, if you buy the local newspaper,
and you open it up, you'll see AP.
They are the primary reporting vehicle for the small newspapers
that can't afford to hire reporters to send to the Middle East.
So the AP classifies the Russian airport thing
where thousands of Russians in the south part of that country
stormed an airport to try to hurt Jews.
all right
and this happened Sunday
two days ago
thousands
now they didn't get any Jews
because they were misinformed but they wanted to hurt
Jews kill Jews
so with the AP in its headline
says that
crowdstorms Russian airport to
protest
flight from Israel
not what they would do it
they want to kill
if there are any Jews
on the plane as the AP
not the first time. The Associated Press, people who run it have told their reporters not to call Hamas a terrorist organization, even though Hamas is a terrorist organization.
So the Associated Press is leaning against Israel. There's no doubt about it.
Okay, are we all clear on that? If you want to disagree or have questions, bill at bill o'Reilly.com, bill at bill o'Reilly.com, very easy email address.
Name in town, if you wish to opine.
Still get a lot of mail with no names in towns, so I can't use it.
You know, I need to know you're a real person.
Let's go to Halloween, Eve of All Howls.
So I loved Halloween as a kid.
I just loved it.
It just was almost liberating to get out there and get free stuff and dress up and have a bunch of laughs of my friends.
And now it's big business, 23 this year, $12 billion.
dollars are spent on Halloween stuff, 4 billion on costumes, 3.5 billion candy, 4 billion on
decorations, on and on and on. This is from the National Retail Federation. So people are overdoing
it now. I've spent about $35. I don't get a lot of trick-or-treaters where I am. They're all
on the other side of town. They kind of cluster together. But I think Halloween is a worthy
fun day. But Americans are paying a lot more for candy, and I'll get to that in a moment.
We got some interesting stats, and it ties in with something else. Now, the underpitting of Halloween
is spirits floating around, okay? And killing the witches, my latest bestseller,
we're very, very happy with the way it's performing, almost 200,000 copies.
sold in five weeks, the witches were executed because they were consorting with the devil.
Okay, the witches were consorting with the devil. That's why they were hanged. No witches
burned in the New World, in Massachusetts Bay. They were burned in Europe. We explain all that.
Today, there is demonic possession in the Roman Catholic Church. And we get into that in the
latter part of killing the witches, it's called exorcism. Well, this is a great Halloween book.
Anyway, in order to delve into this area of witchcraft, spirits, devil, you have to believe
in Satan. And then Satan lives in hell, so you would have to believe it. Now, I'm not sure
there have been surveys. Most people in America describe themselves as Christian, and in a Christian
theology, there is a hell. And there is Satan. And if you read the New Testament,
Satan came before Jesus and tempted him. And there are a myriad of passages in the Old
Testament for the Jews and the New Testament for the Christians about if you misbehave on a
grand scale, you're going to hell. And there's fire there. Now, is that an allegory? Do you
believe it? So I looked around and got the best guy to talk about this, and his name is Daniel
Bonavec. He is a professor of philosophy at the University of Texas at Austin PhD. So,
doctor, do you believe in hell? Yes, I do. And why do you? But partly, I am believing Christian,
and so I think there is such a thing as God,
there is such a thing as angels,
and in particular there is a devil, there is hell.
Now, if you look at the Bible
and try to understand more about all of this,
I think it's a bit the way Thomas Aquinas describes our understanding of God.
He says we can know that God is, but not really what God is.
We can't understand the essence of God.
And I find something similar when I look at biblical texts about hell and about the devil.
For example, in the Old Testament, in the book of Job, Satan plays a very large role,
and Zechariah makes a lot of references to Satan, but always in the role of the opponent,
the adversary, the opposite in some sense of God.
But what exactly is this being?
There isn't much really said.
Now, there's much more discussion of the devil in the New Testament.
It all comes down, Professor, it all comes down to what you want to believe.
So I'm a Roman Catholic, and I want to believe in a just God.
And I want to believe that after you die, you're judged on whether you are a good or bad human being by a just, all-knowing God.
And then if you're a good human being, you're rewarded.
if you're not, you suffer.
That's what I want to believe.
But I can't prove any of it.
So then it becomes a little bit dicey discussing it with nonbelievers, right?
How do you approach that?
Right.
It is difficult.
The argument you're describing, I think, is a very powerful argument, actually.
In fact, Emmanuel Kant thought that.
that morality and thinking about good and evil or right and wrong or justice and injustice makes no sense unless there is a God and unless there is some reward and some punishment at the end.
Because otherwise, he had the same thought that you've had. Really, it would turn out that the universe isn't just then. Why should we pay any attention to morality at all? Why should we try to live a good life if in the end it doesn't do any good?
And within the bounds of this life, we know that the good suffer.
And all too often, the unjust managed to thrive.
And so he says, none of it makes any sense, whatever, unless in the end the scales balance somehow.
There's a balance, right.
And that's a trend in the United States now.
I wrote a columnist weekend called Writing Wrongs, that the progressive left, which, you know, contains a large number of atheists.
and agnostics, they don't want any judgments.
And a lot of Americans reject religion,
because judgments are made, not in the Unitarians,
there are religions that don't judge at all,
but in the traditional religions, there's judgments.
And they don't want to be judged.
They don't want to be constrained.
Whatever they want to do, they want to do,
and they don't want to be held responsible for it.
But in the end, we're all just guessing, right, Doc?
Absolutely. We're guessing. And even if you believe literally in the words of the Bible, you have to admit it's pretty unclear exactly what the devil is, even whether it is just a sort of abstract name for the kind of evils that lurk within our hearts and tempt us.
There are passages that suggest that. In fact, some passages that talk about devils and demons and so on.
And so that's a possible interpretation.
I don't think it's absolutely ruled out,
even if you accept everything in the Bible.
But yes, I mean, there's something about the scientific attitude that's common today
that suggests that, look, there's something weird about postulating something supernatural.
I find myself drawn more and more to the idea, however,
partly because of the extraordinary evils I see around me.
I understand moral corruption.
I understand giving in to temptation.
I don't really understand the kind of thing we saw on October 7th.
No, and the Third Reich and Stalin and Mao and mass murders and all that.
The one thing that I have in killing the witches that I hope everyone reads
is the passage about this 13-year-old boy in Maryland,
who was the real subject of the movie and book,
the exorcist, all right.
Ronald Hunkler is his name.
We researched that professor.
You could not have done more research
than Martin Dugard and I did on it.
And if all of those people are lying about
Hunkler's condition, we're talking psychiatrists,
medical doctors, family members,
everything was written down, the eight exorcists
out of St. Louis that dealt with the boy for three months.
I mean, when you read that, you can
reject it, and many, many people will. But boy, that was one, because I'm a logical thinker
like Aquinas, not in his league, by the way, but kind of that way. I went, whoa, you know,
this is almost overwhelming here. Hey, doctor, thanks very much. We appreciate it very much. And if
we can ever return a favor, you let us know. All right, as I mentioned, Halloween candy up 13%
from last October, this is my telling you that, number one, consumers are still buying at the
higher price point. They haven't cut back yet. Dead is going way up. But Biden's running against
the grocery store and the gasoline pump. Just keep that in mind. Smart life. Here are the worst
drinks for your help. Now, I told you, sugar is the devil. The devil is pushing sugar because it's
going to kill you. So this comes out.
There's a survey from a bunch of nutritionists, and they got together and said, these are the worst drinks because they're full of sugar.
Number one, energy drinks, all right, you know what they are, full of sugar.
Sweet alcoholic cocktails, they're new.
At least they're new in my word like that.
So they have booze in them, but there's plenty of sugar in them.
Three, soda, traditional soda, Coke, Pepsi, Sprite, all that's bad.
loaded with sugar ice teas oh man just look at the turn it over look how much sugar in those ice
teas sweet tea uh and finally frappuccinos and lattes all those things are going to kill you
uh smart life this day in history october 31 Halloween 1941 Mount Rushmore finished after
there was 82 years ago today, 14 years they built it, cost 22 million for today's money,
and that's cheap. So they used TNT to blow up the mountain, dynamite, TNT, boom, boom, boom.
And they got Washington, Jefferson, Lincoln, and Teddy Roosevelt on the mountain.
Right? So that happened. They completed it 82 years ago today, 1941.
one. But here's something interesting. There's room for two more faces on that mountain.
And I've been there. It's magnificent. So they took a survey. All right? This is a New York Times
survey. 2018. Sixty-six percent of Americans would like to see Franklin Roosevelt added to Mount Rushmore.
11 percent Dwight Eisenhower. Seven percent Barack Obama. Five percent Ronald Reagan.
Trump and Biden didn't.
I didn't get any votes.
Okay.
A mail segment and a clip from the View
starring yours truly on a Halloween.
You got to see this clip.
Coming up in a final thought, right back.
All right, let's get to the mail.
Perry Capitani, Garden City, New York.
While I don't support the anti-Israeli crowd,
I think the media is incorrectly portraying
that crowd as anti-Semites, whereas most seem to be protested against Israel's policies
toward the Palestinian people, rather than hatred of Jews.
Okay, I understand that, but I wouldn't say most.
I'd say it's evenly divided or maybe tilting to hating Israel, because this comes all out of
the progressive movement, and they hate Israel. Progressive tenet is Israel's a fascist country.
So we disagree a little bit on that.
But I liked your letter, Perry.
Lee, concierge member, Lee gets direct access to me.
Bill, you're correct.
The stock market peaked in July, has been downhill ever since,
and the Biden administration is rolling out Kamala Harris for interviews,
given her lack of interviewing skills,
indicating how desperate they are.
I know.
There's no other reason why Kamala shows up.
Phil, the 2020-election will tell whether or not the country will move forward.
If the Republicans keep on going the way they are, they may lose.
Then we're in real trouble.
I don't like either party right now.
And a lot of people feel the same way that you do, Phil.
Mark, West Virginia.
Bill 60 Minutes may not have had an agreement with Kamala Harris and the White House,
but if you don't think they're in the tank, then I can't help you.
That's my phrase.
It seems like they're in a tank.
You know, 60 Min is not what it was under Mike Wallace and Don Hewitt.
Pretty big difference.
Francesco.
Bill, thanks for mentioning Matthew Perry's passing and the never-ending tragic consequences
of substance abuse brings to families and friends.
I wish more people would do that.
We're giving addicts a pass.
Pushers a pass.
No.
It's a contagion.
Albert Dam's Guard, Cedar Springs, Michigan.
I've been through killing the witches twice.
And I'm now rereading selected chapters.
What great information, this is a case where Christianity got out of hand
and seemed to be controlled by a group of people who were lunatics.
It wasn't Christianity.
The Puritan sect, S-E-C-T, was thrown out of England and Holland because they were so crazy.
They believed that you were going to hell if you did anything.
Puritans did not even celebrate Christmas or Easter.
Easter. They weren't Christians. It was a cult. That's what it was. And, you know, we hone in on that on
killing the witches. All right, tomorrow we're going to have a Christmas door opening on
bill o'Reilly.com. I'm going to do it a little bit differently this season because we want to save you
a substantial amount of money. And we will. If you, you know, buy into what we're going to do,
We'll save you a lot of money by giving you different ways to gift and, you know, we got
Christmas ornaments, we got mugs, we got shirts, of course the books, I mean, but we're going
to position it so that you can buy in bulk take care of a lot of your gift giving for 50, 60%
less than going to the dopey department stores. Have you seen the quality of merchandise in
these department stores lately? It's just garbage. You buy a shirt.
shirt you wear it twice, that collar's going to fall right off. All right, you've got to be real
careful now. You've got to go in, you've got to go, who made it? If you don't buy all cotton,
if you're buying a polyester stuff, kiss it goodbye after two watches. It's not going to be around.
Shrinkage, oh, it's terrible. Because, you know, people don't want to spend a lot of money,
so the department stores are bringing down the quality of the inventory. All of this is, you know,
We don't do that, by the way.
Okay, so if you want to get a preview,
go into the Bill O'Reilly.com shop tonight.
Killing the Witches, obviously,
a perfect Halloween season book.
Where did they do not be a fiend in the Halloween motif,
F-I-E-N-D, do not be a fiend when writing to me.
Okay, next up, Halloween View-O-Riley clip, right?
back with it. Okay, as a final thought of the day, time goes by. It's a cliche. You get older,
time goes faster. One of my staff, Victor Garcia, dug up a clip from 2009 of me on the view
on Halloween. Okay, now I have forgotten this even existed because I'm old. So I can't remember.
I have so many things to remember. It's like, you did it. But anyway, the show back then,
with so much different than it is now.
And that's the evolution of all television information programming.
Fox News back then, so much different than now.
MSMBC's about the same.
But most have changed.
CNN's falling apart.
Totally.
Okay.
So here I am walking on to the View, October 30th, 2009.
Boom.
It is the most feared man in cable news,
who has those who oppose him
quaking in their boots.
But to us, he's a pussycat.
Please welcome back.
Bill O'Reilly.
I hear you dressed like this at home all the time.
And they hang from the ceiling.
I'm the scariest guy in the world.
You really are.
You don't need a costume.
Of course not.
No, you scare everyone.
When kids come trick-a-treat to my house,
I open the door and they go, ah!
That was fun.
All right, Barbara Walters,
was a friend of mine and, you know,
had any malice.
Now, I mean, you know, and there's two million people
that want that every morning.
I mean, there would double the ratings back in 2009.
And it's happened to every show.
I looked at it because I get the ratings every day for everything.
All right, and I see who's watching why.
And it's amazing to see the decline
in people actually watching informational programming.
And I wrote a message of the day about really scary stuff on Bill O'Reilly.com,
but the opening line was that people are fleeing television, network television,
not watching it anymore, unless you're older and you can't get that remote out of your hand.
You know, the hand just goes like this.
But if you are in the Internet world, that's far more appealing than television.
My origins don't watch anything.
There's not one show they watch.
Now, I watch sports, and I watch Blue Bloods, which, you know, the strike is delayed that thing, and that's a good show.
And I, you know, once in a while I'll tune in a 60 minutes, but I used to watch it religiously.
I don't anymore.
But that's it.
But now that there's an old guy bachelor show.
I explain it in the message of the day.
It's so insane.
But anyway, you know, I used to look forward to going on to The View, and I even dressed up in that dopey costume and looked like Belagosy, you know.
I love those old horror movies, by the way.
So last night, this is absolutely true, had a little discretionary time, which I don't usually, and I put on the fall of the House of Usher with Vincent Price.
it was the cheapest but it was it was good it was and there were four actors in the whole movie
four and then they cut to a picture of this big house it was really really but what they managed to
do and I remember seeing it when I was a little kid and it scared me okay but I actually watched
it and I'm glad I did tonight if I
can, I'm going to watch the House of Frankenstein, which is a 1930s movie, I believe.
But this is how demented I am.
I mean, I'm just not recommending any of this, just telling you what I'm going to do.
Anyway, happy Halloween.
Thanks for watching The No Spin News, and we'll see you again more.
