Hey, Bill O'Reilly here.
Welcome to the No Spin News, Tuesday, May 9, 2003, stand up for your country.
Huge Newsweek in process.
We got debt talks at the White House this afternoon.
You know, I don't want to jump on that.
stuff. I want to analyze it in a cogent way. So we'll have it tomorrow, the details. But something
it struck me is that the talks to, you know, bring down some of the government spending in return
for raising the debt ceiling begin in the very late afternoon. And Biden doesn't have anything
to do all day long. So I don't know why this couldn't happen this morning so we could bring it to
you with accuracy. Also, we have the border chaos unfolding Friday is the day that the Title
12. We'll tell you about that. But the pictures are amazing and we'll have those for you.
And then the Trump Town Hall tomorrow night on CNN, which, of course, on Thursday, I'll bring it
down to its nth degree as the cliche goes. But we begin this evening with the Talking Points memo.
the left is harming America. Now, this is not about ideology, okay, but I get tons of mail
saying, why are people so extreme on the left? Now, we know there are extremists on the right,
but they don't have political clout because they have no media outlets of any note. That's
a difference. So the far left is in New York Times, L.A. Times, to some extent, the Washington
Post, and then it's got MSNBC and NBC News.
I mean, those are big.
Far right didn't have any of that.
So you don't hear about really what they're doing, but the far left, you hear a lot.
So why is the far left movement bent on destroying traditional America?
I'm going to tell you now, it all has to do with those folks feeling morally superior to other
Americans. So if you know anything about the Hollywood culture or the Washington, D.C.
party circuit, these people really see themselves as noble, that they are up here and most
Americans are down here. They're bigots, their maggots, their, what was the Hillary
Clinton thing, deplorables. So the far left, the people who drive that, they see
see themselves as morally superior. Therefore, they have to try to help the underdog, no matter
what's the circumstance. So migrants, that's where open borders come from. We're morally
superior because we want to give everybody a shot at the American dream, okay? Homeless, we're
morally superior because we want to enable the homeless to be homeless, take their narcotics,
and walk around in a daze.
We don't want to punish them or hold them accountable.
No, we're morally superior.
Trans people, that's what this trans stuff is all about.
Oh, these people, they don't feel comfortable in their own bodies,
so they have to change, and we have to make sure that everybody assents to that,
despite religious differences.
It's like reproductive rights.
Okay?
Okay. So the far left says no limits on abortion at all. Not 10 minutes before you are going to give birth. You can abort the unborn child. That's what their view is. Because it's reproductive rights, it's women's rights, this, this, this, and this. Well, what about the baby's rights? Not. Never taken into consideration, ever. All right? You'll never hear that.
and they'll make up every excuse in the world.
So they are the righteous.
And when you believe you're the righteous
and everybody else is flawed,
then you can do what you want to do
because you're the righteous.
That's what's behind this, all right?
Now, meantime, all the other people
in the country are getting hammered.
So just San Francisco, for example, the people who lived there and paid a lot of money for their homes, okay, they are negatively impacted by the rampant crime, the rampant homelessness, no public order because the far left runs the town.
And all of those people in their children, everybody is hurt by this righteous display.
No, the homeless, it's not their fault. Yeah, it is their fault.
Most of them. It's their fault. Okay. So when you have this kind of mentality, there's no
day-tint. It's not like I can go in and convince Stephen Spielberg or Bruce Springsteen or
any of these people that they're thinking is causing more harm for America than good.
I can't do it. No matter what I present, they will not.
listen or even consider and I'm the problem okay so then when there's no detain when there's
no way to breach any gap you got warring camps symbolically now no violence has ever accepted
unless it's self-defense okay so most Americans are beginning to understand this problem
but they should have understood it a long time ago.
Now, President Biden is a captive of the far left.
He isn't an activist.
Many people think he is.
I have a friend who hates Joe Biden.
I don't hate Joe Biden, all right, but he does,
because he believes that Biden is an activist for the far left,
where I think he is just a pawn.
He does what he's told to do.
His wife is the problem, Jill Biden.
Because Joe is so dottering, he's so discombobulated in his own mind.
He couldn't even formulate an activist program.
He doesn't care about the border.
He doesn't care about violent crime or homelessness or anything else.
He lives his life in a fog, and he's directed to say,
do certain things by his far-left masters. And that is the true. So the folks are catching on.
We saw that by the poll, the ABC poll yesterday, 36% approval. And the 36% are divided.
Half of those 36 don't know what the deuce is going on in a country. They don't pay attention.
They have no frame of reference. The other half are the far left.
Okay? There are 18, 20% of those people among us.
So that is the scenario we are facing.
And it's important that you, the Nosman News watcher and listener on the radio, understand
that.
And the other thing is that this poll that came in yesterday, this should have come in in January.
But most Americans are two, three months behind the curve.
you guys because you're watching me on a daily basis, you're going to Bill O'Reilly.com,
you're reading the columns, you're looking at our fact-based presentation, which can't be
challenged. That's why they have to attack me personally. Can't challenge what we're putting
out because we back everything up. So you guys are on it. You're contemporary with the
problem. Most Americans are not. They're behind it, but they're catching up. And if this
debt ceiling thing doesn't come in, you'll see Biden's numbers go into the 20s.
And that's a memo.

As a schedule, as I mentioned, nothing except 4 o'clock.
And yesterday, this was bizarre.
In the face of a collapsing border and a financial crisis for the debt ceiling, what does Biden do?
He goes out and he threatens the airlines, which he's never going to follow through.
on, by the way. He goes out, the airlines, if it's their fault, the flights to later cancel,
they have to pay you money. That'll never happen. You'll never see a cent. I guarantee that.
You will never see a cent. But he did that for a reason to deflect away from the other severe problems.
Now, I addressed that on News Nation with Leland Vittert last night. Go.
why is Biden doing this now?
He knew about it a year ago.
Everybody knew about it.
Well, he's got border problems
that are absolutely out of control, right?
He's got a debt ceiling
that he doesn't have any grasp of at all.
He's got problems on every single front.
So he's doing wagging the dog.
He's doing something
that he thinks people will like
because nobody likes him.
And, you know, the Washington Post, ABC News poll
is just stunning in its repudiation.
Remember, these are two news agencies
who like Biden.
I thought George Stephanopoulos
was going to have a seizure
reading these poll numbers,
which he had to read because ABC News did the poll.
I thought he was going to actually have a seizure.
People were going to have to come in
and help George.
Okay, let's go down to the border.
So in the past 10 days, more than 81,000 human beings were stopped by border patrol.
Okay.
Now you have to understand, this is a colossal amount of human beings, 81,010 days, all right?
On Thursday at midnight, Title 42 ends, and then you'll have it go up to 100,000,
10,000 a day, 12,000 a day, because they're all stacked up in Mexico.
Now, what happens is they are confronted by the Border Patrol,
and immediately they say, we want asylum, we feel threatened in our own country,
and the Border Patrol then processes them, takes them to a center,
and eventually they are given bus tickets to go wherever they want.
That is against federal law.
You cannot apply for asylum unless you go to a port.
of entry, which there are many on the southern border. But the Biden administration has ignored
immigration laws. I've reported many times. So you have a flood of people coming in here
and their names are in a computer, but they'll never have their cases adjudicated because we don't
have enough courts and judges to do it. So they're here. About $7 million plus since Biden's
been in office. So that's what's going on. Now, this is Biden's policy. Remember, under Trump,
it was remained in Mexico. Trump said, it doesn't matter whether you're planning.
for asylum. You have to do it in a port of entry. If you don't, we're turning your right
of bound and you're staying in Mexico. Okay? That's where you're staying. And Trump had
cut it down to about 400,000 people sneaking across the border every year. Now we've got millions
of people because of Biden, because Biden knocked out the remain in Mexico policy. But the
Biden administration doesn't admit that because they're not honest. They say it's Trump's fault.
It's the Republicans' fault.
And nobody believes it.
Maybe May Yorkist, but the Homeland Security Chief, but that's about it.
So that's what's going on.
And that, along with the economy, is driving down Biden's poll numbers.
In fact, CNN reported yesterday that Biden's 36% number is the lowest for any American president at this point in their first term ever since polling began.
began. I believe it. So also yesterday, the White House banned the New York Post reporter
from going to the conference that Biden had. It wasn't a press conference, but he gave
remarks. And reporters hoped that after the remarks, he'd take questions. But Biden didn't
because he rarely does that anymore. But they banned the New York Post. Why? Because
the Post is hammering Hunter Biden.
So the quote was, we are unable to accommodate your credential request at this time, which is bold because there were 20 seats open for Biden's address, which tells you how much press interest there was, because everybody knows if Biden is just saying this and nothing will happen.
Okay, so the New York Posts on the bad list. That's a Murdoch paper, by the way.
Now, tomorrow, at 9 a.m., this is early here, because Biden's not involved.
Congressman James Comer, Kentucky, House Oversight Committee chair, and Senator Chuck Grassley of Iowa, Republican, having a press conference.
Okay.
Now, Comer requested the Justice Department, he asked the Justice Department not to indict Hunter Biden until the press conference was over.
It's how close, and it's going to be a low-level indictment.
Comer knows this.
So Comer says, we have evidence, new evidence, showing the Biden family's involvement in a criminal scheme.
And that is to be presented tomorrow at 9 a.m.
So I assume that the cables, well, MSNBC won't take it.
Fox should take it, Newsmax will take it.
All right, I'll watch it, and that'll be our lead story tomorrow.
Another poll associated press on black voters.
The question is the black respondents only.
Do you approve of disapprove of the way Joe Biden's handling his job?
Total approved 58, disapprove 42.
Okay?
That's down from 90% approval when Biden took office.
So he's gone from 90 to 58.
But the poll doesn't mean anything because black voters will support the Democratic Party pretty much no matter what.
Okay. If the Republicans could get 15% of the black vote in this country, they'd be overjoyed.
But they may stay home. African Americans may stay home.
Let's go to guns. So another horrible thing, north of Dallas, you've heard it, you've seen it, you follow the news, you know what happened.
All right, eight people are dead. So I wrote a message of the day on bill o'Reilly.com, and if you have the time, and it only takes two minutes.
And you don't have to be a premium or concierge member, you just go through.
there's a message of the day every morning, okay, posted about 9 a.m. Eastern, and today's message
is the three reasons why gun violence is out of control. Okay, but I'm going to analyze them
more here now, but every day we have a message of the day. So the first reason is the John Wick
culture in America. Okay, John Wick are the violent movies, ultra-violent, and they are graphic,
and they glorify violence.
They make it look appealing,
even though there are dead people all over the place
and all that.
Okay, now the John Wick culture
is not tied to any single movie.
It's movies and internet games
that glorify violence, graphic violence.
If you are a troubled person, this affects you.
Not 90% of people are going to watch this
and they're not going to go out and hurt anybody.
But 10%, they absorbed this.
Okay, it looks glamorous.
Second reason, the collapse of morality in America.
Okay, among younger people, 35 and younger, no religion at all.
They're gone.
They've rejected religion across the board.
Big numbers, 70, 75%.
No, I have anything to do with it.
Public school very rarely discusses good and evil.
In fact, they ignore evil unless you're Donald Trump or Hitler or somebody like that.
But good and evil, the philosophical avenues of both are ignored in public schools.
There's no morality, teaching, there's nothing.
No Judeo-Christian philosophy, no.
So you combine the younger people not interested in any kind of a religion and the public schools
system rejecting, even teaching good behavior, you've got a bunch of people walking around
and they don't even know what's good and bad. And finally, the failure to effectively
punish violent people. Okay. Now punishing people who sell fentanyl and heroin didn't
no bail for them now. There's no downside. They go out there. Oh, no. Go ahead. Sell a poison.
When he dies, maybe you'll get prosecuted then.
but probably not so violent behavior violent criminals because selling poison is violence
that's violence all right if you don't know that then you're you know i don't know what to say
so the far left goes we're not going to hold any criminals accountable the cops are the
problem not the criminals we want to depopulate the nation's prisons well you combine all three
You combine the John Wick culture, the collapse of morality, and the failure to punish miscreants,
and you got a free-fire zone, pardon the bad pun.
And that's why.
Okay, I wrote a column.
Again, you can read it.
You don't have to be a member of Bill O'Reilly.com.
A train to nowhere.
This is about the disturbed individual who had 42 arrests, a warrant out,
because he allegedly assaulted a 67-year-old one.
He was disturbing passengers on a subway car in New York, a Marine 24 years old, neutralized him with a stranglehold, and the man died.
I write about it.
There was a demonstration.
Okay?
We talked about this yesterday.
He was another one, 11 people arrested.
Nothing will happen to those people.
It doesn't matter whether they spit at the police or pepper spray the police or break windows or
It doesn't matter, but they arrest at 11.
They bring them in, they prosecute them, and then the DAA, Alvin Bragg, will not prosecute them.
Okay?
And that's what happened.
Now, who are these people?
These people don't know anything about the criminal case.
They don't know anything about it.
I don't know anything about Jordan Neely, the victim, okay, the man who's dead.
They are anarchists.
And there are plenty of them in New York City.
That's who they are.
and the people behind the headlines.
I'm Miranda Devine, New York Post columnist and the host of the brand new podcast, Podforce
One.
Every week I'll sit down for candid conversations with Washington's most powerful disruptors,
lawmakers, newsmakers, and even the President of the United States.
These are the leaders shaping the future of America and the world.

me, Miranda Devine, every week on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcast.
You don't want to miss an episode.
Okay, California Reparations.
Now, this really is disturbing to me because my family in County Cabin, Ireland, had its farm
two acres, and a few years ago, I walked that farm, I went over there, okay, seized
by the crown in London and my ancestors were thrown off the land causing the father to have a heart
attack and die and the mother could not feed the two 16-year-old twin boys who were put on a
coffin ship in Galway and landed in Brooklyn. Now does London owe me and my family reparations for
that? Symbolically, yeah, but I'm not asking for it because my family is reparations for that? Symbolically, yeah, but I'm not asking for it because my
my ancestors got here. They got here, rather than being in Ireland, you know, under the
heel of the crown in London. So every one of us have stories like that in our families.
Everyone lives in to me now. All over the world, you got hosed by a government sometime.
So reparations is basically payments for slavery. And California, of course, controlled by far-left
loons, put together a task force.
and their recommendations are now in.
So basically, this is a socialist communist document,
what they put out, all right?
So they want as much as $1.2 million in benefits
in cash given to the African Americans
who live in California, okay, 1.2 million.
They want free health care.
They want free college education.
And the list is like endless.
to African Americans.
Now, Native Americans, no.
Okay, they don't get anything.
Hispanics don't get anything.
It's just blacks.
They get it.
Now, this would cost estimated
the state of California $800 billion.
And they don't have the money.
So they have to raise taxes.
If this ever passes and Newsom signs it,
which is possible.
If I live in California,
I'd be out of there so fast.
I mean, 800 billion, they don't have that money.
So they have to tax the people.
So that means that all people in California have nothing to do with slavery.
California was a free state, by the way.
Yeah, it treated minorities poorly, but every state did that.
Every country did that.
It's not a country in the world, including African countries that didn't treat minorities
poorly at one time or another, not one on this planet.
So anyway, it's so bad.
This is so ridiculous.
And I'm going to write a column on Sunday about the Civil War and how many white northerers
died and were maimed trying to free the slaves.
And yet this reparation.
But this is a communist socialist thing.
That's what's behind this.
Okay.
Woke, which ties in with the far left.
So there was a recent op-ed in the Wall Street Journal.
read you a part of it. It says, quote, in 2018, Black Rock's Larry Fink, current CEOs to
serve a social purpose beyond financial performance. This new trend pushed many companies,
including Anheiser Bush, away from delivering value to shareholders and towards stakeholder
capitalism in which companies serve all the stakeholders, including customers, suppliers,
as employees and communities. To implement this shift, companies like BlackRock tout ESG,
environmental, social, and governess reporting. I was written by Anson Freericks,
who is a former Anheiser Bush executive, and he joins us now from Columbus, Ohio.
Did you get any pushback on that op-ed? Anybody call you a fascist or anything like that?
not yet bill luckily there's still a lot of american free market capitalists out there
that believe that companies should be focused on their shareholders creating great product
services that have their customers come back to them because they're loyal to the brand as opposed
to the stakeholder capitalism model that black rockers are pushing that they want company to be
holding an activist and political figure so luckily not yet i'm sure they're out there i'm glad yeah
i'm glad nobody nobody came well you're in columbus ohio so if you were in san francisco or in l a
to be a different story. Now, you worked for Anheuser-Busch for 11 years, okay? Were you surprised that
they hired this Dylan Mulvaney, this trans person to market, Bud Light? Did that surprise you when
you first saw it? It surprised me when I first saw it, but really how the company has transformed
itself over the last five years. On reflection, I wasn't that surprised. This is an organization that
been based in St. Louis, Missouri, for over 100 years. Yet seven years ago, they moved their sales,
marketing organization to New York City, hired a lot of people from New York City,
hired a lot of marketing agencies from New York City,
and adopted his stakeholder capitalism, and then by virtue of that, ESG, DEI, et cetera,
and even changed the values of the company over the last five years.
It used to be a company that was all about meritocracy,
yet all of a sudden now they changed some their values to be not necessary about hiring the best
and the brightest, but actually measuring people on things like the diversity of their teams,
the inclusiveness of their teams.
And unfortunately, that's permeated really the entire organization bill,
and that's what led to this outcome.
We should note that they fired their marketing in New York City because now they're in trouble losing billions of dollars.
Now, when you have a situation where the company's philosophy changes, that comes from the board of directors and the CEO, right?
It does come from the board of directors and the CEO, but unfortunately, that is foisted on them by companies like BlackRock, State Street, Vanguard, that managed $20 trillion worth of capital.
They're the single largest shareholder in 95% of the S&P 500 companies.
And so therefore, they're foisting this agenda onto most major corporations.
Okay.
Most people don't understand what you're saying.
Black Rock is a financial corporation based in New York City, right?
They buy shares of companies all around, right?
Correct.
Okay.
And the worst part about this is Bill, but they don't use their own money.
This isn't like Bill Gates or George Soros.
People invest money in the Black Rock.
So now their choice of investment,
buying shares in Anheuser-Busch or anything is partially based on whether it's a woke company or not.
Is that what you're telling me?
So what I'm saying is, is that BlackRock and others, they've adopted these political agendas.
And they've managed 20 trillion dollars of capital.
It's your money, Bill.
It's your 401k.
It's in your pension fund.
If you have a pension fund, they're using that capital to tell companies like Anheiser-Bush to adopt ESG, environmental social governance standards.
But what if Anheiser-Busch says, we're not going to do it?
Then what happens?
What does Black Rock do to them?
So what does BlackRock do to them?
Well, they say that we're not going to invest additional dollars into your company.
Your investors are going to pull out because you don't have a good ESG score because your corporate equality index score has declined.
So they're using a lot of these scoring mechanisms to allocate additional capital to companies and then punishing them when they are not actually abiding by sort of getting certain scores or goals.
So it's basically extortion.
You do what we want you to do, Black Rock is saying, we're going to pull our investments out of your.
corporations weakening your financial portfolio. That's extortion. That's basically it. I mean,
it's it's not only BlackRock, but it's Vanguard, it's State Street, it's Goldman Sachsman.
You go down the entire list of companies. I mean, frankly, that's why I left Anheiserbush just
to create an alternative asset management company that called Strive. And all we do is
we're trying to have companies focus on corporate excellence, period. We believe in shareholder
capitalism. If you're a beer company, create beer. Don't necessarily get involved in
politics. Yeah, I think it's horrible myself. So Anson's company is, he's the co-founder and president,
is Strive, S-T-R-I-V-E, asset management based in Columbus. Final question for you. We're living in
a, as you heard in my remarks earlier in a program. We're living in a country where the
woke and the far left has assumed a lot more power than most people, I think, one.
want them to. It's not like the majority of Americans are woke, and we're seeing that with
Anheuser-Busch and Bud Light. I mean, they're losing billions of dollars because they did this
and people were offended. But the guys at the top, the Black Rock guys, the people behind Biden,
the George Soros people, they got so much money and so much power. They can basically push
this country into a direction that most people don't want it to go. Do you agree?
with that? They do have all that money and they do have a lot of the power. One of the reason
we created Strive is now giving people an alternative to push back. And luckily, we're starting
to see a lot of states starting to push back, states like Florida, states like Texas, states like
Indiana. But now we're also giving people everyday citizens, firefighters, doctors, police officers,
etc., the ability to invest their capital to put it behind a cause like Strive that's going to be
able to just maximize the value of their investments, not necessarily advance a progressive
agenda like you're seeing at the Black Rock states your vanguard so finally we're starting to see
the pendulum swing back we've had a little bit of success so far long way to still go but i think
there's a hunger and a desire for people to be able to vote their dollars and be able to put it behind
asset managers that better reflect what what they want to see companies do which is again
maximize value not necessarily advanced progressive values i appreciate it answer now we know
why the why is always the most important thing thanks for helping us out today
All right, part life. Family vacation guide, excuse me, compiled a list of the top U.S. travel destinations for families.
And here they are. Number one, Orlando, Florida, not in the summer. If you go there in the summer, your family will melt.
And you better bring a lot of money if you go into Disney World in the theme parks.
So that would not be my top choice.
Marco Island, Florida, way down on the southwest, nice place.
I prefer, I have to tell you, the panhandle to Marco.
Number three, Boston, great place.
Tremendous history, terrific environment to take your family.
Kids will learn a lot.
There's a lot of stuff to do in and outside of town, Cape Cod to the South.
Newbury Port to the north.
I mean, that's a great vacation.
Aspen, Colorado, beautiful, beautiful place.
Don't stay in town.
You'll get fleeced.
Stay in Glenwood Springs, a little bit outside of town.
Miami, Florida, I'm not sure about this pick.
Miami's got particularly South Beach.
There are a lot of problems there.
And it is scalding hot in the summer.
Palm Beach, much, much more benign than Miami, but hot.
Myrtle Beach, South Carolina is humid and hot in the summer, but you get into water there
and, you know, there's a lot of activity.
So I like Myrtle Beach.
Monterey, California, that would be, I think, my number one.
I love Monterey, California, Carmel, a Big Sur, summer vacation, you can't beat it.
Then I have San Francisco.
That's insane and shows me the family vacation guy doesn't know what the deuce it's doing.
You can't take kids to that town.
What's the matter with you?
Tampa Falls in line with Florida.
You know, in a winter, Tampa's great.
In the summer, oh, clear water, if you want the beach, you've got to go a little bit north.
And that is my assessment.
The stay in history May 9th, 1865, the Civil War ended.
The announcement was made by President Andrew Johnson, one of the worst executives we've ever had, Lincoln's successor.
So he made an announcement that the belligerent rights of the Confederacy were at an end,
the insurrection virtually over.
This was May 9, 1865.
Civil War lasted four years.
Union dead.
About 360,000 Union soldiers died.
As a direct result of the war, according to the Library of Congress, almost 300,000 wounded in action
according to the National Park Service.
the Confederate side, 260,000 dead, and about 200,000 wounded.
Most of the wounded and some of the dead were diseased, okay?
So anyway, this was the worst thing that ever happened to America, the Civil War,
and it ended today.
Okay, we got a mail segment and a final thought that might be amusing to you.
It was amusing to me.
We'll be right back.

Robert, 36% may be a low number for Biden's approval, but considering how terrible he is
at everything, completely ruining the country, 36% is still a lot of people who think he's
doing just fine.
It reinforces my belief that there are a lot of people out there who are idiots.
Idiot.
Is that the right word?
I'd say misguided and or apathetic.
David, concierge member, Bill, you just made the best argument as to why Donald Trump
will not gain the nomination of the Republican Party with the final thought.
He's constantly disrespected.
If you buy into every little thing he's offended, which is near constant narrative.
Yes, it's true.
It's true.
But he will, I think, get the Republican nomination unless something happens.
Right now, you know, it's a guess.
I'm guessing.
But he got a MAGA base that's way, way bigger than DeSantis' base, and there really isn't anybody else at this point.
Mike Kalanon, Phoenix, Arizona, it was shocking to me to see the polls you cited last night,
and there are combined 43 percent of people that did not know Trump had a better economy than Biden.
How did they look at gas prices and grocery stock costs and not know that?
Maybe they are idiots.
That's a good question.
John Scott, Waxahatchee, Texas.
Thank you for your interview with Gary Lake.
I'm concerned she is someone willing to throw out conspiracy theories without foundation.
She would then be an easy target of ridicule if she ran with Donald Trump.
She'd be an easy target of ridicule.
There's no doubt about that.
Tony Agarlowich, Boaz, Alabama.
Just wondering if you could give your subscribers an explanation of what this Fed now service is.
mean the federal government can control how we spend our money. No. This is another, Tony,
I hope you not spend a lot of time on the far right websites, the conspiracy things. All Fed now is
is another way to transfer money. Okay? It upgrades how fast money gets transferred. That's it.
You don't have to use it. All right. It's just a matter of if you want,
instantaneous transfer of funds. This makes it easier. Now, I've not studied it. I'm sure there's
a downside to it, but it's not going to have an impact on your life. Valerie Konopa, West Isle of New York,
here on Long Island. Bill, did you please say a few words on the looming debt ceiling and how will
it affect us? It affects us because unless federal spending is cut, inflation will continue
to go up. They've got to get the budget spending under control.
That's how it affects us, and Biden doesn't want to cut anything.
But let me see how it plays out before I really bring in the hammer, Valerie.
Charles Brewell-Hydie, Haywardtown, Pennsylvania.
I have a question.
I hope you will answer.
I'm on Social Security Disability.
I'm 56.
Have some health issues.
Fortunately, I've been paying for 40 years into the system.
Okay?
Is there a limit on what I can earn?
I don't know.
So that's why you need a financial advisor who does know.
If you don't want to spend the money and it's not a lot on an elder care lawyer or somebody in a brokerage house, call them.
Call the Social Security.
They have to answer your questions.
Now, you're going to get frustrated.
It's going to take you a while, get through.
But call them.
So here's my circumstance.
Do I have a limit or what?
So you can do that.
But it's much better to have somebody in your camp, Charles, much better.
