Hello, O'Reilly here.
Welcome to the No Spin News for Tuesday, November 12, 2014, stand up for your country.
Well, the unintended consequences of the vote one week ago are now starting to clarify.
and they're very fascinating.
So I remember four years ago, 2020,
there was all kinds of voting fraud stuff
and all of that activity was going on.
I didn't pay a lot of attention to that
because there was no hard news.
There were no documents I could look at.
There were no filings to courts.
It was all a bunch of blather.
So what I did was try to analyze
what was going to happen when Trump handed over the power to Biden because that's what affects
you, not rumor and innuendo and crazy conspiracy stuff. That is a total waste of time. My job
is to provide you with information so you can prosper. It's as simple as that. That is my job.
So nobody knew that Joe Biden was going to be the second worst president in our history.
and that's what he turned out to be.
And when you read my book in front of the presidents, you'll see that clarify itself.
Okay.
Nobody knew that at the time.
What we did know was the Democratic Party was very strong going in.
Okay, they didn't control the House, but they control the Senate.
They had the presidency, and they had a mandate.
Remember, Joe Biden got 81 million votes.
Kamala Harris got 10 million less, almost all of that based upon Biden's poor performance
and Harris's cheerleading of that poor performance.
Okay, now there's another course correction going on in this country, and very few so-called
journalists are talking about it, and that is the subject of this evening's talking
points memo.
The Democratic Party's falling apart.
that is the severe consequence of last week's vote.
According to the Brookings Institute, prestigious, we haven't been able to verify it, but we believe it's true.
2,523 counties in the USA voted for Trump.
620 voted for Harris.
So you can see all across the country, the folks repudiated.
the Democratic Party, but not in four of the five largest cities, which is the only stronghold
left for the Democrats. So New York, L.A., Chicago, Houston, all voted Harris overwhelmingly.
Not Phoenix. Phoenix is the fifth largest city now. It went for Trump. So the problem with
the Democratic Party is there's no leader. It's nobody. So Nancy Pelosi's
84 years old, just got reelected, but the woman is at the end of the trail.
Senator Charles Schumer is deeply unpopular. There's nobody who likes him, all right?
And Barack Obama took it right on the chin for putting his chin out, leading the Kamala Harris
surrogate. All right, so there's nobody in charge. Thus, there's a civil war.
When there is no one in charge, you'll have war.
And the war is between the far left Democrats, Bernie Sanders, AOC, and the so-called moderate Democrats
that aren't really moderate, but they're not as crazy as the socialists are.
So Sanders, the independent senator from Vermont, who was re-elected, all right, takes the opening
shot. Go. So if you're an average worker out there, you're saying, hey, I'm working longer and longer
hours, going nowhere in a hurry, worried about my kids, and yet the people on top I've never had
it so good. Where is the Democratic Party? Well, Sanders wants a socialist slash communist government
to dictate outcomes. That's what he wants. He's always wanted it, never deviated. And the people
of Vermont, I guess they're down with that. Okay? I don't know.
You know?
I mean, this guy is really out there.
Well, Nancy Pelosi doesn't like that.
That the Democratic Party aren't helping, isn't helping.
The working people.
Go.
Senator Bernie Sanders said it should come as no great surprise that a Democratic Party,
which is abandoned working class people, would find that working class people have abandoned
them.
Well, I just completely disagree.
And in fact, might notice that Kamala Harris ran ahead of Bernie Sanders in Vermont.
Okay, little of this, right?
In the middle here are the left-wing media, and they're also getting killed, and I'll deal
with that a little bit later.
But they don't know what to do.
The ardent liberals on television and in the newspapers, they don't know where do I go, okay?
And here's what one of these view ladies said, go.
And if you've got nothing good to say, don't say anything at all.
I mean, why, Nancy? Why? I find this so unproductive, so nasty, so unnecessary.
It's like she wants to make sure that people know it wasn't her.
She has no blame in this. I said Biden should have gotten out earlier.
So she's going after Pelosi.
Okay. Now, that woman is about as nasty as they come.
So for her to criticize somebody for being nasty, that's pretty interesting.
All right, let's use that word.
So who's going to win this civil war?
Well, first of all, it's going to rage for a while.
After Jimmy Carter got waxed in 1980 by Ronald Reagan, it took the Democrats 12 years to regain a White House Bill Clinton.
12 years. And in that time, Reagan and Bush, the elder, had almost a free-fire zone to do what they
wanted to do. And then the economy fell off the cliff under Bush's first term, the no new taxes
thing. And Clinton was a moderate Democrat, very moderate. And he got elected. But it took 12 years
before the Democratic Party recovered from Jimmy Carter.
Will that happen this time?
It depends on Donald Trump and how he governs.
Let's face it, the U.S. economy is under stress.
National debt rising, trade war, shaking the markets.
And meanwhile, China is dumping the dollar and stockpiling gold.

Because Vance,
if Vance and Trump do well
in these four years coming,
the Democratic Party is going to be in disarray for a while.
Okay.
So the Civil War,
among the Democrats is raging. The only thing the far left has going for it is George Soros
and the big money men like Michael Bloomberg, who's shocking. Michael Bloomberg ran New York City
as mayor pretty conservatively. And now he's a far-left crook pumping billions of dollars
into these woke causes. And of course, we all know about Soros and his son and all that.
So the Bernie Sanders cadre has lots of money, but they don't have hearts and minds.
And so that is a big casualty of the election of 2024, the decline of the Democrats.
And that's a memo.
Donald Trump continues his appointment thing we just learned that Mike Huckabee, former governor of Arkansas,
is going to be the ambassador to Israel.
Christy Noam, a governor of South Dakota, Homeland Security Secretary, Susie Wiles, you know,
Chief of Staff, Mike Wals, Congressman from Florida, is Christy.
Wallace is going to be National Security Advisor.
Tom Holman, Board of Zoh, you know that.
Eli Sophanik, United Nations Ambassador, Stephen Miller, Deputy Chief of Staff of Policy,
Lee Zeldon, Environmental Protection Agency.
So Trump's moving.
He's not wasting much time getting everything together.
So he goes to Washington tomorrow to meet with President Biden, who's still on the job, I guess, do very much.
Today he met with the president of Indonesia or something.
But the big thing that Trump has done, the biggest thing that Trump has done so far, is to appoint Senator Marco Rubio, Florida, Secretary of State.
Now, here's what I said on July 18th, go.
I'm going to make some predictions now for your amusement.
I'm on a hot streak on the predictions.
So if Trump is elected, who will be the Secretary of State?
Marco Rubio.
Thank you.
Thank you again, one and all.
I'm rolling.
I'm rolling here.
Now, that was July 18th.
Okay. So I got a lot of mail about Mike Pompeo, right, former CIA director, former Secretary of State under Trump in the first administration.
And Trump says, not putting him in a job, he's not getting a job. And everybody goes, why? Why? Mike Pompeo, what did he do wrong?
Well, I investigate it, as I always do, because that's my job. I can't find a definitely.
definite thing, but a lot of people pointed me to this soundbite that Mike Pompeo said
to at an event hosted by the Israel Heritage Foundation. Go. He's down in Mar-a-Lago watching the FBI
raid his home. I mean, what happened there is outrageous. No one gets to keep classified information
outside of the place classified information should be.
That is certainly true.
The Secretary of State, former Secretary of State doesn't get to keep it.
No one does.
But for the Department of Justice to behave the way they did,
by raiding the home of a former president is absolutely outrageous.
Now, I didn't think that was a bad soundbite,
and I'm not sure that that's why Donald Trump didn't consider Mike Pompeo
for a cabinet position.
Maybe Pompeo did stuff behind the scenes. I don't know. I do know that Donald Trump is a sensitive guy. He watches. And if you criticize him, he doesn't like it. I mean, I'm the poster boy for that. Now, I in the campaign was exceedingly fair to President Trump. And I think everybody would agree with that. Well, maybe not everybody, but 95%. Let's get a poll up there on bill o'Reilly.com, okay?
Was O'Reilly fair to Donald Trump during the campaign?
Yes or no?
So then you can weigh in.
All right.
Let's see what it says.
But in my estimation, I was fair to Donald Trump and to Kamala Harris.
And by being fair, it doesn't mean you just say, oh, yes, yes, yes, you point out strengths and weaknesses.
I thought Donald Trump was a excellent candidate.
but Kamala Harris was not.
And I said flat out, and I can prove it,
that Donald Trump was the hardest working presidential candidate in history.
The guy was unbelievable, and I said that.
And that Kamala Harris was the most furthest left presidential candidate in history.
Both statements are true.
Anyway, I don't really know.
I'll continue to ask around about Pompeo, but that's the best information we have.
Today, President Biden and Vice President Harris are having lunch.
When you like to be a fly on the wall there?
Ooh, ah, you know.
And then, as I said, Biden meets with the president of Indonesia.
I guess they have a little snack.
I don't know what they do.
Okay, Donald Trump going to the White House tomorrow, 11 a.m., meets with Joe Biden,
foreign affairs, Ukraine, a lot of that on the docket.
and the transition of power.
I'm glad this is happening.
Okay, it's good for the country.
Melania Trump not showing up,
and usually First Ladies do.
But Melania isn't.
Now, as a report other than New York Post,
we can't verify it.
And I hesitate to even mention it,
but I think in this context,
it says that Melania's not coming up
to see Jill Biden,
the First Lady, because that's what it is,
because of the document Mar-a-Lago thing.
I don't know.
I know this.
Melania Trump doesn't like this stuff.
She's not big on this ceremonial stuff.
Never has been.
So she's not coming up.
Interesting enough, she did, in 2016, visit Michelle Obama after Trump defeated Hillary Clinton.
Melania came in.
but in 2020 nobody met with anybody because Trump is so mad Biden didn't come in nobody came anywhere
okay according to news nation which had the best election coverage if you were interested in data
I mean it was stunning how good they were and I know I'm on there I'm going to be on Cuomo
tonight and I was on Leland Vitter at last night okay but they were so far ahead of everybody
news nation in their calling of the races and the reason wasn't that afraid all the others are
afraid to make a mistake and so news nation was way ahead and I found myself on election
Eve watching them more than any of the others so news nation says that GOP has the
house 219 to 210 six races remain on call five in California because
California doesn't want to count the votes.
They don't.
I don't know why, but the far-left cooks that run Sacramento don't want it.
This happens every single cycle.
And the government needs to step in and oversee directly.
California's vote, Arizona's vote, and Nevada's vote.
And I hope Trump orders that by, you know, FEC, Federal Election Commission,
It needs to send people into those states.
This is something wrong in all three of those states.
Okay, so now Trump's got the House, got the Senate, he's got the Oval Office.
Big opportunity.
Media madness.
Okay.
L.A. Times, listen to this.
L.A. County is the largest county in the United States.
Okay, Los Angeles, second largest city to New York City, but the county is the largest.
One newspaper, really, one, the L.A. Times. Orange County has got a newspaper, but it's not
that significant. Okay? So the L.A. Times. In the past five years, the Los Angeles Times
circulations dropped 73%. Whoa, 73%. So the owner, Patrick Sooner,
Jung is now firing everybody and reorganizing its entire editorial staff, because Patrick's
finally caught on that Angelinos don't like the paper because it's a far-left thing
that's unfair.
So he's going to try to balance it out.
Not going to work.
It's over.
Chris Wallace, leaving CNN.
The story has been misreported, all right?
So, as you know, I work with Wallace for many years at Fox.
He jumped over to CNN.
He got a good contract, but it wasn't eight and a half million.
That's what an agent puts out, you know.
I asked him, Chris is making about five, six, maybe,
which is a nice piece of change because he doesn't even have a daily show.
So his contract's up, and CNN goes, we're not going to renew.
It's not about Chris Wallace.
They're not going to renew anybody at a high number at CNN because nobody watches it.
So all of their anchors are going to take cut or not get a raise or get cut, not renewed.
And that's what happened to Wallace.
So he's out of there.
He says he's going to go to social media.
Okay, well, we'll see.
I invited him on this broadcast because he had a book out.
A few weeks ago, it came out, and it's not selling, nobody's buying a book.
But he didn't even reply to my email, Wallace.
Didn't hurt my feelings, but I go, hey, I'm trying to do your favor, pal.
You're your book's dying.
I'll try to get it into motion because it's a history book.
All right, this is what you want to do it.
That's what I would do it.
I wish Wallace the best.
His father was one of my heroes.
And, you know, I always had a decent relationship.
shit with Wallace.

Okay.
Now, here in New York City, there's social disorder everywhere.
And a once proud city has been reduced by far-left governship to a dangerous,
unseemly place. I know. I live 20 miles away from Times Square. I know exactly what's going on
there. In this subways where most working people get to and from work is danger. All right?
Because no bail laws mean you can punch somebody in the mouth, you can spit in their face,
you can kick them, you can swear at them, you can steal their wallet, and you can,
will not be held and probably not be charged with any crime. So the thugs are running wild.
On May 1st, 2023, there was an incident in the subway. There was a homeless man who was
screaming and threatening people. And a former Marine named Daniel Penny,
neutralized the man by placing him in a chokehole with two other subway riders.
The man's name is Jordan Neely, 30 years old. He died. He died in that confrontation.
Now, police did not initially even arrest Daniel Penny because it's investigation that cops
and people going, look, this guy was menacing us and Penny took him down, stopped it, and he died, you know,
and the penny people say it was an accident.
Cops didn't charge them, but then Bragg, the far-left DA of Manhattan,
made them charge them with manslaughter, criminally negligent homicide.
So the trial started on November 1st, and it is underway.
Joining us now is one of the best defense attorneys in New York City.
His name is Arthur Adalia.
He does a radio program locally here, Arthur Adelaire Power Hour.
I don't know what power Arthur has in the hour, but there's some power going on in that radio thing.
But he knows what he's doing.
All right.
So most people don't live in New York City, obviously.
We're broadcasting all over the world now.
The trial is in motion.
What are your impressions of what has happened so far?
First of all, Mr. O'Reilly, the reason why it's the power hour is because I've had Bill O'Reilly on the program more than once.
So I have the substance to back that up.
What's going on here, and for open disclosure, I know the two defense attorneys, Tom Keneff and Steve Reisand for a long time.
One of the lawyers of my firm is actually acting as a consultant.
So I know this case very well.
Basically, what took place initially was they, the NYPD said we're not charging him.
Alvin Bragg said, I at least have to put it in front of a grand jury and let the citizens of New York County.
So just Manhattan decide what we're going to charge him with.
They came back with a low count of murder.
It's manslaughter in the second degree and then criminally negligent homicide.
So not murder in the second degree or manslaughter in the first degree.
So you should know even if he gets convicted of the top count, this judge, Max Wiley, a former Manhattan ADA, can give him straight probation.
There is no mandatory jail sentence here.
There are seven women and five men on the jury, four people of color.
All of them ride the subway, some more than others.
And those are the people that, that's the jury who are going to decide the cases.
There's a lot of video here.
Some has to do with the police officer arriving on the scene and doing CPR.
Some is a young person, civilian, and one is from a journalist.
And it really comes down, Bill, to self-defense of another, of a third party.
There's no evidence that Penny himself was under attack.
The most crucial evidence in his favor is there are witnesses who say that he approached a mother with her child
and she kind of shielded the child behind the stroller.
And the words somewhere in there, and there's a witness that says they heard, kill you.
This is the guy who died.
He was threatening.
Okay.
There's a piece of video.
We're going to run it now.
It's a little disturbing that shows the Marine having this guy nearly in a chokehold.
And other people saying, okay, let him up.
He's going to die.
And he doesn't let him up.
He continues to keep him in the choke hole.
Is that very powerful?
powerful, in your opinion? Is that going to get a conviction?
I don't know what's going to get a conviction. I will tell you, his lawyer said in, I believe,
in opening statements, Tom Kenev said he wasn't exerting full force the whole time he was holding
on to him. Even though his hand was in that position, he was lightening it up, and then
nearly the deceased now kept, you know, fighting him. And so then he would tighten his grip.
Then he would loosen up and he kept fighting. At no point did he give up. There's two sides to the
story. Is there anybody on the subway witnessing this who is testifying against Daniel Penny
who was saying he was wrong? So far, don't forget, this trial is only in, I think, the second
week. It's got three more weeks to go. So far, no. It's just a matter of degree of how out of
control nearly was. There is a high school student, a female, who says she's rides the subway,
she sees this stuff all the time. She was terrified to the point where she was shaking like a leaf.
She's the one, I believe, takes a video from the platform when she runs off the plane of them still on the ground.
So there's no doubt he was out of control.
Do you want to make a prediction here based upon what the evidence is so far?
You want to do that?
I mean, it's up to you.
I would say the best outcome for the prosecutor is a hung jury, which means old 12 cannot decide that he is in fact guilty.
I think that they're going to say there'll be enough people to be like, look,
If I was on that train and someone's telling me and my kid, I'll kill you, I will kill.
And, you know, he was really erratic.
It wasn't like a quick thing.
It was moments that he was up there acting like a lunatic.
And it's kind of you want a hero.
And he acted as a hero.
The prosecutor said, but he went too far.
They even called him.
They said, we agree his intentions were good, but he overdid it and it rises to the level of
criminal.
But that's in the heat of the moment.
There are people making this a racial thing, as they always do.
Do you think that'll have any effect on the jury?
I don't, but here's what I question.
There are people outside and family members protesting.
Bill, where were these people when this guy was on the streets and he was homeless and he was mentally ill and he had no food?
Where were they then to help him?
Now that he's dead, now that they're standing up for him, they should have stood up for him when he really needed help.
There would be no trial right now.
All right.
I got to throw one other case at you, and I know you're obviously New York, and this is in Georgia, Lake and Riley, murdered allegedly by a Venezuelan undocumented migrant.
That migrant now, Jose Antonio Abara, 26 years old, has waived his right to a jury trial, and he wants a bench trial, where a judge would decide his fate.
why would this guy do that?
Why would his attorney sign off on that?
Well, there are a couple of reasons.
First of all, the defendant has the right to declare that.
Usually when you think you have a real case, so as a defendant, you think you have a real case,
but some of the facts or the media attention are so against you, you don't think a jury
could ever find you, or find your client, not guilty.
As a matter of fact, I'm not sure if you could seem it in the frame, but the one picture I have right behind me is the only bench trial I did.
It was the huge crane that fell in New York City, and my guy who was a rigor on the train on the crane would blame for seven homicides.
I knew he didn't do it.
But I was afraid a jury was going to get caught up in the emotion and the technicality.
And sure enough, he was found not guilty of all counts.
It is a very risky move for a defense attorney because now you have to, now the prosecutor only has to convince one.
person, not 12 person, of guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
There's no way on this planet that a Georgia judge, his name is Patrick Haggard, is going
to find this guy not guilty.
It's impossible.
So, look, sometimes, and I don't believe this is-
It'll never happen.
Never in a million years, not in Georgia, will not happen.
So my question is this.
You think there was a deal made with this judge?
that if he does a bench trial
then he'll get this kind of
a sentence, he won't be executed. Is that
possible? The reason
why I'm going to say no is because
that's not supposed to happen.
Okay, not supposed to happen. And realize
as it happened, it absolutely
has happened, especially in gun cases
and where you've kind of give a wink and a
nod and we're going to bang this out and it'll
all be over with. I can't see it happening
in a murder case. Okay.
Arthur Adalia, everyone, if you
do something really bad, Arthur, is the guy you're on call.
Thanks, Arthur. We appreciate it. We'll see you soon.
All right, smart life. One of my favorite segments, and I think you guys concur.
We're trying to help you out here every day.
So, centers for disease control.
Most of the Americans are now off the VACs and all of the pandemic stuff.
that took a hit, all right?
But it's still a very, very methodical agency, and I pay attention to it.
So it says that 16% of American adults now have diabetes, 16%.
4% under the age of 40, 12%, 40 to 59, 21% of adults 16 over have diabetes.
I mean you're going to die sooner than you should die.
24% of American obese adults have diabetes.
So that makes sense because it's sugar, high blood sugar.
That does it.
Now, I've been pounding on this for what?
Five years now, that you have to cut your sugar intake down.
And there are beverages.
I've showed you them.
All right?
I drink unsweetened iced tea, that kind of thing.
and there's kind of sparkling ice I drink,
that's a carbonated beverage, no sugar.
You can replace.
The soft drinks are killing you.
Diet drinks killing you.
Sweet and iced eats killing you.
Killing you.
So look at the label.
All right, then you got the cereals loaded with sugar,
got desserts, you got ice cream.
Your body can't take it.
Can't.
Now, when you're kidding, you're running around,
and you're this and yeah, yeah.
But once you become an adult and sedentary,
and earning a living unless you're out on the line, all right, you've got to cut it down,
or you're going to suffer, not just going to die. You're going to suffer. You know, take a shot
every day? You want the insulin? Is that what you want? So with millions and millions and millions
of people having diabetes, you don't hear anything from the federal or state government's that
cut your sugar down. You hear, don't smoke, don't chew tobacco, don't do that. That's all over the place.
not with sugar because the food companies are so powerful they shut that down enter
RFK junior dubious guy no doubt about it in my mind okay he according to
Donald Trump is gonna get involved with the federal efforts to improve the
nation's health target number one is sugar if RFK Jr. does that if he goes on a
campaign to alert everybody to the danger, I will change my opinion of him.
Marlon.
Stay in history, November 12, 1948.
Tojo, the horrible premiere of Japan during World War II, six other Japanese leaders, sentenced
to death by a war crimes tribunal.
they were hung about five weeks later, December 23rd, right before Christmas, there's no Christmas
in Japan, 1948, 64 years old, Tojo, boom. Why? Because the Japanese army under Tojo's command
killed about 14 million civilians throughout South Asia and Korea, 14 million.
It was unbelievable.
So we know all about the Nazis and the Nuremberg and they're off the charity.
Tojo was just as bad.
And it got no ink.
Now, the emperor of Japan, Hirohito, he didn't get charged because Douglas MacArthur,
who was the commander
of the Pacific Theater
didn't want a revolution
in Japan
and the Japanese at the time
felt that the emperor was a god.
Does he look like a god to you?
No.
So here he got away with it.
And that happened
76 years ago today
Tojo was condemned to death
and I don't believe in a death penalty
but I'm not sad
he got it.
Final thought
is a massive trend coming our way.
All right, here's a final thought of the day
in the Bill O'Reilly.com store.
As you talked about, our fastest moving items are not woke.
So we got, throw Holly to tear a dog up there,
because Holly now sleeps with the not woke covering,
which is really a T-shirt.
We got him in navy and white.
Then we got polos, and I'm going to model one of them when I get around to it, Navy and
White. And then we got mugs, not woke, we mentioned, and then bumper stickers. But here's
a thing that you probably don't know. If you want to know about Donald Trump, the best book
ever written on him, I say humbly, is the United States of Trump. No BS in this book.
If you buy it from us, you get a not-woke sticker free.
So remember the United States of Trump, big bestseller, number one, New York Times list.
People have forgotten it now.
So he's the next president.
Wouldn't you like to know about him as a human being and how he got to where he is and what kind of a guy he is?
That book will tell you.
The United States of Trump on Bill O'Reilly.com Christmas store, and you get the free.
sticker. Okay. That is it for us today. Very busy, busy time. We are going to have a real
interesting program tomorrow about all the appointments that Donald Trump is making, you know,
good and bad. I haven't seen any really bad ones, but I'm going to analyze them more for you.
Thank you for watching No Spin News tonight, and we'll see you then.
