Starting point is 00:00:00 Welcome to the No Spin News, Tuesday, December 10th, 2019. Fight for your freedom. All right, so the Democrats announced in the House impeachment articles. Ooh, who. Abuse of power, obstruction of justice. Obstruction of Congress, I should say. It's also obstruction of justice in this because this whole thing's a farce. And I don't say that, you know, a lot of the commentators that I listen to on the right, conservative commentators, they're coming at it from a purely ideological point of view that they're after Trump because Trump's not a liberal and he's governing in a way that is offensive to them and they don't like him and it's the Democrats who are evil and all of this. I see it a little bit differently,
Starting point is 00:00:48 a little bit more nuance here. So there's no doubt in my mind. And if you read the United States of Trump, I walk you right through it. I back up everything. that the ruling class, Nancy Pelosi, Schumer, Mitch McConnell, these people, been there forever. None of them wanted Donald Trump, even the Republicans. They don't want them. I want anybody else but him. Because he's not going to take orders from them. He's not impressed with them. He doesn't like them. And so it was deeply personal, the machine in Washington, the power brokers. Nobody wanted him. If you read the Wall Street Journal, which the editorial page, is pretty conservative.
Starting point is 00:01:36 So if you read some of their columnists like Peggy Noonan, hates him, hates Trump. Because these people live in this Washington society that you have to conduct yourself in a way that can form. to what they think a president should be, a senator, should be a congressperson, a pundit, whatever it may be. I was always an outsider in Washington, always. Never invited to the soirees. That didn't offend me. I didn't want to go to the soirees. But it was like, oh, this barbarian. O'Reilly's a big TV pundit. How could that happen? We need to have the other people, Jake Tapper, and these Washington people that we know, not him. Same thing. Exactly the same thing. So that being a fact, and it is, the effort to destroy Donald Trump cratered after Robert Mueller came back and said, none of the Trump people colluded
Starting point is 00:02:39 with Russia. That's it. All right. Boom. Establishment were nuts. And then they came up with this impeachment ruse. This phone called to Ukraine. This isn't impeachable. Even if Trump wanted dirt on Joe Biden, that's not impeachable. Every candidate wants dirt on every other candidate. And certainly, certainly, Vice President Biden acted inappropriately in Ukraine. Certainly. That's beyond any doubt. It's not impeachable, even if Trump did it for that reason. Trump says he didn't do it and there's no proof that his motivation was solely to get dirt on Biden, which is the abuse of power. They can't prove it. It didn't happen. so that anybody could say beyond a reasonable doubt Donald Trump abused his presidential power.
Starting point is 00:03:27 Obstruction of Congress is just a joke. If Trump chooses not to participate in a dog and pony show that was stacked unfairly against him, that's his right as an American. Not just a president. There were no charges large against Donald Trump. He's an American. So this is just bull. Total garbage. Bloomberg, I've been able to cover this story because we've had so much hells, but this is so outrageous, I can't even tell you. So Mike Bloomberg, former mayor of New York City,
Starting point is 00:04:48 He runs a news organization. All right, Bloomberg. You see it on TV. They have their own channel. They have their own wire service. So Bloomberg orders his people not to cover his presidential run or any of the other Democrats, but then says, but you can hammer Trump, which the Bloomberg organization does on a daily basis, all you want.
Starting point is 00:05:08 So Bloomberg shows up on CBS Morning Show and here's what happened. Go. I think it also goes without saying he's no fan of yours. He recently said, mini Mike Bloomberg has insisted. instructed his third-rate news organization, not to investigate him or any Democrat, but to go after President Trump only. What's your, well, you've got a nickname already. What's your response to what you said? Well, I don't know that I would accept the nickname. I think people have said to me, how can you investigate yourself? And I said, I don't think you can. But even your own news reporters have complained. They think it's
Starting point is 00:05:39 unfair that they're not allowed to investigate other Democratic candidates because they're bosses in the race. You just have to learn to live with some things. They get a paycheck, and it comes from the company and from the company that I started, not running at the moment, turned it over to somebody else to do that. But with your paycheck comes some restrictions and responsibilities. There you go. Thank you, Mike Bloomberg. I have been saying that for years, for years.
Starting point is 00:06:11 the corporate media, that's 90% of the national news flow, you better do what you are told to do. And if you do not, whether it's in New York Times, the Washington Post, CNN, Fox News, any of the networks, then your career is in jeopardy. They may not fire you outright, but you'll be exiled. You will not get good assignments. single one of them. Now, when I was at Fox News, I did not hear that the management intruded on the hard news operation or on the prime time commentators. Certainly didn't do it with me, even in the beginning when I wasn't powerful. I didn't hear about it. If it happened, it was quiet. But now, happens all the time. There are a few people who rise above, who are so prominent and their ratings are so good, you can't mess with them. But everybody else, it's Mike Bloomberg.
Starting point is 00:07:20 You get a paycheck, you do what you're told. That's corruption. Flat out, corruption. You are listening to a free excerpt from Bill O'Reilly.com's no-spin news. broadcast, where you can actually see me. We'll be right back after this message. We'll lead off with Dave Singley, Albany, New York, capital of the state. One confusing aspect of the impeachment procedure, I can't seem to clarify if the Judiciary Committee presents articles of impeachment to the floor of the House. What happens next? Floor, everybody votes in the House. Okay? That's number one, Dave. We'll assume it passes. It goes to the Senate for a trial. Senate can dismiss the charges, right off, not even bother, or they can have a show trial, try to embarrass a Democratic Party, which they would. All right, then they'll vote.
Starting point is 00:08:47 Two-thirds of the senators have to vote to convict for president to be removed. That is impossible. That will not happen in Donald Trump's case. All right, you got it? I'm all big on clarity here. That's what it is. Riverside, California, if the FISA applications were filled with so many errors and deceptions, don't Carter Page and Michael Flynn have due cause to have their convictions overturned. Carter Page was not charged or convicted of anything. All right? Michael Flynn was convicted because he admitted lying to FBI agents.
Starting point is 00:09:21 I think he'll get pardoned by President Trump, but he won't be over. He admitted it. Trent Lisey, Windsor, Colorado. I just completed my Christmas shopping from your website. I'm shocked on how much free stuff you gave me. I told you, Trent. Not only did I save $150, I also received eight three-month premium certificates
Starting point is 00:09:43 and nine impeached the media bumper stickers. Wow. And you can give them away stocking stuffers to everybody. All right. And concierge membership, and it's surging. And that's because you guys who are concierge members are recommending it to others. But you get all kinds of stuff.
Starting point is 00:10:01 And it's a great Christmas gift. Okay. Our store is packed with stuff. It says, doormats. We say Merry Christmas. Doormats running out. Probably last chance to get them.
Starting point is 00:10:15 See you tomorrow.
