Senate Democrats call for an investigation into President Trump's pandemic response. The director of the CDC explains his virus warning. 30% of Americans are just 30 days away from running out of money. Biden floats Michelle Obama as vice president. The NFL prepares a virtual draft for the first time in its history. Also, I had Joe Biden on how to beat the virus. But first, at least 10 Democratic senators now demanding an investigation into the White House's response to the global outbreak. Elizabeth Warren sending an official letter to the Department of Health and Human Services, claiming the president is putting American lives at risk. This, will go nowhere. The head of the CDC walking back his dire warning about a second wave of the contagion this coming fall, Director Robert Redfield, clarifying his previous comments,

saying the combination of the virus and the flu season could complicate detection and prevention later this year. With that is speculation, and speculation does us no good. New study from Wallet Hub says 30% of Americans are just a month away from going broke. An estimated 160 million people have less than 90 days before they ran out of money. More than 22 million jobs have been lost since the outbreak began in March. About 5 million Americans now file for unemployment each week. Joe Biden telling reporters he would pick Michelle Obama for vice president in a, quote, heartbeat. but top Obama advisor Valerie Jarrett says there is no chance the former first lady would take the job

and Ms. Jared is the closest person to the Obamas. The NFL launching a quote virtual draft as athletes and officials stay home to avoid the pandemic. The annual three-day event will be held online and you can see it on TV as 30 NFL teams, college players. The league will use an encrypted network designed by Microsoft. Wow. According to the former vice president's website and his statements, here is his plan. First, it will focus on the four seas, China, cover up, chaos, corporate favoritism. Mr. Biden said, quote, on April 17th, the uncomfortable truth is that this president left America exposed and vulnerable to this pandemic, unquote. but so did every single politician in America, including Mr. Biden. If you want to be fair, you have to acknowledge that, and we want to be fair. Mr. Biden wants free testing, elimination of all cost to treatment of the virus, development of a vaccine. Well, I believe everybody wants development of a vaccine, well, maybe not CNN, but everybody else.

Mr. Biden also wants to create at least 10 mobile testing facilities or drive-through screening operations in every state. Well, that sounds reasonable. Similar models are working in South Korea. On the economy, Joe Biden is calling for emergency paid leave for all workers impacted by the virus. That would be pretty much everyone in the USA. Passage of a stimulus bill focusing on small business. Well, we already have two of them, Joe. You might want to update the website on that. And expanding access to loans, which of course is already in motion.

Mr. Biden is open to big bailouts for major industries like airlines. Again, that's already happened, but they must commit to major regulations for a year like no stock buybacks. But also, and he doesn't have this in there, but Joe would be wise to say, hey, airlines, if you're going to get hundreds of millions of taxpayers' dollars, you've got to give cash refunds to people who couldn't fly during the pandemic. Now, here's where left-wing politics comes in. Joe Biden wants to forgive all student loans, mortgages, medical bills, depending on personal income that have anything to do with the pandemic.

A few days ago, the former vice president said, quote, as we prepare to reopen America, we have to remember what this crisis has taught us. the administration's failure to plan to prepare to honestly assess and communicate the threat to the nation led to catastrophic results. We cannot repeat those mistakes. People across America are stepping up to the plate, Mr. Biden went on. They want the answer to a simple question, what is the plan to safely reopen America so far? The Trump administration has not supplied an answer. Well, neither has Joe Biden. So let's get going, Mr. Vice President. Put it on your your website. Might have a hard time getting back. The USA is still imposing heavy restrictions with some states like Hawaii, requiring mandatory quarantines for all arrivals, including American citizens.
