Thank you, Bill. It is Tuesday, April 28, 26.
Here's what's happening today in America.
Royal Visit, changing the maps, fire Kimmel, and an especially stupid murderer.
It's all coming up, and Bill's going to be here with your message of the day.
But first, the king and queen of England made it to the White House yesterday afternoon,
posed for some photographs outside, then had a private tea together.
with the Trumps in the green room of the White House for an hour and 45 minutes.
The last time a British monarch paid a visit to the U.S. Capitol was Queen Elizabeth back in 2007.
Today is the big ceremonial event at the White House with 500 service men and women,
and King Charles will deliver a 20-minute speech to Congress.
Ron DeSantis, the governor of Florida, has released the proposed new congressional maps of Florida.
Republicans are going for four new states.
seats. In similar news, the Supreme Court of Virginia heard arguments about the constitutionality of
their vote that they had last week, which added four new Democrat seats. The main argument
is that a proposed constitutional amendment is supposed to pass the General Assembly,
then wait until there's a General Assembly election, and then that new General Assembly
has to vote on the same proposed amendment again, then it goes for a vote of the people. The Democrats
didn't do that. There's a couple other issues, too, but that's the big one. If the Supreme Court of
Virginia says that Virginia can change their maps and assuming Florida votes for their maps.
Then at the end of this redistricting war, Republicans will come up three seats ahead.
If the Supreme Court of Virginia says, no, you can't redraw the maps, Republicans will be of seven.
Melania Trump calling on ABC to fire Jimmy Kimmel.
After his joke, that's in quotation marks there, after his joke, he was in this bit, he was pretending like he was hosting the White House Correspondence dinner.
and he said, our first lady Melani is here.
Look at her so beautiful.
Mrs. Trump, you have a glow like an expected widow.
The first lady said, Kimmel's hateful and violent rhetoric is intended to divide our country.
His monologue about my family isn't comedy.
His words are corrosive and deepens the political sickness within America.
People like Kimmel shouldn't have the opportunity to enter our homes each evening to spread hate.
A man accused of killing two University of South Florida doctoral students asked
chat GPT about disposing of bodies three days before the victims were last seen alive.
Hissom Aburgarbia asked chat GPT, what happens if a human has a put in a black garbage bag

He later asked, can a VIN number on a car be changed?
His next question should be, what's it like to go to prison for a very long time?

Time now for the O'Reilly update,
message of the day.
On this Tuesday, the would-be assassin
of President Trump
will never see freedom again.
A 31-year-old teacher
from California
sacrifices his life for what?
Attempting to murder the leader of the country?
He never had a chance this loon.
He was up in a hotel room.
He had to pass by checkpoint
to get down to the ballroom where the president was with ordinance.
He was carrying a gun and some other stuff.
That would never happen.
So the guy has to be completely out of his mind.
And that always brings pain.
I don't care about the guy.
I don't want him out.
Okay.
But his family?
People who have to deal with him out in California?
It's crazy. Now, we've seen this stuff before, narrative wells, all the way back to Abraham Lincoln.
This is the third time somebody's tried to take President Trump's life.
It's really nobody's fault, but there are extenuating circumstances like hateful rhetoric, and we all know about that.
But loons are loons, and they're going to act out in destructive ways.
You see it every single day on the news.
So I'm glad no damage was done.
I don't want to ever hear about this guy again,
but I do feel sorry for his family.
I'm Bill O'Reilly.
I approve the message by writing it.

A bill, I dare any judge of Democrat to try to start the progress of the ballroom with this bulletproof windows, missile resistance steel columns, and drone-proof roofing.
Have the event been held there, lives never would have happened.
I think Debbie got lives wrong, but the incident on Saturday wouldn't have happened.
I'm predicting not ballroom now.
go ahead. Mitchell Keller, Lakemore, Illinois. Bill, happy to see you are okay. Thank you, Mitchell.
Not only another assassination attempt on Trump, but seeing the thousands of hatred comments
toward the president all over social media even after the attempt. I know. Stay away from those
people. It's the only advice I can give you. Stay away. DeWitt. Eventually you'll figure out
that political rhetoric and social media algorithms have exacerbated the problem by amplifying
the worst aspects of human nature.
The meantime, politicians will spew hate because the best way to make money and get elected.
I don't know if it's the best way, but it's certainly in certain areas works, and that's
disturbing.
Kurt, I don't understand it.
Why does Trump want to reschedule the dinner in 30 days?
because he doesn't want to show weakness, doesn't want to back down from a guy like that.
That's the reason, although I don't think it's going to happen.
Susan, I thought President Trump had an agreement with the tech companies to stop the one-sided news presentations.
You did?
Where did that come from, Susan?
There's a change of management at CBS, but there's no agreement.
I hope you didn't hear that on cable.
I'm being rough on cable, but they deserve it.
They really deserve it.
Sorry.

Now the O'Reilly update brings you something you might not know on this day in 1881 a teenage boy
escaped from jail in New Mexico by his 21st birthday you would become one
one of the most infamous outlaws in America. Here is the story of Billy the Kid. The exact
tales of Billy's birth are unknown, other than its real name, William Henry McCarty.
After losing both his parents at the age of 15, the kid turned to crime. He was first arrested
in 1875 for stealing a basket of laundry in New Mexico. Two days later,
Billy the kid escaped from prison by climbing up a chimney. He then fled to Arizona as an outlaw
and federal fugitive. His young age made Billy a national celebrity when the press got
hold of his story. For the next six years, the kid and his crew terrorized towns along the
western frontier, robbing, killing, stealing cattle.
His crimes earned him a $5,000 bounty.
He was eventually captured and convicted for killing a sheriff.
The kid was sentenced to hang for his crime.
But he then managed another jail break, murdering two deputies in the process.
His freedom did not last long.
Billy the kid was shot dead by a sheriff in Fort Sumner, New Mexico, in 1881.
He was just 21 years old.
Although his life was short, the gunslinger's legend grew after his death.
Today, Billy the Kid is synonymous with the Old West, alongside men like Wyatt Earp, Doc Holliday, Jesse James, and Wild Bill Hickok.
