Here's what's happening today in America. Trump indicted again, F-16s to Ukraine. This product is now officially banned in America,
Starting point is 00:00:22 and Lizzo has been accused of fat-shaming. That's all coming up. Then Bill will be here with your message of the day. Another indictment against Trump. If you're keeping track, this is his third, the Atlanta one still to come. No other president has ever faced any criminal charges, and the left keeps just piling them up against Trump. This one is about January 6th.
Starting point is 00:00:44 Trump charged with four counts, conspiracy to defraud the United States, conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, obstruction of an attempt to obstruct an official proceeding, and conspiracy against rights. The indictment says that Trump created widespread mistrust in an attempt to overturn the legitimate results of the 2020 election. Is that a crime to spread mistrust in an effort to try and make sure that the election was accurate? If guilty of these four charges, he could face 55 years in prison and the left is having a fever dream at the possibility that he could be held without bail in a D.C. jail until the trial. In Moscow, drone strikes hit another building. in Moscow City.
Starting point is 00:01:30 This is a part of the Moscow with the skyscrapers. And in further retaliation, the U.S. is still waiting for European officials to submit a final plan for training Ukrainian pilots to fly F-16 fighter jets. We are considering sending jets and also flight simulators
Starting point is 00:01:46 and training manuals. Incandescent light bulbs no longer allowed to be sold in America. A new Department of Energy rule. Well, it's actually an old rule, but it's now finally implemented. It's not even a law, says that light bulbs must emit a minimum of 45 lumens and incandescent light bulbs emit 15. They say the new LED lights are more energy efficient and will save consumers $3 billion on their utility bills.
Starting point is 00:02:13 What they don't calculate is how much these LEDs will cost people to buy. Have you seen how expensive LED lights are? The pop singer Lizzo has been sued by three of her former dancers for harassment and creating a hostile work environment, including forcing her dancers to do things to strippers while on tour and also fat shaming. Lizzo's accused of fat shaming. She's also been accused of discriminating against black members of her dance team with unequal pay and treatment. Remember, no one is woke enough.
Starting point is 00:02:48 No one, not even Lizzo, is safe. I'm Mike Slater from the podcast, Politics by Faith. The great Bill O'Reilly is here with your message of the day. Next. On this Wednesday, President Biden's on vacation, but it's hard to tell because his White House workload comprises about two hours daily. Right now, he's on the Delaware shore going all Jimmy Buffett on us. And while we're on a subject of wasting away in Margaritaville, Hunter's endless summer continues, despite the fact that a federal judge ordered him to get a job. So Hunter Biden is supposed to be hunting, so to speak.
Starting point is 00:04:04 His resume might look something like this. Yale grad law degree, consumer of narcotics, started international companies that were amazingly successful. The strategy was inspired. We do nothing but put my dad on the phone and you pay us military. Not yet a member of Grifters Anonymous, but might join, would like an opportunity to make a ton of money without really having to go to an office or have any deadlines. References include the estate of Al Capone, Jill Biden, and Merrick Garland. Can start immediately but need 10 weeks vacation just like my dad. Also can handle anything laptop-related.
Starting point is 00:04:53 especially Russian disinformation. Would prefer my compensation be in cash. My father would be grateful if you hire me, and you know what that means. Caprice Dittmar, Zanesville, Ohio. O'Reilly, you stated that Joe Biden did not impede the investigation into documents found in his garage.
Starting point is 00:05:40 I say we don't know that. All right, Caprice, but that's not the way it works. So there's no proof. at all that when alerted that he had classified information in his garage in other places, that Biden resisted giving it up. Now he shouldn't have had in the first place because vice presidents are not taking. That, of course, story is not told. But in our system, if you're accused of something, you don't have to disprove it. Okay? We, you're innocent until proven guilty. Nail Harrison, Arlington, Texas, you blame Joe Biden for inflation, but how do you
Starting point is 00:06:27 explain record corporate profits if he was strangling a private sector? I can't seem to square that circle. I don't know about any squares or circles, and I don't know about record corporate profits. I do not believe that's in play. Some industries, like oil, because Biden's regulations have strangled the American energy industry. Yeah. Okay, yeah. But others are not doing that well. Stock markets are very risky. June and July were good months of the stock market. When anything happens, watch out below.
Starting point is 00:07:03 Jack, I always like Trump as a president, despite his rhetoric. I do not like Trump as a candidate. As O'Reilly said, the Democrats want Donald Trump as a Republican nominee. Why? Because Trump can no longer win over independent voters. Back in Washington, questions surrounded his death. Many newspapers called his his demise, suspicious, intentional, even a homicide, said the president's personal physician, quote, we are accused of starving the president to death, of feeding him to death, of assisting in slowly poisoning him, we are accused of being ignorant, stupid, and incompetent, unquote. In 1930, a former Harding official claimed the first lady intentionally poisoned the president
Starting point is 00:09:47 for fathering an illegitimate daughter. Others believe widespread corruption prompted members of the military to take lethal action against Harding. All of these, of course, unproven theories. And here's something else you might not know. To this day, the cause of Warren Harding's death is listed as heart failure, but his body has never been examined. So the mystery surrounding the demise of America's 29th president,
