But first, the New York Court of Appeals throughout the almost half a billion dollar fraud penalty. This is the Tish-Jane. civil fraud penalty. The five-judge panel found the punishment to be excessive. Back when this

amount was first announced, Tish James, the Attorney General of New York, wrote just on Twitter, this is all she wrote, 464,000, $576,230.62. Donald Trump Jr. just wrote back, I believe you mean zero dollars. The panel wrote the court's disgorgement order, which directs that defendants pay nearly half a billion dollars to the state of New York, is an excessive that violates the Eighth Amendment of the United States Constitution. That is the part that has cruel and unusual punishment in there.

Amazing. Many articles have been written lately. New York Times included about the administration planning to attack inside Mexico against the cartels. General Gio, he is the commander

of Northcom, said in February that transnational criminal organizations based in Mexico continue to threaten U.S. sovereignty and territorial integrity through the production and trafficking of fentanyl and other illicit drugs

and the facilitation of unlawful mass migration towards the U.S. southern border. That's an important statement because Mexico, of course, is going to say, oh, our sovereignty, our sovereignty. And there's our commander of Northcom saying, you don't have that anymore. Marco Rubio, our secretary of state,

just two weeks ago, said we have to start treating them the cartels as armed terrorist organizations, not simply drug-dealing organizations. Similar news, the Trump administration says that they are on pace to deport 400,000 illegal aliens this year. Right now, they're averaging 1,500 deportations a day, 180,000 total so far. But this will be short, even at this pace of the 1 million in the first year that they said they wanted. That's at least forced

deportations. Self-deportations are another story. The restaurant Cracker Barrel is in a bit of a pickle. They've gone through a big corporate rebrand, and the CEO is getting just destroyed 48 years. The logo has been exactly as you're imagining in your mind right now. And it has been replaced with just corporate, bland slop with no barrel and no Uncle Herschel, even the inside of the restaurants. A restaurant that used to harken back to the old southern general store, nostalgia, real wood, giant fireplace. Now corporate, bland, sterile, and cold. and likes to demean white men. I think that's an accurate description. However, Joy's point of view did not much please NBC, which let her go. This week, Ms. Reed, secured a headline by calling President Trump and Elvis Presley mediocre white men who contributed nothing to the country. These people said Joy Reed cannot create culture on their own. without black people, brown people, the DEI's, there is no culture in America, unquote. Wow.

What would Stephen Spielberg say about Stephen Sondheim? Little Stephen Van Zand. Instead of providing a spotlight on black achievements in the arts, Ms. Reed is compelled to denigrate Caucasians. Makes no sense to me. Apparently, she did not see Elvis's superb performance in V-Evales. of Las Vegas. Come on, Joy. I know it's not superfly, but it's excellent. Mr. Riley, I understand your point regarding President Trump laying out consequence of Putin's failure to stop bombing. But when the president blusters about consequences, Putin does not agree to a ceasefire, and there are no consequences, then Mr. Trump looks weak. Okay, I see the point. But in this extraordinary case, I'm giving them some slack. But it has to happen soon. Rich Frank, Belvedere, Illinois, I was just wondering if Putin invaded Alaska, would President Trump be willing to give up part of that state to the Russians? And come on.

Let me stop you right there, Jeffrey. I never said that. What I said was, I hope China helps the USA by telling Putin to not. knock it off. He'll be careful. All right. Jeffrey goes on to say, I think you're right, as you said on Leland-Vittered, that if China stops the support for Putin, he's finished.

I think world leaders that met at the White House today did so to formulate it an economic plan to deal with Putin. Look, it's Trump. But Trump, if he can convince China to help him, huge. Huge. Anthony, just as you predicted bill, the corporate media is being destroyed within, as Trump derangement syndrome always does. Absolutely, no question about it.

James, when a big story breaks, I turn to watch CNN for a little bit.
