Palin sued that paper after the Times publicly accused her of, quote, political incitement that led to the 2011 shooting of Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords in Arizona, a situation similar to what Donald Trump is experiencing right now. Bad news for Joe Biden in New Hampshire, recent polling from the key primary state showing Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren making major gains since the second Democratic debate. New survey from the Boston Globe says the progressive candidates each gained five points, now trailing the former vice president by single digits, but early polling is notoriously unreliable. Pop musician Pink's crew and manager miraculously

All 10 passengers, however, escaped without injury and are, well, in the Pink. Ahead, the message on possible FBI corruption. Right back with it. You may remember FBI agent Peter Strach. He was fired by the Department of Justice. After text between him and his mistress, another FBI employee, surfaced showing that both of them despised Donald Trump. even while Strzuck was investigating the Trump administration and campaign for alleged collusion with the Russians. That was a huge story. Well, the FBI was roundly embarrassed by these texts,
Starting point is 00:04:40 which showed that Peter Strzok and the woman wanted Donald Trump to lose the election. So obviously, you can't have a conflict of interest like that. A federal agent investigating a possible crime against the politician when the agent wants the politician to lose an election. Peter Strzuck was also hired by Robert Mueller, who immediately fired him when the text emerged. Now, in his complaint, Peter Strzuck argues that the content of his text messages with the woman constituted political speech, which is protected by the first Amendment. Quote, the concerted public campaign to disparage and ultimately fire special agent struck was enabled by the defendant's deliberate and unlawful disclosure to the media of text,
Starting point is 00:05:37 intended to be private from an FBI system of records in violation of the Privacy Act. The complaint reads, well, yeah, there was publicity about this situation because the FBI was very afraid the whole system of justice would collapse if they didn't make the struck text public. Now, the lawsuit goes on to say President Trump pressured the FBI to fire struck. Okay. Now, the former agent is seeking reinstatement, back pay, front pay, and a written declaration that the feds violated his rights. Well, this isn't going to happen.
Starting point is 00:06:22 Strzok is in major trouble. Upcoming in September is the Justice Department report by Inspector General Michael Horowitz on the entire FBI investigation into the so-called Russian collusion allegation. I expect Mr. Horowitz to just excoriate Peter Strach. And then there's U.S. Attorney John Durham, who has been appointed by Attorney General Barr, to look at the FBI and to find out if they, the agents themselves, broke any laws. Durham is a tough guy. So what's happening here is that Peter Strzok and his attorneys know there is big danger ahead.
Starting point is 00:07:05 And they're getting out in front of it by filing a lawsuit against the government demanding all kinds of compensation and apologies. This is called legal maneuvering. In the end, Peter Strzuck embarrassed the FBI. He was unprofessional. You don't collaborate with another FBI person saying you want a political candidate to lose while investigating that candidate. That is outrageous. expect Peter Strzok's lawsuit to lose. For more news and commentary, please head on over to Bill O'Reilly.com, where you can actually see me.

If you look in the beverage section of your supermarket, you will notice a wealth of choices when it comes to bottled water. The labels promise purity, clear springs, trickling through an evergreen
Starting point is 00:09:18 forest, snow-capped Himalayan peaks, exotic flowers from the tropics. Well, the marketing seems to be working. According to the International Bottled Water Association, water is now the number one beverage product in the USA. In 2017, Americans drank more than 13.5 billion gallons of bottle water, with the average American drinking 42 gallons a year. Total sales of bottled H2O, 18 and a half billion dollars. Clearly a very lucrative business, but here's something you might not know. According to data from the beverage marketing corporation, nearly six 64% of the bottle of water sold in America comes from, ready, municipal water supplies. In other words, when you pay for that bottle of water, you're more likely drinking tap water.
Starting point is 00:10:20 In 2004, soft drink giant Coca-Cola admitted that its Desani brand was locally sourced tap water. Pepsi made a similar admission about its brand Aquafina. in 2007. But surely that purified tap water is safer and purer than the stuff from our faucets, right? Well, maybe not. The truth is that the federal government requires more rigorous safety monitoring of municipal tap water than it does bottled beverages. One thing we do know for sure is that Desani and Aquafina have a far greater environmental impact than the tap. According to a study recently, producing and transporting plastic containers uses up to 2,000 times more energy than producing and distributing tap water. Ultimately, of course, the choice is yours,
Starting point is 00:11:15 but buyer beware if you are buying a bottle of water for a dollar or more at a local store, remember, you can probably quench that thirst from your faucet, free of charge.
