Starting point is 00:00:29 Not Guilty. found in Altoona. Ernst comes around and Moore's law continues. That's all coming up. Then Bill's going to be here with your message today. But first, Daniel Penny has been found not guilty by a jury of his peers in Manhattan. The Marine veteran found not guilty of criminally negligent homicide in the chokehold death of Jordan Neely back in 2023. He was facing 15 years in prison. Jurors deliberated for 20 hours found him not guilty. Jordan Ely's father, who left his mother when Jordan was two, has filed. a wrongful death suit against Daniel Penny.
Starting point is 00:01:03 A person of interest was taken in for questioning by police in Altoona, Pennsylvania. The NYPD police commissioner said that a 26-year-old was arrested on firearms charges for now. It was reported he was traveling through Altoona on a Greyhound bus and walked into a McDonald's to eat. Officers arrived and found he had a ghost gun capable of firing a 9mm round and a suppressor and multiple fake IDs in the U.S. passport, a classmate of his at the Ivy League University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, said in college he was a, quote, totally normal guy. Joni Ernst, the senator from Iowa, last week caused a bit of drama when she would not say whether or not she was going to support Pete Hegseth for Secretary of.
Starting point is 00:01:45 But after meeting in person with Pete for at least the second time that we know of, she said that she will support him. Quote, following our encouraging conversations, Pete committed to completing a full audit the Pentagon and selecting a senior official who will uphold the roles and values of our servicemen and women based on quality and standards, not quotas, and who will prioritize and strengthen my work to prevent sexual assault within the ranks. She said, as I support Pete through this process, I look forward to a fair hearing based on truth, not anonymous sources. For a little more encouragement, Tom Cotton, who will be the next Senate's third highest ranking Republican,
Starting point is 00:02:20 said, I expect our Republican Senate is going to confirm all of President Trump's nominees. Google has unveiled a new quantum computing chip. All right, so how fast is this thing? In 2019, Google created a new computer chip that could do a mathematical equation in three minutes that took at the time the previous fastest IBM supercomputer 10,000 years to complete. This new computer chip can complete in five minutes with the previous most powerful computer chip could complete in 10 septillion years. That's 25 zeros. The great Bill O'Reilly smarter than all these supercomputers combined

On this Tuesday, as the nation prepares for Christmas,
Starting point is 00:04:18 It's worth noting that the goodwill toward men thing is fraying. First, the masculine noun is obsolete. It's now ladies, gentlemen, transers, binaries, on and on, exhausting. Then there's money. Not much cash for the good fellows. Uh-oh. More noun problems. The point I'm trying to make is that hate sells.
Starting point is 00:04:45 Benevolence, not so much. Billions of dollars aid the jihadists to this day. Their mandate is executing infidels. The brutal drug cartels make billions peddling poison and murdering people trying to stop them. The bad folks, industry is thriving. Vladimir Putin is one of the wealthiest guys in the world. Did you know that? He uses his dictatorial powers to shake down every industry in Russia. Get in his way, Sayonara, baby. Putin's contempt for human life is staggering, but also enriching. Here in America, the hate groups have been largely marginalized. The Nazis, anarchists, other destructive movements not acceptable. But media hatred has
Starting point is 00:05:34 become commercialized. We all know the hate pushers, some of them make millions. Christmas honors the birth of Jesus who was executed by haters. The Nazareth, was clear. Love your neighbor as yourself. No place for hate in that scenario. I'm Bill O'Reilly. I approve the message by writing it. You can reach me. Bill at bill o'Reilly.com. Bill at bill o'Reilly.com. Name in town if you wish to opine. Well, let's go to the mail. Hey, Bill, you said Biden added $8 trillion in national debt, biggest spending president ever. But didn't Trump spend a similar amount? no okay here is the number congressional budget office donald trump added 7.2 trillion to the budget that includes the vaccine warp speed remember that so it's 7-2 but the vaccine's a
Starting point is 00:06:32 big chunk of that Biden no vaccine nine trillion nobody else came close to Biden All right, this is Darren Norton, Dublin, Ireland, great town. Hey, Bill, enjoy watching you on YouTube. Just wondering what your thoughts on President Trump in the terms of U.S. companies taking their profits abroad. Ireland will be very hurt if that changes. Trump wants the companies come back here. It's not why American companies overseas.
Starting point is 00:07:10 Now, I don't think he's going to do anything. legislatively on it, as long as the American company's paying their taxes here, in addition to Ireland. But it's a good question. And my bottom line answer is I don't know yet. Sarah Boyce, quote New York. I had to smile, Mr. O'Reilly, when you noted Europeans are clueless about how we live in the USA. I agree. But I'm in touch with cousins in Ireland, often.
Starting point is 00:07:39 And I'm shocked to hear that they can't say anything positive. about Trump, or they will be disparaged. That's because the left-wing press dominates Ireland and every other European country, except for Hungary. In a moment, something you might not know. Hey, it's Sean Spicer from the Sean Spicer Show podcast, reminding you to tune into my show every day to get your daily dose inside the world of politics. Seven years ago today, the Trump administration confirmed the defeat of ISIS forces in Iraq and Syria. The announcement ended an 18-month campaign to eradicate the terror network.
Starting point is 00:08:50 Here is the story. The Islamic State of Iraq and Syria or ISIS was founded in 2013 as a splinter cell from al-Qaeda, the organization founded by Osama bin Laden. The network launched a campaign of terror, suicide bombings, mass shootings to gain territory. One year later, the self-declared Islamic caliphate ruled over 40% of Syria, 20% of Iraq, controlling a population of 12 million people. At its height, ISIS had 30,000 fighters. They often release videos highlighting their atrocities, footage showing the execution of orange-clad prisoners by drowning or decapitation. The organization then went global. In November 2015, ISIS attacked a theater in Central Paris. killing 131 people, the deadliest day in France since World War II.
Starting point is 00:09:48 ISIS hit targets in Russia, Australia, Denmark, Kenya, India. In 2016, a lone gunman swore allegiance to the Islamic State before shooting patrons at a nightclub in Florida, killing 49 Americans. After defeating Hillary Clinton, Donald Trump vowed to a limit. ISIS. He authorized the use of drones to attack targets in Syria and Iraq. On December 10th, 2017, the White House announced victory over the network. Two years later, Donald Trump confirmed the killing of its leader Abu Bakar al-Baghdadi, said the president, quote, last night, the United States brought the world's number one terrorist leader to justice. Baghdadi is dead.
Starting point is 00:10:37 He died after running into a dead-end tunnel, whimpering and crying and screaming all the way, unquote. He also brought his young son as a shield who was killed with him.
