Bill O'Reilly here. Wednesday, February 12th, 2020. You are listening to the O'Reilly Update. Here's what's
happening today in America. Bernie Sanders wins the New Hampshire primary vote, but it's close.
Americans rank climate change the least important priority when picking a candidate.
Actor Jesse Smollett facing new charges related to his alleged hate crime hoax. A recent study shows
Americans not only sleeping less, but having more nightmares. Also, I had my analysis of the
New Hampshire vote. It's different than most other pundits. But first, the tally. Senator Bernie
Sanders won. About 26 percent supported him. P. Buttigieg, 24, Amy Klobuchar, 20.
Elizabeth Warren, just nine. Joe Biden, eight and a half a disaster.
Andrew Yang dropping out of the race telling everybody, I'm a math guy. It's clear from the numbers. We're not going to win. More on the New Hampshire vote coming up.
Americans ranking climate change to the least important issue when picking a presidential candidate. U.S. adults placing global warming at the bottom when asked to list problems facing the USA. The top three include the economy, health care costs, and national security.
U.S. household debt rising in the first few weeks of 2020 up, $600 billion in one quarter alone.
American families now owe more than $14 trillion with a T dollars.
We're talking about mortgage loans, living expenses, credit card debt, those kinds of things.

star on six counts of disorderly conduct and lying to police. Smolett claims he was assaulted by two
Trump supporters in downtown Chicago last winter. He was arrested, but Chicago authorities booted
the entire case, now another try. New study from Amerisleafes finds not only are Americans sleeping
less, or also having more nightmares. The average U.S. adult has 14.
nightmares every year, up double digits in the last decade. Our biggest bedtime phobias include
falling, being chased, and waking up late. Doctors blame America's poor sleep habits on
those personal devices. 80% of all-American adults snooze within arm's reach of smartphones.
In a moment, the vote in New Hampshire, it's not what you think. Right back.
You have trusted me for years to give it to you straight, no spin, and look out for you.
So please take my advice today. Start preparing. While the media is busy distracting you,
there are real threats to our health and safety that few talk about. Economic turmoil,
quarantines, civil unrest can happen often in the blink of an eye. You either have a plan
or risk being with the panicked masses staring at empty shelves.

Time now for the O'Reilly Update. Message of the day, what happened last night in New Hampshire.
Joe Biden got hammered. Eight percent of the vote. No delegates. He bolted from the
Granite State down to South Carolina because it was so bad. Senator Amy Klobuchar from Minnesota
took Biden's votes. She came in third, a nice showing for her because expectations have not
been hot. Senator Bernie Sanders was first. He got 80,000 fewer votes, however, than he did in 2016
when he trounced Hillary Clinton. Not a great showing for the socialist. He won nine delegates.
Mayor Pete came in second, also winning nine delegates. You need about 2,000 delegates to win
the Democratic nomination. Summing up, New Hampshire was all about Joe Biden, but the press
will not tell you that. Today, they are celebrating Senator Sanders. But if you really analyze
his performance in Iowa and New Hampshire, his support is weakening. Now,
that may be because there are more people in the race than four years ago when he just had
to face Hillary Clinton. However, Elizabeth Warren has collapsed. And even if you take her votes
in New Hampshire yesterday and combine them with Sanders, he doesn't come close to getting what he got
in 2016. So what does that tell you? It tells you that socialism is not not going to be victorious
in 2020. Write that down. Now let's get to the big story, which is Joe Biden. Why has he
collapsed? He has name recognition, eight years of being vice president. Biden should be way
out in front. And there are two reasons why he is not. First of all, he does not have a message.
Think about it. What is Joe Biden telling Americans that he's
will do if they elect him to the Oval Office. What? I don't know. And I'm being paid to follow these people.
So there's no central message, no reason for people to rally to Biden's cause. The second problem
for the former vice president is that he can't get a sentence out of his mouth. It's all,
in fact, here's the deal. Hey, say something clearly. But Joe Biden knows that he got hurt more in the
impeachment fiasco than Donald Trump did. That's because very few people knew what Biden did in
Ukraine, and that his son reaped millions of dollars from that country while Mr. Biden was
vice president. The public did not know that. Now it does, and Joe Biden cannot explain it.
So maybe it's good he can't get a sentence out. All in all, Biden is not dead, but it's close.
I'm Bill O'Reilly and I approve that message by actually writing it. For more news analysis,

When asked by Smith-Ssonian magazine, it picked the best inventions of the 20th century,
Americans rank the air conditioner near the top. On average, U.S. households spend $20 billion a year
cooling our homes. About 90% of us have at least one AC unit. But in places like Africa,
Asia, Latin America, where it can get very hot, only 8% of the population has AC.
Some folks live in sweltering temperatures all year round.
Here are some of the hottest spots on earth in which to live.
The Australian mining town of Cooper Petey has an average temperature of 120 degrees,
requiring 80% of the residents to live underground.
The village has subterranean bars, restaurants,
and recreation for the area's 2,000 residents. Town also has an underground holiday inn
for tourists. I know I'm going to book that. Next, the Lute Desert in Iran. A few thousand
folks live in 30 villages where surface temperatures can hit 160 degrees. Temperatures so hot,
even bacteria can't survive. Over to Kuwait City where you won't find workers outside in the
afternoon, it's illegal. With daily temperatures often breaking 120, heat stroke is a serious concern.
Businesses can be fined or even shut down for exposing employees to intense heat between noon and
4 p.m. The hottest place on the planet is right here in the USA. Death Valley, California.
Summer temperatures in the town of Furness Creek, 135 degrees. The experience. The experience.
stream heat is a result of the town's elevation, 200 feet below sea level, with an annual
rainfall less than two inches. And here's something you might not know. Despite the town's
tiny population of just 24 folks, Furnace Creek hosts an annual golf tournament called the
heat stroke open. It's in the record books as the warmest sporting event on planet Earth.
