Bill O'Reilly here.
You are listening to the O'Reilly update.
Coming up next, the news with Mike Slater.
Thank you, Bill.
It is a groggy Monday, February 12th, 2024.
Here's what's happening today in America.
It's groggy because of the game last night.
Also, Biden is old, Chicago evictions, and a ticket is how much?
It's all coming up.
Then Bill's going to be here with your message of the day.
But first, what a game.
The Chiefs won for a second.
year in a row. No team has ever won three in a row. They're the first in 19 years to win
back-to-back Super Bowls, three in the last five. Andy Reid has three Super Bowls tied for third
all time with two other coaches, only Chuck Knoll with four and Belichick with six. Mahomes was
the MVP, who is 15 and three in his playoff career. What? It was the seventh longest game
in all of NFL history, just a couple seconds shy of ending the fifth quarter, and only the second
to Super Bowl to ever go into overtime.
My mom's one rule
for the Slater boys is you can do
whatever you want with your life. You are just
not allowed to be a
field goal kicker. That
rule was proven true again, but the Chiefs kicker
did hit a 57-yarder. The commercials
were $7 million for
30 seconds. The Google
and Amazon ads, they felt long. They were
$17 million each.
Before the game, 25%
of people said they wanted the Chiefs to win.
22% said they wanted the Niners and the
remaining 53% said, I don't care.
So if they don't care people, they were happy for sure because it was such a good game.
After Biden's disaster of a press conference, the new poll found that 86% of Americans think
that Biden's too old to serve another term. 86%.
Ouch, 62% think that Trump is too old to run.
Biden's 81, Trump is 77, but this is what the media is going to do.
They're going to combine the two.
They're like, oh, well, Joe's too old, but so is Trump.
But if you talk to anyone who spent some time with Trump lately, they'll tell you.
he's as sharp as ever. In Chicago, they're set to have some mass evictions from the city-run
illegal immigrant shelters. 13,000 illegal immigrants about to be pushed out on the street,
including a 30-year-old mother of three from Venezuela. She said, I don't have a job. My husband
doesn't have a job. I don't know anyone here. How am I going to pay rent? These 13 illegal
immigrants are in 28 shelters across the city. There's now a 60-day limit for people staying in
these shelters. The first wave of evictions are set to come in March. The world's nicest train,
the Venice Simplen Orient Express, from Peri to Portofino, Italy. It's quite luxurious on the
inside. The food is all from a Michelin-starred chef. The price tag for this three-night trip,
$8,500 per person, one way. I'm Mike Slater, the great Bill O'Reilly. That's your

Time now for the O'Reilly Update, message of the day.
On this Monday, tomorrow, the 3rd Congressional District of New York, where I live, votes for a new Congressperson.
So this is the George Santos district.
I have never seen George Santos in person, never met him.
I voted for him, if you can believe it, because I didn't know he was a grifter, and I should have known.
It's my job to keep track of these politicians.
But I did not do my job back when Santos was elected, less than to.
years ago because I assumed he was vetted by the Republican Party of New York.
But he wasn't.
And then he gets in there, and then it's a catastrophe, and then he's charged with crimes,
and he's booted out.
All right.
So now we have a Democrat, Tom Swazzy, who I know, and I've known for years, honest man,
but he is a party guy.
He is a Biden guy.
against a newcomer, Mazi Philippe, an immigrant from Israel, who's fairly conservative.
The race is tight, and it's important for every American because if Mr. Swazi wins,
then the House majority, the Republican majority, shrinks to about, I think, four.
Now, there'll be a new election, of course, in November, but this is vital.
I'll have more.
I'm Bill O'Reilly.
I approve the message by writing it.

Now the O'Reilly update brings you something you might not know.
Voters are ranking immigration, one of the most important issues of the 2024 election.
While the current crisis involves migrants breaching the border, a record number of people
are also leaving the USA. According to the State Department, there are now 10 million American
citizens living overseas. Here is where you will find them. France and Germany each have an
expat community of about 100,000 Americans. The population is closely linked to the U.S. military.
Same with South Korea, home to 150,000 service members and their families. 200,000 Yanks live in the
United Kingdom. There are 13 Air Force bases in the U.K. The surrounding towns catered,
to the Colonials, with brands like Uncle Sam's hamburgers, Dunkin' Donuts, even a national
bowling chain called Liberty Lanes.
300,000 Americans have migrated to Israel. Since 1950, any Jewish person in the world has a right
of return and full Israeli citizenship. Jerusalem will even pay for your flight. The countries
where you can find the most Americans are in North America. One million expats live in Canada,
1.6 in Mexico. Both destinations have become less popular in recent years as folks flee high taxes
and cartel violence down south. And here's something else you might not know. If you're
looking for an inexpensive place to retire, consider Latin America. Costa Rica, the fastest growing
destination for Americans moving abroad. The country boasts universal health care, reasonable taxation,
abundant natural beauty. A two-bedroom apartment on the ocean costs about 200,000 American dollars.
The nation's health care system is open to foreign nationals for 95 bucks a month. Life
Expectancy in Costa Rica, four years higher than in the USA.
There are now 100,000 Americans living there, a 200% increase since 2005.
Back after this.
