Bill O'Reilly here. Thursday, February 13th, 2020. You are listening to the O'Reilly update.
Here's what's happening across our nation. Mike Bloomberg is spending $1 million a day on Facebook ads.
Federal Reserve warning Congress about the growing deficit. One in three adults run out of cash before their next paycheck. New survey ranks America's healthiest cities. Disneyland ticket prices.
Really high. Also ahead, how some in the press are deceiving you. But first, Mike Bloomberg spending more than a million dollars on Facebook ads, and that's every day. That outpaces the Trump campaign five to one. Mayor Mike has already gone through 200 million bucks since joining the presidential campaign. Americans may get their first real look at Bloomberg on February 19th.
He's just two points shy of qualifying for that Democrat debate.
Federal Reserve Chief Jerome Powell telling Congress to reduce the deficit or face a major financial crisis.
Powell's warning follows the release of President Trump's latest budget, a plan to balance government spending in 15 years.
The national debt now stands at $23 trillion, a danger to the economy to be.
sure. New survey shows one and three Americans run out of money before payday, and it's not just
those earning a low income. More than 31% of people with a six-figure salary say they routinely
wait on their next paycheck to cover the bills. That number rises to 45% for those earning less
than $50,000 a year, another dangerous economic situation. New survey revealing America's
healthiest cities. According to Wallet Hub, the fittest place in the USA is San Francisco.
City by the Bay is the highest percentage of folks working out on a daily basis. Next, Seattle,
followed by San Diego and Portland, Oregon. The least healthy town in America? Brownsville,
Texas. Disneyland, hiking ticket prices for high demand days. Daily admission to the park can now cost
nearly $200 a person.
The price for parking remains unchanged to $25.
All in, a single day out at Disneyland can cost a family of four more than $1,000.
Talk about Goofy.
In a moment, how you are being deceived by the press.

today. Time now for the O'Reilly Update message of the day. Media deception. Many Americans now
realize the national press is deceiving them, generally speaking. Most of the dishonesty is political.
Various news agencies rooting against President Trump and for liberal candidates and that ideology.
Here's a perfect example. Earlier this week, a Bernie Sanders.
Sanders supporter found an audio tape from 2015 where Michael Bloomberg was explaining why he endorsed a
police policy called Stop and Frisk while he was mayor of New York City.
Bloomberg said that young black males were a crime problem and should be searched to prevent
guns from arriving on the streets. The former mayor even used the words,
throw them up against a wall. Obviously, that tape will hurt Michael Bloomberg's chances to
become president. So many media vehicles distorted the situation. The headline in the Wall
Street Journal said, quote, Bloomberg reiterates policing
regrets, unquote. Yes, the mayor did do that, but that's not the story that broke this week.
The audio is. The journal dishonestly spun the situation in their headline to help Michael
Bloomberg. Now, that happens all the time. The editors know what they're doing. These days,
reporters are even told what conclusion to come back with when they go out to cover a story.
And if they don't do what they are told, those reporters do not get good assignments.
And even if they report honestly, the editors put a headline up that isn't accurate.
On television, we see the same things. Pundance on MSNBC and CNN, for example,
example, almost always take an anti-Trump position. You very rarely see any deviation from that.
They do have a token Trump person, but he or she is outnumbered six or seven to one.
Then on the other side, the Fox News Channel, not as blatant ideologically as CNN and MSNBC, but
they stack it up in favor of Donald Trump. So you, the news consumer, can choose hate Trump or love
Trump. But either way, you're not getting the truth. You're getting a preconceived point of
view designed to make money. In the newspaper industry, which is going south fast, it's even
worse. You simply are being lied to. Again, if you read the New York Times or the Washington Post,
the two most powerful newspapers in the country, you will not find objective reporting on Donald
Trump. The president is the devil. He must be removed at all costs. One final example. In New
Hampshire, Donald Trump got 125,000 votes running pretty much unopposed. Did you hear that story?
story? I didn't. I'm Bill O'Reilly and I approve that message by actually writing it. For more

Now the O'Reilly Update brings me something you might not know. Valentine's Day is tomorrow.
More than 50% of all Americans will celebrate with cards, candy, romantic dinners, even lavish
vacations. And it's not just the adults. More than 90% of public schools,
across the USA mark the occasion, but they leave out Saint Valentine, because secular society
does not like saints. While the holiday is commonly associated with chocolate roses and
Cupid, the origin of St. Valentine's Day actually goes back centuries. It was originally an
ancient Roman fertility ritual. The event was called the celebration of the wolf, a
day in early spring when young women would be paired off with men by a random lottery. Oh no,
in the 5th century, the Pope would replace the pagan festival with a day honoring St. Valentine,
an Italian bishop who secretly married couples to spare the husbands from going off to war.
Nice guy, right? The church ultimately settled on February 14th to coincide with the beginning of
bird mating season in Europe or something. The first Valentine's Day card dates all the way back
to the 1500s, featuring the Roman god of love Cupid. The stationery is sometimes on display at the
Louvre Museum in Paris. Fast forward a few centuries and the modern holiday translates to big
business, of course. Following Christmas, Valentine's Day is the biggest spending occasion
in America. The average adult shells out $200 in just 24 hours, generating more than 20 billion
in sales. Most popular gift, candy. Consumers spend $3 billion on sweets. Next, flowers. 40% of
Americans will stop at the local shop this week, purchasing more than $2.5 billion.
worth of roses. If you're thinking about saving some cash, don't. Recent studies show more than
half of Americans say they'll consider leaving their partner if they don't get a nice gift on
Valentine's Day. Pressure. Back after this. Deborah's home was stolen. I don't mean thieves stole

Deborah says, quote, criminals found the title to our home online and filed fraudulent documents
claiming they owned it, and it gets worse. Deborah, quote, I was evicted from my own home,
