Here's what's happening today in America. Second Amendment victory, a new border crisis, drone shot down, and an old forgery. It's all coming up. Then Bill's going to be here with your message of the day. But first, back in 2022, California, signed a bill that banned advertising youth hunter education programs. It banned advertisements of firearm products, quote, in a manner that reasonably appears to be attractive to minors, and also banned ads featuring a parent hunting or shooting with a minor child. Well, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, which used to be the most liberal circuit in the country, but Trump flipped it to now mostly

conservative justices. A three-judge panel on this Ninth Circuit found that law unconstitutional because California permits minors under supervision to possess and use firearms legally. So this law regulates speech of a completely lawful activity. The court also admitted that there is not a single piece of evidence that a minor in California ever unlawfully bought a gun because of an advertisement in a hunting magazine. The Ninth Circuit refused to take up the case in the full court so the ruling stands. The law is unconstitutional and the Second and First Amendment, in. A border issue that's not getting enough attention in Tijuana, right across the border

from San Diego, Tijuana has dumped over the last five years 100 billion gallons of untreated sewage, industrial waste, and urban runoff, which then migrates north into San Diego's beaches. The southernmost beach in San Diego, Imperial Beach, is routinely closed because the water is so disgusting. Water samples found HIV, hepatitis B and C, salmonella, a bunch of other viruses and bacterias, and Mexico refuses to fix it. Yesterday, we reported that a drone crashed in Yemen. We're now told that that Reaper drone was shot down by a Houthi surface-to-air missile. What in the world?

This group is nothing if they're not funded by Iran, and now they can shoot our drones out of the sky. We then destroyed 11 one-way attack drones in Yemen, that they were ready to launch its ships in the Red Sea. On this Wednesday, this week, President Biden again travels to California to raise money for his party and re-election. He's run on the West Coast about as often as he's been in the Oval Office. He is not doing the people's business. Mr. Biden, as I have stated, is largely a ceremonial president at this point. Cabinet members and advisors are really running the country day by day. These people are very loyal to Mr. Biden. So leaks about his faltering leadership are few, unlike the Trump White House.

House, which was a 24-7 sieve. Likewise, Democrats in Congress go along to get along. They all know the president is not on the job, but silence is golden as the tremoloes once sang. That group also warbled, but my eyes still see. And so do we all. Even the dimmest America, American has to know that Joe Biden is not ready for his close-up, nor will he ever be again.
