Bill O'Reilly here. You are listening to the O'Reilly update.
Coming up next, the news with Mike Slater.
Thank you, Bill. It is Tuesday.
January 10th, 2023. Here's what's happening today in America.
Classified documents found in Joe Biden's office.
Biden visits the border, sort of.
A survey of migrants. Where would you want to go if you could go anywhere in the world?
And the Fed wants to ban something that 40%
of U.S. households have.
And, of course, Bill will be back with the message of the day.
But first, classified documents were found last year at President Biden's think tank
in Washington, D.C.
They were discovered in November by Biden's personal lawyers.
So, of course, we're going to investigate, right?
Or impeach, indict, or raid his house, or something.
Biden said about the classified documents found at Moralago,
How could anyone be that irresponsible?
The president went to the border to visit El Paso,
but the spokesperson for the State Department said while he did visit a migrant processing center,
quote, there weren't any migrants there at the time he visited.
Weird. Why not?
Border Patrol says there were 519 migrant encounters in the 24 hours prior to Biden arriving.
So where were they brought, if not, to where Joe Biden?
was. A few survey of migrants who are permanently leaving their country. They were asked,
if you could go anywhere in the world, where would you want to go? What'd they say? Number five,
France. Four, United Kingdom. Number three, Canada. Number two, Germany. Number one, the United States.
Germany at number two, six percent of migrants said they'd want to go there. United States,
21 percent. It's not even close. Someone needs to tell these migrants what a terrible racist country this is.
I mean, we're told it incessantly.
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission is proposing to ban something that 40% of U.S. households have.
Cities in California have already banned these from new homes, and the San Diego City Council says by 2035, they're going to remove all of these from homes that already have them.
Gas stoves.
What?
They say that all the gas stoves in America emit as much air pollution as 500,000 cars, which sounds like a lot, but that's zero.
0.18% of all the registered vehicles in this country.
Speaking of cars, one car dealer announcing record sales.
Rolls-Royce.
How many Rolls-Royces do you think were sold last year?
I have no idea.
I couldn't even guess.
6,021.
They sell 16 a day.
In contrast, the most popular vehicle in America, the Ford F-150, they sell 103% per hour.
The average Rolls-Royce will set you back $534,000.
Bill's back with the message of the day next.

Time now for the O'Reilly Update message of the day.
President Biden's three-hour visit to the southern border on Sunday was a predictable fiasco.
First, local El Paso authorities removed migrants who were camping out in public spaces.
Then the governor of Texas gave Mr.
Biden a letter saying that his visit was, quote, two years and $200 billion too late.
Border Patrol union officials also excoriated Mr. Biden for failing to enforce immigration
law leading to mass suffering and death. Biden himself went through the motions but couldn't
wait to get out of there. He had nothing meaningful to say as the disaster pretty much speaks
for itself. In a country where citizens cared about problem solving and respect
for law, President Biden would be under intense scrutiny. Unfortunately, America is no longer that
country. Don't even ask about the corrupt corporate media, true partners in crime, so to speak,
with the president and the Democratic Party. At his inauguration two years ago, Joe Biden took
an oath to uphold the laws of the United States. He obviously has not done that as far as immigration
law goes. That's grounds for impeachment, far more than some dumb phone call made to the
Ukrainian president that Donald Trump did. But again, we are not a nation of laws any longer.
Today, we are a country without conviction or justice. The USA desperately needs a course
correction, and not only on the southern border. I'm Bill O'Reilly. I approve the message.

the term limits need to be in place the current fiasco shows how egos desire personal interests
are more important in public business yes you're right term limits should be there
But they're not going to happen.
Bill Phillips, Milford, Connecticut,
if there was a time to get rid of the two-party system, it's now.
George Washington warned us of the problems
that a two-party system would cause.
Enough already, okay.
But with all the money in politics
and the Supreme Court has ruled, you can do that.
Not the third party.
It'll be very hard.
So our system is our system.
I don't like it either, but it's not going to change.
Jerry Taylor, Nancy, Kentucky, a friend of mine who lives in South Texas, plans a trip to Mexico.
He was warned by the Border Patrol to only travel on Highway 45 due to crime, kidnapping violence.
I attribute the mess in Mexico to Joe Biden's lack of interest in what's going on to border.
No, that's not fair to Biden.
Mexico has been chaotic and violent for a long time, long time, way before Biden got there.
It is a corrupt country.
Steve Cottle, Asheville, North Carolina is not upholding the law the same as breaking the law.
No, because of prosecutional discretion.
So it's a legal term, but if you don't uphold the law, that doesn't mean you break the law.
However, with the oath of office, you're violating that, you can get booted.
It won't happen, but you can.
In a moment, something you might not know.

24 years ago today, 3 million Americans tuned in to watch a series debut that would become
the most critically acclaimed television program of all time.
The Sopranos had arrived.
Here is the story of Tony and his crew.
The program was first broadcast on January 10th, 1999.
The story centered around Anthony Soprano and New Jersey father,
struggling with panic attacks.
He also happened to be the boss of a minor mafia family.
Distinct from films like The Godfather,
that portrayed the mob in a somewhat glamorous light,
the Sopranos depicted average characters struggling
with problems like addiction, marriage, and child raising.
The series featured 27 actors who previously appeared
in Martin Scorsese's Goodfellas film.
Just five people on the program were not of Italian ancestry.
The Sopranos was the biggest hit to receive an R rating from the Sensors.
rating from the censors. The F-word was said at least 450 times each season. Despite the
rough language and violence, the show would win more than 100 awards, including 21 Emmys. Throughout
its eight-year run, 92 people were murdered on the Sopranos, aid by Tony himself. On June 10, 2007,
the final chapter called Made in America aired on HBO.
The episode would go down as one of the most controversial programs in TV history.
At the climax, the Soprano family sits down at a local diner.
The camera shows a close-up of Tony's face, the sound of a door opening, and then nothing.
The audio cuts out, the screen goes black for 15 seconds.
The abrupt ending caused millions of fans to check their
TV sets. A record number of Americans call their cable providers to complain they miss the
final moments of the Sopranos. According to series creator David Chase, the ending is up to
interpretation. Some think it depicts Tony's assassination. Others believe the crime boss lives on.
