Starting point is 00:00:00 Bill O'Reilly here. You are listening to the O'Reilly update. Coming up next, the news with Mike Slater. Thank you, Bill. It's Friday, July 11, 2025. Here's this happening today in America. Marijuana Raid. New executive order. Tariffs against Canada and not a conspiracy theory any longer. It's all coming up, and Bill's going to be here with your message of the day. But first, Homeland Security says they have arrested almost 600 known or suspected terrorists. along with 2,700 members of Trende-Aaragua. 70% of ICE arrests are criminal illegal aliens with convictions or pending charges, and they were quick to note that many of those who don't doesn't mean they're otherwise law-abiding people.
Starting point is 00:00:44 For instance, DHS just arrested the leader, or a leader of MS-13. He was wanted for five murders in El Salvador. Technically, doesn't have a rap sheet in America yet. Meanwhile, there were two large-scale raids in Southern California, both met with anti-ice protesters. The media is saying that they were raised on farms. Well, one of these farms grew marijuana.
Starting point is 00:01:06 DHS has a criminal judicial search warrant signed off by a federal judge for harboring illegal aliens at at least one of these sites. Bill Mludgeon reporting that this operation might result in hundreds of arrests, potentially one of the largest single operations of the Trump administration. Again, a judge signed off on it. Trump signed an executive order ending taxpayer subsidies of open borders. In it, health and human services will restrict illegal aliens from 13 public programs, including Head Start. The Department of Education, ending free tuition for illegal aliens. The Department of Agriculture, restricting illegal aliens from federally funded food assistance programs.
Starting point is 00:01:44 The Department of Labor banning illegal aliens from federal workforce development resources and grants. The administration says this will save taxpayers $40 billion, not to mention, lead to a lot of self-deportation. Trump announced a 35% tariff on Canadian goods starting August 1st. Trump said instead of working with the United States, Canada retaliated with its own tariffs. The previous tariff rate was 25%. And Trump said that if there's any retaliation from Canada, the 35% will go up.
Starting point is 00:02:17 I am not suggesting that the recent thunderstorms and flooding in southern Texas was caused by cloud seating. But the CEO of a company that cloudless, seeds. So apparently this is a thing. This is not a conspiracy theory anymore. This happens. And it happened two days before the, what would be incredibly deadly thunderstorms. Well, the head of EPA, Lee's Eldon, said the EPA will be releasing everything we know, he said, about geoengineering and cloud seeding following the devastating Texas floods. He even mentioned in this video, chemtrails. I'm Mike Slater. I have a podcast called
Starting point is 00:02:58 politics by faith. Bill O'Reilly, that's your message of the day. Next. Time now for the O'Reilly update, message of the day. On this Friday, the Supreme Court, as rule that Florida cannot implement its own immigration laws, because according to the Constitution, that's the job of the federal government. And it makes perfect sense. One state, say, Florida, might harshly punish the undocumented, while another paging, California, might let everybody in without restraint. Immigration law is essentially a public safety situation that is morphed into an ideological battle. Generally speaking, liberals support humane policies with few restrictions on foreign nationals,
Starting point is 00:03:52 while right-wingers want stringent regulations on who takes up residents in America. America. This is an ideological battle. As I mentioned, it really has nothing more to do with public safety because the federal government is in charge of making the laws. And that's why the Supreme Court throughout the Florida thing. Now, Congress should settle all of this. New laws are needed. You can be humane and disciplined at the same time. Government has an absolute right to limit entry into this country and to know exactly who's here. Thus, migrant registration is a must. If an undocumented person refuses to register with the government, gone. Some migrants should, however, get a break, like the dreamers, children who were taken here by their parents.
Starting point is 00:04:44 They had no choice. They should have a pathway to citizenship. I'm Bill O'Reilly. I approve the message by writing it. You can reach me. Bill at Bill O'Reilly.com. Bill at Bill O'Reilly.com. Name in town, if you wish to opine. Let's go to the mail. We got Dave Carvin, Lumberton, New Jersey. Hey, Bill, you ask regular folks about the Biden cover-up. I believe only registered Republican and independent voters care about it. All the other folks, Democrats, believe what they want to believe. Non-voters are completely disengaged. Yeah, I would say it's 50-50. 50% care about what Biden didn't. The White House is 50% though. I'd say that's pretty
Starting point is 00:05:25 accurate. Tom Hickie, Lakeland, Minnesota. Maga faithful believed President Trump wanted to drain a swamp. Now, the president wants to forget about the Epstein debacle, to protect himself. What do you mean, Tom? You got evidence that Trump's involved in this? Why would you say that? So you got, if you're going to say that, Tom, you have something. And if you're The Biden administration had the same data the Trump administration has on Epstein. They certainly would have put it out if Trump was involved. Let's be fair here. Rick, I don't believe the Epstein controversy is hurting the president or the Department of Justice.
Starting point is 00:06:13 Most Americans don't know who he is. The voters know who he is. And it is hurting them. Is it a long-term pain? I don't know. But it's not a good look. Andrew. The whole Epstein thing looks pretty suspicious to me. There may be names on that list of some higher-ups. They don't were released. They shouldn't have said they would release
Starting point is 00:06:37 info if they weren't going to. And what about the Kennedy files? Still waiting for them? No, you're not. They put them out. Kennedy files are out. Okay, nothing new. Killing Kennedy, if you read the book, you will know what happened. Very simple. As far as the Epstein, thing being suspicious, yeah, looks that way. But if you really delve into it and you add to the equation that Biden people had the same info, then a lot of that conspiracy stuff goes down and drain. In a moment, something you might not know. Now, the O'Reilly Update brings you something you might not know. Four hundred ninety-two years ago today, Pope Clement the 12th, execution communicated the King of England.
