Bill O'Reilly here Wednesday, July 17, 2019. You are listening to the O'Reilly Update. Here's what's happening today in America. The House voting to condemn Donald Trump's controversial tweets. Chuck Schumer is studying slavery reparations for the first time. Bernie Sanders, poll numbers plummeting in a state he won big and 16. Some illegal immigrants sue the federal government over family separations, federal prosecutors charged 22 MS-13 members with, quote, medieval-style murders. Also coming up my message of the day about the real issue of radicalism in America. But first, House Democrats voting to officially condemn President Trump's controversial tweets, calling his remarks racist.

The final vote, 240 to 187, just three Republicans joining the Democrats. The president's sparking a frenzy. after telling four freshman radical Democrats in the House to go back to their ancestral countries. Senate Minority Leader Schumer backing a study of racial reparations for the descendants of America's slaves, supporting a federal commission to examine the payments. Majority leader in the Senate, Mitch McConnell opposes the bill citing the logistical nightmare of figuring out who gets what. Schumer conceding he's not an expert on the subject. Folks in New Hampshire, not feeling to burn these days, new polls show Bernie Sanders dropping

to fifth place, and instead he won during the 16 primary. Senator from neighboring Vermont beat Hillary Clinton by 23 points in the Granite State, but now stands at just 10% in the polls. To the border where some migrants are now suing the Trump administration for $3 million, six families filed a suit, claiming they need the cash for therapy, counseling, and other costs associated with the, quote, torture they endured at U.S. immigration centers. Federal government has six months to respond to the allegation, the lawsuit driven by pro-migrant groups. Federal prosecutors charging at least 22 MS-13 gang members with carrying out a series of gruesome murders across Los Angeles. The men allegedly killed seven individuals in, quote,

medieval-style attacks. Law enforcement calling to crime some of the most brutal murders they've seen in decades. It's unclear how many of the men are in the country illegally. President Trump actually obscuring the exact nature of what's going on in the House of Representatives concerning the four radical left congresswomen. He's obscuring it by attacking

them personally. At issue here is not so much racism, in my opinion, but truth and fanaticism. Let's run it down. The star of the far left is Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, a congresswoman from New York. Her district is in Queens and the Bronx. Miss Cortez has staked out territory way beyond liberalism. The media loves her. She's photogenic, energetic, and comes across well on camera.

Her view of the country is that it is essentially a nation that persecutes minorities, migrants, and other people. You'll remember that she called detention centers on the southern border concentration camps, offending many, many people, because real concentration camps in Nazi Germany were placed. places that have never, ever been even considered in America. Yet, the Congresswoman said there are concentration camps. The second woman is Lon Omar. She is an immigrant from Somalia, who is elected to Congress, and she basically says, quote, Israel has hypnotized the world. May Allah awaken the people and help them see the evil doings of Israel. It's all about the Benjamin's, baby. Well, Ms. Omar was accused of anti-Semitism. Certainly she despises Israel, which is her right,

but she is a radical leftist as well. Then there is Rashida Talib. She is a Palestinian. She was elected in Minnesota. One of her first statements was, quote, we're going to go in there, we're going to impeach the M. F.er, calling the president of the United States an obscene name. Ms. Talib also diminished the Holocaust somewhat, saying, quote, when I think of the Holocaust and the tragedy of the Holocaust and the fact that my ancestors, Palestinians, lost their land and some lost their lives, their livelihood, their human dignity, their existence in many ways have been wiped out. So she is comparing what has happened in the Middle East in Palestine, Israel, to the extermination of between

six and ten million people during World War II. The final radical Congresswoman Ayanna press late. And here's what she said about the president. Trump's racist and bigoted lies are discussing and unsurprising. We will not be dismissed and we will not be bullied by a Twitter thug, unquote. So whether you agree with the liberal line or not, you have to concede if you're a rational person that these four radical congresswomen are something that the nation has rarely seen. Now, President Trump is confronting them in a way that I do not believe is most effective. If Mr. Trump wants to win re-election, he can easily demonize the radical left by just running their quotes. He doesn't have to tell them that go back where you came from, because then the media,
