But first Joe Biden gave his first public address since deciding not to run for reelection. He did it at the LBJ presidential library in Austin, Texas. Biden is

the first president to not seek re-election for a second term since LBJ. Biden announced some reforms to the Supreme Court, including term limits. Speaker Johnson said the changes are dangerous and are dead on arrival in the House. Of the proposed reforms, Mitch McConnell said, why is the Biden-Harris administration so willing to put the crown jewel of our system of government, the independent judiciary, to the torch? Because it stands in their way. Tax messages between law enforcement when President Trump was shot in the head two weeks ago showed that some officers raised concerns about the would-be assassin more than 90 minutes before he climbed on that roof and fired eight rounds. A local counter-sniper first raised with his colleagues

said he saw someone park near their vehicles and sit at a nearby picnic table. Local law enforcement enforcement took a picture of the same man nearly 30 minutes before you opened fire. One text said, Kid learning around building we are in. I did see him with a range finder looking towards stage, FYI. If you want to notify Secret Service snipers to look out, I lost sight of them. The Beaver County SWAT team said that they were supposed to have a face-to-face briefing with the Secret Service when the agents arrived in Butler, but no such meeting took place.

Protests broke out in several Venezuelan cities after their dictator was named the winner in the election, tear gas was used to disperse protesters in the capital city. Their version of the House of Representatives, the Speaker of their House, said Venezuela has the best electoral system in the world. The opposition candidate says that they got 70% of the votes against Maduro is only 30%. Quote, we won and everyone knows it. Congress passed a law to require the federal government to purchase only American flags that have been completely manufactured in the United States. Federal rules currently require the government to buy flags that contain half U.S. made materials. This act would require government purchase flags to be produced entirely with American-made

I was a bit worried about head coach Steve Kerr, who has a history of inflammatory political statements, but so far, no controversy. That's not the case with the dopey French Olympic authorities who allowed a blatantly anti-Christian display at the opening ceremony. Some alternative lifestyle people pose as Last Supper attendees mocking Jesus, and the the New Testament. It goes without saying these clowns would never have insulted Islam in that way, or even Judaism, which they likely despise as well. The explanation from the French is that the display was an homage to inclusion. Yeah, sure. The reason these pagans get away with this

kind of stuff is lack of outrage by many Christian leaders. Initially, only Bishop Robert Barron surfers with condemnation. Where is clear? guidance on attacks like this. In the Jewish and Muslim precincts, there is an active organized response to all diminishment of those religions. Not so on the Christian side. Again, why not? The Nazarene, who angrily confronted defilers of the temple, might not be well pleased with all this. I'm Bill O'Reilly. in southern california i've read a few of the killing books i would like to teach them in my classroom and i want to know if you have a lesson plan for that i do not but it is fairly simple we We have 13 killing books, Renee. And if you want to teach your class history in a way that they will learn and pay attention to, you begin with killing the witches. That's the Mayflower, the first wave into the United States. Then you go to killing England. That's the Revolutionary War.

Then you go to killing Lincoln. That's the Civil War. Then you go to killing Crazy Horse. That comes after the Civil War. That is the Native American Wars. then you catapult up into modern times. So I applaud you, Renee, for wanting to do that because the kids would learn, particularly if they're juniors or seniors in high school, because these books are not boring, as most history books are. His disappearance remains one of the greatest mysteries in our history. Here is the story of Jimmy Hoffa. Born 1913 to a family of coal miners in Indiana, young Jimmy began his career organizing worker strikes in Detroit. In 1957, he became president of the powerful Teamsters Union. At the same time, the group controlled America's infrastructure. Members included truck drivers, warehouse, construction, dock workers, airline personnel,

public housing employees on and off. At its height, the Teamsters represented 1.4 million Americans. The group also had ties to organized crime and to both political parties. During his tenure, Jimmy Hoffa worked with the mob to steal millions of dollars through extortion, racketeering, election fraud, and murder. In 1967, the union boss was convicted a bribery and sentenced to 13 years in a federal prison. He was released in 1971 after serving just four years. How did that happen? We don't know. On July 30th, 1975, Jimmy Hoffa had a lunch meeting with some gangsters, in a restaurant outside Detroit. While waiting in the parking lot, a maroon car pulled up.

Hoffa entered that car, never to be seen again. I chronicled this in my book, Killing the Mob. Well, several theories have been floated about Jimmy Hoff's disappearance and the location of his remains. Some believe he's buried under Yankee Stadium. Others claim he changed his identity, fled the country. Well, here are the facts. Various scenarios have been portrayed, but to this day, the FBI has never solved the case. In December 1982, a Michigan judge declared Hoffa legally dead despite the absence of a corpse.

Charles Chucky O'Brien, a longtime friend of Hoffa, said the union boss was killed by the mob over fears he would testify before. Congress to avoid more federal charges. The likely situation, Hoffa was indeed murdered. His body parts burned. Back after this.
