Bill O'Reilly here.
You are listening to the weekend edition of the O'Reilly update.
Coming up next, the news with Mike Slater.
Thanks, Bill.
Here's what's happening this week in America.
Air Force falls and fails.
Minnesota needs more students.
Pregnant men and the ultimate example of failing up.
It's all coming up.
Then Bill will be here with your message of the day.
The Air Force was testing a new artificial intelligence-enabled drone,
which they tasked with destroying a specific target during a simulation.
Well, when the person who was operating the drone did something that the drone did not like,
the artificial intelligence drone turned around and killed the operator.
The Air Force said, quote, it killed the operator because the person was keeping it from accomplishing
its objective.
A state senator in Minnesota said we have been seeing declining enrollment on our campuses,
speaking of college campuses.
He said, if we don't do something quick, we're at risk of shutting down some campuses.
So what's the something quick they had to do?
Open up state universities to illegal immigrants.
But the thing is, it's not just that these illegal immigrants get to now go to college.
They get free college tuition.
It's going to be paid for by a program that already exists that gives Minnesotans free
college tuition if their parents make less than $80,000 a year.
And now that will be going to illegal immigrants.
Quote, we want to make sure that when we're expanding opportunities for everybody,
we're doing it for all Minnesotans, regardless of background, regardless of their documentation
status.
Well, of course, it's Pride Month.
Notice they took the word gay out of it.
It used to be gay Pride Month.
That was just Pride Month.
It's really transgender Pride Month, more than anything.
So get ready to be inundated for a month, not just when you walk into a target, but everywhere
you go.
Glamour magazine has a cover with a pregnant man on it.
it's obviously a woman living as a man but the headline is trans pregnant proud i'm a pregnant
man and i do exist just some ultimate examples here of failing up two utterly disgraced politicians
the former mayor of chicago lory lightfoot she lost her re-election she is now a senior
leadership fellow at harvard university at the school of public health for some reason her
expertise in health is how she navigated COVID.
She's going to be teaching at Harvard.
And then Chesa Boudine, who is the George Soros-funded DA of San Francisco, who was so
awful, so far left and such a failure at his job, he was recalled by the people of San Francisco.
He's now the executive director of the new Criminal Law and Justice Center at UC Berkeley.
Just amazing how these people can fail so miserably and fail up and still make a ton of money.

Time now for the O'Reilly Update, message of the day.
Incompetence and arrogance will cost Anheiser Bush and Target billions of dollars in lost
revenue, as many American consumers have had enough with the woke movement being forced
upon them.
The question, how could corporate executives not see
the danger of promoting alternative lifestyles after Disney got its butt kicked siding with
indoctrinating public schools kids in gender controversies how could these executives not see
that do the beer and clothing moguls not consume news are they stone-called stupid it is most likely
the latter hiring a man who turned himself into a woman to pitch beer to working-class guy
is foolish. And targeting working-class folks with racks of trans clothing for kids and
design celebrating Satan assures immediate entry into the dumb hall of fame.
The only explanation is that many corporate executives live in a woke bubble and have few
real-world clues. Bulletin.
We see people like George Clooney don't shop at Target or drink Bud Light.
Regular folks do, and they don't want PC woke values, and they will punish you if you force
those values upon them.
I'm Bill O'Reilly.
I approve the message by writing it.

dot com, name in town if you wish to opine. Let's go to the mail. Ivan Needy, Winchester, Virginia,
America's voice is reporting Catholic charities at the border getting paid by drug cartels
to traffic humans. There is absolutely no evidence of that, Ivan. None. You go on the internet,
you listen to these people. John Perkins, Southampton, New Jersey. I've seen a lot of warnings
about the establishment of digital currency in July. Is this real? No. Okay. Again, you get floating
on the internet. Andrew, concierge member, Andrew, thank you. Great column, God and Country,
it's the name of my column. Okay, I hope you read it. As it highlights the importance of Judeo-Christian
influence by placing it in proper historical perspective, and we do that in killing the witches.
It's an unbelievable tale, by the way.
James Patterson, Yokosuka, Japan.
Bill, I want you to know that your broadcast is spot on most of the time.
I believe most people see themselves as good.
But if you criticize them, they take it as an attack, even if it's constructive criticism.
It's not about issues.
It's about self-value.
You're right, James.
In order to criticize another human being, got to do it in a roundabout way unless you want to make an enemy.
So say things like, did you ever consider this?
Or maybe this fact will change your mind, that kind of thing.
And I'm glad you're watching in Japan.
We are worldwide.
Stephen Baldamente, Seacliff, New York is a gay Catholic man.
I strongly protest the LA Dodgers re-inviting the sisters of perpetual indulgence to their gay pride night.
Way to stand up, Stephen. Thank you. In a moment, something you might not know.

Now, the O'Reilly update brings you something you might not know.
Ninety-seven years ago, a baby girl named Norma Jean Mortensen was born in Los Angeles.
By her 25th birthday, she would become the most popular actress in the world.
Here is the story of Marilyn Monroe.
Norma Jean was born June 1, 1926.
Her early childhood was chaotic.
Both maternal grandparents and her mom.
mother were all committed to mental institutions. She lived with a series of abuse of foster
parents, then married her neighbor at the age of 16. The two were divorced four years later in
1946. Norma was then discovered by executives at 20th century Fox. She dyed her hair blonde and
changed her name to Marilyn Monroe. She then rose to national fame in the 1950s.
baseball great Joe DiMaggio, but they divorced just nine months later.
In 1962, rumors began circulating about an affair between the actress and President
John F. Kennedy. On May 19th, she performed at JFK's birthday party inside Madison Square
Garden. Less than three months later, Marilyn Monroe would be found dead of a drug overdose
inside her L.A. mansion. She was just
36 years old. Several conspiracy theories have surrounded the case for decades. Some
believe JFK and his brother Bobby ordered her murder to cover up the affair. Others
blame Joe DiMaggio. Some thought unhappy studio executives paid the mafia for the hit. All
of those things are nonsense. Marilyn Monroe was addicted to barbiturates and
drank heavily.
And here's something else you might not know.
Despite her short career, Monroe is one of the most prolific actresses in the history
of Hollywood.
During her 10-year run at Fox, Marilyn starred in 33 movies.
At the height of her fame, she was paid $1.6 million per picture.
That's $15 million today.
